I have been to four different salons in Dallas and i like this one the best thus far. The use plastic foot tubs for soaking your feet which was unusual and doesnt really allow for adjusting the water temperature as they make the techs carry it by hand rather than giving them rolling carts. They actually use water with the manicure unlike the other salons here which i like and makes sense. Massage is included which i am accustomed to and make sense. The manicurist gave an excellent massage the pedicurist not so much. The space was clean and comfortable. I will return if i cannot find a salon that i like closer to home read more

This was my first time coming here and I will not be returning. They did a nice job on my nails but some of their fees and amenities were inconvenient. I didn't find out they charged for acrylic removal until it was time to pay. It's $25 to remove acrylic and it was $15 to remove the gel on my toes. I spent $40 more than expected and spent the most on a manicure and pedicure than I have ever spent. The seats to sit in were comfortable but I'm so used to getting a massage when I get a pedicure so I felt like something was missing. They also didn't offer anything to drink, which is a service I'm used to at my regular place. They also only accept cash in tips, which can be very inconvenient for most people who don't carry cash. I wanted to try a new salon but wasn't satisfied and left with buyer's remorse, so I'll stick to my regular place. read more

If you're skeptical about the cleanliness of nail salons, this is the place for you. They sanitize all their tools and their creams are in single use packets to avoid the transfer of any bacteria. The staff is super friendly and the overall environment is great. Plenty of color options. The only issue I had was with the rolly chairs where you rest your feet for a pedi. I came to this salon to see how it compared to the many others in the area, and despite all of the favorable reviews on Yelp, I was not impressed. Once seated in one of their signature lounge chairs, following the standard de-gel soak of the nails, the nail stylist proceeded to begin by CUTTING my nail off, no warning, no question of whether that was acceptable to me--- thereby making one of my nails significantly shorter than the other 4. Let me interject here to say that I get my nails done religiously every two weeks and there is no sensible or aesthetic reason to clip them. I was rightfully appalled and said as much. Following this, she couldn't understand what I meant by "rounded nails." I then had to file one myself to show her the difference between that and the square cut that she was adamantly trying to make me use. My nails are now crooked and uneven despite my instruction and I am counting the days until they grow back to their normal length. Though Mimi's ineptitude may not be the salon's fault, they employ her and should thus require her to understand her clients' nail specifications as well as basic nail techniques. read more

I have two others I remain loyal to and depending on where I am at and availability - I switch them. This place is so calming, clean, and a true experience for treating yourself to an instagram worthy mani or pedi. Loved their nail art on insta! That's why I checked them out in the first place. I recently booked a standard pedicure ($30). When I was in the chair the attendant asked if I wanted a callus treatment and I agreed since it's sandal season. When I went to check out, I was billed $65!!! How on earth did that callus treatment cost me $35??? Since they won't provide you with ANY descriptions of the treatments on their menu, it's really difficult and that's why I stuck with a standard pedicure for my first visit. This place runs a scam and, while it is a cute little salon, for $65 I can go to the spa and get the full pedicure in while in an anti-gravity chair, music in my ears and lavender on my eyes. I was really interested in switching to Dazzle Dry nail polish since I always have my nails done and it's a non-toxic, healthier alternative if you wear nail polish all year long. The entire staff at Bellacures is extremely friendly and very good at communicating. They did exactly what I asked when it comes to nail shaping / trimming / etc. Just like other reviews, make sure you have cash for tips! If not, there is an ATM inside to get some cash, and the front desk is willing to give you change as needed. Also, some of the nail techs have Venmo or Zelle so you can tip them that way! read more

At one time this was my favorite nail salon. They have an outstanding selection of polishes and the salon front desk attention is amazing. In the beginning the staff at the salon - the nail techs - were the best in town. So at the prices charged at the salon, it was worth it. That is not the case now. The prices are too high for the mediocre quality and very short massage. My sister had a terrible nail tech that jerked her arm, made growling sounds at her and actually ended up with a bruise on her arm the next day. We won't be going back. read more

I love love love bellacures! Located in the luther / nw highway shopping center, it's easy to get to & easy to park. A big plus is being able to schedule online (which I highly recommend). The basic pedicure is 30$ so it's extremely reasonable. The salon itself is clean & well polished. Speaking of polish... they have a fantastic color selection. (Mostly OPI). I've always had great pedicures here, but i've never tried the gel manicure(50$ for the basic gel) because they seem pricey. But - I'd recommend trying this place for your pedicures if you're in the area! read more

I love my bellacures dates! I come here whenever I want a high quality mani/pedi experience. It is on the pricey side, but the location, room environment, and service are worth it to me. It is very clean, and they do a wonderful job giving you what you want. They also offer the 7-day polish which is like regular polish but definitely lasts longer before chipping. I have gone two weeks without chipping my manicure which is rare (outside of gel polish). My pedicure usually last so much longer. This is more of my special treatment place where I get packages rather than common 2-week mani/pedi due to cost. If you want to be treated like royalty, this is a great place! read more

We booked three Pedicures and a Nexgen but somehow the Nexgen didn't get added even though we called back to confirm because my first experience with this salon was that if you don't make an appt. it's a HUGE deal. This was the second time the front desk made me feel awkward and unwelcome with friends even though we had made an appt., it was a big stressful ordeal to figure out who could possibly do Nexgen. The front desk lady looks at my friends and I and says "Well, I don't know what you want me to do..." Uh, I booked an appt. I want you to figure it out. She calls people over, scolds some girl who booked the appt and makes the entire thing stressful and awkward. I've never seen a salon act that way IN FRONT OF customers and this is now 2 separate occasions and 2 separate front desk people who have done so. I normally go to the Crescent Spa, for everything, so I guess my expectations may be a little high. I needed a last minute manicure so found the closest place to where I was and walked in. I'm not sure of the chair set up, as you can't recline during a pedicure and a manicurist runs between one hand and the other the whole time. For a $50 gel manicure, I expected a little more, it's something I'm used to paying $30 for. Massage lasted a whole minute between both hands and at no point was it relaxing between the manicurist crossing in front of me and at times running into me. I don't know how pedicures work, as you don't have running water right there, it's in a bucket, I can't imagine it staying warm for long. One thing, I was a bit surprised, was the "cash only" for tips. I guess I have never been to a place that does not allow usage of a credit card for tips, so I felt bad as I had zero dollars on me to leave the guy and no debit card. read more

She's been in a few times and always comments how wonderful an experience it is to go here. I knew this was the go-to for her big day. I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, and I was honestly blown away how great he was with my special requests. He went above and beyond to help keep my cover, and I am thankful to him and every staff member who helped. Now, my fiancée loves her ring and loves to show it off with her beautiful nails. I really enjoyed my pedi at Bellacures. A friend and I walked in on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate us even though they were kind of busy. I so appreciated this! The place is very hygienic, and doesn't reek of chemicals like many spas do. The nail tech opened a sealed package of manicure tools, so I know that they were clean, and lined the bowl with a plastic liner, so I didn't have to worry about other people's cooties. She efficiently massaged my calves and feet with a scrub and lotion, trimmed and filed, and painted with a nice color. The pedi lasted a month; it grew out before the polish chipped. The price was reasonable, too; the same as those smelly, fume-y "nail factories." Guess which experience I would rather have? Yep, and that is why I will be back! read more

Really sad I didn't end up liking this place. It's very pretty inside and the chairs are extremely comfortable, however the person who did my nails seemed extremely rushed. I came in towards the end of the day so I could understand that she wanted to get home, but still. I was especially able to tell this when I accidentally smudged a nail while trying to get my card out of my wallet and one of my nails smudged. It's 3.5 stars. I went here a few times both mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax. The pedis are good and very relaxing. The mani.........the polish came off after a week! And that NEVER happens to me, at least two weeks. And my cuticles were acting up after just a few days. Whatever they don't make up in skill they make up in color b/c they always have the best, latest colors. I got my brows waxed by Betty and boy was she attention to detail. lol. awesome job. My first trip to Bellacures was unfortunately not the best. The place is clean and nice; polish selections are great; the front desk attendant was friendly. In fact, everything was great until the service began. I had a gel mani and one of the deluxe pedis. The manicurist haphazardly cut my finger while trimming my cuticles because she was in such a rush. She put a chemical to stop the bleeding that stung pretty badly and ruined the rest of the manicure. She apologized, but did not do anything else to remedy the bad experience, and it didn't get any better from there. The hand massage was not just bad - it was irritating. She did a pretty good job on the polish. The pedicure was only slightly better. The place does not have massage chairs -- they are more like lounge chairs. While the chairs did make it easier to get a "same time" mani/pedi, it was not as relaxing. The bowl of water that they brought went cold after a few minutes, and having to dunk my feet repeatedly into cold soapy water was not exactly a luxurious experience. The technician was friendly and did a good job. As she was finishing though, she dropped the used nail equipment on one of my feet and smeared the polish. She acted upset for having to fix it, which was annoying. Overall the place seemed like a winner when I walked in. I may have just had a bad experience since it was near the end of the day, but the customer service was just not good. read more
