And the final job looked like she slapped it on because I didn't use her polish. I get that it wasn't the same quality polish but at least care about the job. She pricked my toe, which I was fine with excusing cuz it happens but she charged me $11 extra saying "yeah imma charge you for that without even telling me why." The whole time I felt belittle and disrespected. Maybe it's because I'm young but I didn't appreciate being talked to like that. We didn't even speak that much during the whole service but she said enough.

She didn't understand. She offered dipping powder nails. Fine. Sara did my nails and they were low shine and pitted. I found out later it was because they weren't buffed well. I went back to get a fill in and she asked if I wanted the same color. I told her "Yes." So she said I had to soak them off. So why did you ask if I wanted the same color? I told her I'll go home and soak them myself. I ended up doing my own dipping powder for $19.99. They are gorgeous and super shiny!
