One of the most important things when getting your brows done is communication. Be clear about what you want, what you don't want, and even bring a reference photo if needed. Unfortunately, that just wasn't my experience. I went in for a brow lamination and shaping and explained that I wasn't into the super thick, trendy brow look. I wanted something more natural and balanced. After the lamination process, she started shaping my brows and when she showed me the results, I immediately noticed they looked uneven and lacked symmetry and thicker than I had wanted. I mentioned it to her and asked if she could correct them a bit, and while she did try, they still didn't look right to me afterward but I paid and left. I felt I could shape them better at home myself. The friend I had brought with me pointed out that they looked different from each other. Individually, they weren't terrible, but together, they just didn't look balanced or well-shaped as a pair. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting perfect symmetry because brows are naturally sisters, not twins, but for a $150 service from someone with such a strong reputation, I did expect more attention to overall shape and balance. What disappointed me the most was what happened over the next few days. My brow hairs stayed extremely dry, stiff, and brittle well past the normal timeframe. By day three, they still felt very dry and I started noticing actual breakage and kinking in the hairs. After researching it online, it really seemed like my brows were overprocessed. I reached out to her because I understand mistakes happen and everyone can have an off day. I simply wanted to let her know what was happening and hoped she would at least respond or offer some help. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her at all, and honestly that part spoke volumes to me. Got my brows done by May and i love them! You have to call or message her for appointments. She…read moretook her time to make sure my brows were even. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! Overall i would highly recommend this spot to my friends and family !
