She left the wax on my face, didnt even attempt to take it off with a cotton ball like usual. She also filed my nails down all the way to the skin when I told her I didnt want them cut. No oil or lotion on my hands. She also lied saying they didnt have the same color I had on. Sarah did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She was very professional and kind.

I'm not a fan of the builder gel, especially with it costing $73 I guess I will be on a forever quest to find someone to service my nails the way I like them or I can just give up and never get a manicure again. Lol It's starting to look that way even though I keep giving people chances. The salon was clean. There are tvs but the one in front of me only displayed business pages. I got a regular pedicure that cost $30 and the man that did my toes was super gentle and made sure to get the extra skin off my feet! My nails look horrible and they wouldn't let me get tips and said I could only do acrylic to which I declined. The nude color patches on my nails are from where he wouldn't put enough polish. I would never recommend this place.
