He was straight forward and guaranteed us he would do his best to make our bathrooms look brand new. We can attest that Gino and Tom provide great customer service and high-quality work. We recently moved into an apartment and the bathrooms were hideous. Brown stuff and whatever else that grows onto tile and caulking was there. For this reason, I did not feel comfortable for any of my family members (especially our LO) to use the bathrooms. Tom came out explained what he would do with my husband and proceeded to work meticulously and efficiently to sterilize, clean, recaulk, and do some grout repair in some areas. I was not present when the work was done due to social distancing and caring for my LO at our condo. Gino even agreed to caulk around the toilets for free. I have marble floor tile in my kitchen and bathroom that I wanted cleaned with the grout restored…read more I called CSI after reading so many 5-star reviews. When the estimator came to check out the job, he was very friendly and professional. I asked if they could also clean the mold in the bath grout (glass tile); he said yes so I asked him to add this to the proposal. I discussed the proposal in detail over the phone and scheduled the job. The marble was cleaned and polished but some of the dirt in the cracks did not come off. My biggest disappointment, though, was that the mold in the grout between the bath shower tiles did not come off completely. When I asked why the black spots didn't come out, the reasoning that was given to me was that the mold is too deeply embedded in the grout. I asked whether the solution used contained bleach, and the answer was no, that bleach can cause damage to tiles, and the solution used (created by their own chemist) doesn't contain bleach for this reason. So I sprayed my own tile with bleach. The first picture shows before and after. On the left is the grout cleaned by CSI, and the picture on the right is 5 minutes after spraying with bleach. I expected the tile to look like the picture on the right when I asked CSI to include this in their quote (I paid $375 for this part of the work, when $5 bottle of bleach did the work). The second picture is the marble floors in the kitchen, finished product. Cleaned and polished, though still some dirt can be seen. Overall I liked the company and their customer service. I gave them feedback and they were receptive to improving their work.

John and his son Dylan have cleaned my carpets for the last 13 years and cleaned my upholstery…read more(chairs, sofas). They're terrific, punctual, careful, and effective at removing stains from carpet and upholstery with no chemical smell. I have 2 small dogs and believe me, their service is amazing and so reasonable! I just recently noticed that they also do dryer duct cleaning, so I asked them to come out and clean mine. I have known for a while that there is an issue with my dryer venting to the outside, but no dryer repair person or siding person wants to be bothered with it. John fixed it. My dryer had a disconnected pipe inside the wall and needed to be replaced, because the section from the inside wall to the outside was not continuous and the dryer was emptying into the wall. There was metal tape and insulation and dryer fluff all getting everywhere, when I ran my dryer, and I tried to clean it myself, but I could not fix it. John took off my vinyl siding, the vinyl dryer piece, and removed the loose fluff, loose siding, made a new wooden housing inside the vinyl to nail the vinyl dryer vent to and now the new metal pipe extends from inside to outside completely. He replaced the vinyl trim, and now there's no more bump in my outside vinyl wall from stuff building up in there. WOW. Can I say that this is my favorite repair ever? John and his son can tackle any handyman project. I've tried for 13 years to get this fixed, and now it is fixed. Thank you, John!! Amazing!
