I wanted to share our excellent experience with Bella Princess. We had Aurora/Sleeping Beauty (Brittney) come to our location for my daughter's 4th birthday. Even before the day of the party, I was impressed - I am a planning freak, so I had a ton of questions before I booked, and also had more questions after I booked. Leading up to the party I created a timeline for the princess to follow. All my questions were answered quickly and I felt assured that my timeline would be followed. On the day of the party, Brittney (Aurora) was AMAZING. She arrived on time and incognito so the magic wasn't ruined by the kids seeing the princess in street clothes), and from the moment we opened the curtain to reveal the her until the moment she said goodbye, Brittney kept the kids' attention, commanded the room, and stayed completely in character. She also remembered all 13 kids names almost from the beginning - very impressive. She did face painting, helped them choose a dress up costume, conducted "royal school" where she taught them how a princess and knight will act (how to wave, curtsy/bow, show muscles, twirl around, etc), and gave them a coronation ceremony where they got a tiara or knight helmet. The kids absolutely loved it. Then she taught them a royal dance and told them the ENTIRE sleeping beauty story - and I mean the entire story, she went into every detail in the movie and she held the kids complete attention through it all! Then she filed them out for pizza and circulated while they ate, answering questions and keeping them engaged. She even played a game where they guess which princess or other character she is thinking of with 3 clues. She sang happy birthday and helped my daughter blow out the candles and stayed for more pictures too. Brittney was prepared with answers to all their questions - why won't she eat the pizza with them? Oh, because she has a lunch date later with Prince Phillip! How did she get to the party? Oh, in her horse and carriage, of course! Also, the quality of the dress ups was great, they were all in nice condition, not tattered, etc and there was a size and style/color for everyone - before the party I was asked to confirm gender and size (small for age, etc) of each child which was really smart. There were enough and varied boys costumes too, so they could choose if they wanted to be a knight, a pirate, etc. Very well done. I could go on and on - it was an absolultely wonderful experience for my daughter and her friends. The birthday girl asked if we can have the same party next weekend! All throughout the day, other moms were asking me how I found her and I have been getting texts that their kids were raving about the party and the princess. I'm so glad we booked Bella Princess and will definitely recommend to our friends! read more

We had our daughter's 5th birthday at our home this weekend, and it was the best birthday she ever had thanks to Bella Princess! There were about 20kids total, and we hired both Belle and Rapunzel. The princesses called me when they were 15min away to go over how they would be entering which was to sneak them in. They arrived incognito in hats and sunglasses with all their dressup stuff in bags. No one even noticed them coming in. We let them dressup in the office and then once they were done I had my daughter knock on the office door. She was in shock to see her fav princesses in our house! All the kids were ecstatic and thought they were the real deal. The princesses were in character the entire time and they started off with a big group hug! Then they did jeweled body Tattoos and singing, dancing, games. They even had a royal coronation for my daughter complete with a beautiful jeweled tiara she got to keep. They were great during cake time leading the sing a long and helping to pass out cake and cupcakes. They talked to all be kids during cake as well still in character. Afterwards they posed for pics with all the kids. They were then able to go back into the office, change and slip out without anyone even noticing. Such a spectacular day for the kids. We had them booked for 1.5 hours which I felt was perfect to accommodate the cake cutting a picture time. They offer other time slots and packages depending on your needs and are super easy to deal with when booking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a princess party for their little one. Such a magical day! read more

We had an amazing experience with this company for our daughter's Aladdin (Princess Jasmine) themed party. From the very beginning, the company was incredibly responsive and professional. In the months leading up to the event, they promptly answered all of my questions, which put me at ease. They made it simple to choose the right package, providing clear and detailed information about what to expect. I had initially worried that we might need more than one princess, but they were honest in letting us know that one would be enough based on the number of kids at the party--and they were absolutely right! They didn't try to upsell us, which I really appreciated, and they delivered exactly what they promised. The clear communication about how the event would flow helped ease any concerns, and everything went smoothly. Nancy, who played Princess Jasmine, was absolutely exceptional! She looked stunning and fully embodied the character, captivating all the children with her grace and charm. The girls adored her, and I loved that her message focused on strength and kindness. Nancy went above and beyond in making the experience truly magical. She kept the kids engaged for the full hour and helped us to smoothly move the party to the next stage. Her communication before the event was also top-notch, ensuring that every detail was perfect. I later found out she also plays Tiana, Pocahontas, Asha from Wish, and Elena of Avalor, which speaks to her versatility. My daughter LOVES the movie Brave. I heard about Bella Princess from another mom in my town and we booked Princess Merida (complete with Scottish accent!) to come to her 6th birthday party. Brittany was the performer and she was absolutely amazing!! We had around 30 kids split pretty evenly between boys and girls and she kept them all enthralled for a full hour! A few additional notes: 1) My daughter was a little shy when the Princess came out first and was not ready to be crowned a a princess. This did not phase Brittany at all - she immediately got all the kids organized to do something else - spent a moment individually with every child giving them stickers and glitter and then when she came back to to the coronation my daughter was completely ready to take part! 2) Brittany was completely in character as Princess Merida for the whole hour. Her accent was wonderful! She taught the girls how to wave like a princess and curtsey, the boys how to be Scottish clansmen and all of them how to shoot arrows and show their muscles :-) And some Scottish dancing! 3) Because we had so many kids at the party, I was wondering if I would need a second character. Bella Princess told me that I did not need one - and they were completely right. I would absolutely recommend Bella Princess. My daugher has already told me should would like Princess Merida to come back when she turns 7 :-) read more

We just had an absolutely wonderful experience at my daughter's birthday party this weekend with Bella Princess. Melissa and Stephanie joined us as Elsa and Anna and they were extremely professional and knew exactly how to make the party magical for our little girl! They snuck around very quickly 'incognito' to make everything perfect while the guests were arriving and came around to the front door once they were in costume to surprise the birthday girl and her friends - it was absolutely perfect, exactly what we had hoped for and created such a beautiful memory for our family. All of our friends were so impressed with how Melissa and Stephanie handled all of the kids and how talented they were - they weren't just wearing costumes...for the hour they were here they WERE Anna and Elsa....it was like we had a piece of Disney World right here in our home. Just when we thought it couldn't get any cuter, they began to sing, and they both had such beautiful princess voices!! The kids were completely mesmerized and I have to be honest, so were the parents because we all watched our children believe in magic. Thank you, thank you, thank you for an exceptional experience all around. With two little girls in our family we will definitely be having another Bella Princess party in the future (and we can't wait!). read more

This review is LONG over due , raising a baby girl like mine can keep you very busy! BUT I had my princess FIRST birthday party here and it couldn't have been more perfect. Before booking they accommodated a tour of the place , I left a deposit and I was in contact a few times with a few specific request and the staff was ALWAYS so pleasant , patient and kind . They gave specific decorations for the theme we picked which was Belle which made planning a lot easy for me I did not have to bring any decorations , not only because they had their own for any princess of choice , but ALSO because the place is just SO BEAUTIFUL ! They really took there time into this establishment. I was VERY clean and organized. My party host was very helpful and accommodating , she made sure everything went smoothly and had a BIG genuine smile on her face. You can tell she was there because she enjoyed her job. Our princess Belle was very sweet and beautiful my One year old quickly clung to her and was happy to see her. The princess carried her for a while and enjoyed her. We gave Bella Princess excellent rating!!! They did an amazing job at my daughter's and my son's combined birthday party (4 and 1 years old) The princesses interacted very well with the children. They got them fully connected and entertained for a full hour of singing, dancing, face painting, costume dress up and many more activities. They also sang happy birthday and took many pictures with everyone. They arrived early and setup the back drop and music. It was magical experience for everyone!!!They put their beautiful costumes on. And their makeup and everything was very beautiful. The costumes they brought the kids are high quality!!! The face painting is way too cute!!! They also provided each child with a good quality Tierra for the girls and pirate hats for the boys . All parents at the party were very happy. Reserving the party went very smooth. They explain everything to you on the phone in details so you know what's expected the day of the party. I recently booke a party with Bella Princess and I couldn't be happier!!! THEY WERE OUTSTANDING. "Kathleen"was AMAZING as Ariel!! Seeing my daughter's face light up when Ariel entered the room was just priceless. Ariel kept the kids attention the entire time with dress up, face painting, dancing, princess etiquette, reading and singing. Everyone (including the parents) had an amazing time. Ariel was absolutely beautiful, My husband and I compared pictures from when we went to Disney and saw Ariel at the castle in Magic Kingdom to Kathleen's Ariel and they were practically identical. My daughter was convinced that Kathleen was the "real" Ariel from "the castle"!! I could not of asked for a better party for my 5 year old. What an amazing company Bella Princess is!!! and so easy to schedule a party, pay online etc. I didn't have to pick up the phone once, all of the party planning was done via email which was so convenient for me. A-maz-ing. You can only get this level of in-character magic when you are at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. I have used Bella two years in a row and each time has been fabulous. First, we had Ana from Frozen and just now, Belle from Beauty and the Beast. My 4 year old daughter was in LOVE with Belle when she made her grand entrance at her home birthday party. She was absolutely in awe. Brittany (I mean, Belle) was on time, extremely professional and so entertaining. The group of 15 kids were utterly entertained. I was a nice hour for me as the host since she kept the kiddies eating out of the palm of her hand. I wish I could have her babysit in character because they were all so well behaved that hour!!!! First off the decor and ambiance at Bella Princess made my five year old niece and myself so happy! I booked this party a month in advance and the communication was great! She is my god daughter so the party had to be just perfect. The characters are so real like and the costumes are an exact match of the movie character and beautifully made! My niece truly thought she met the little mermaid and the joy and happiness in her face and about 20 of her little friends was priceless! Bella Princess was so great to work with I spoke to Isabel in February and picked my package for my granddaughter Alice in Wonderland theme party for April 10 and 2 weeks before the party i needed to change my package and Isabel was so accommodating. Their packages were so affordable it worked well with my budget. I had four characters and the young ladies arrived on time and they were great with the children and with all the grown ups who wanted to take pictures with the them, at all times they were smiling and doing all activities with the kids. I had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here this past weekend. This was by far the best party ever!!! I was concerned that 1 hour 45 mins would not be enough time, however it was more than enough. Just when thought it was time to go, there were still more activities to take place. The staff did a fantastic job!!!! Elsa and Anna were So into character. The place is beautiful and whimsical. All of the children and the parents were in awe and are still talking about the party. I wish I could do this again and again and again. It was truly like a fairytale. I can not begin to explain how much I love this company! I have used them for my daughters birthday for the past 3 years. Every year we have had Stephanie. The 1st year she was Princess Elsa, then Rapunzel and this year Belle. She is AMAZING. She gets into a real princess character making all the children feel like they are seeing a real princess. Elsa & Anna from Bella Princess was the biggest hit! We kept their arrival a surprise and when the 10+ girls, including my 4yr old daughter came inside to see who the 'special' guests were, they were jaw-dropping excited to see that these Frozen princesses were at their party. We hired Alice and the Mad Hatter for my daughter's 1st birthday party. They were amazing! Interacted with all of the guests, danced with the kids, face painted, took pictures. We were so happy with their performance--we could not have asked for anything better. They even gave her a beautiful crown at the end that I know she will love to wear when she plays dress up! Great entertainment for kids. Just had a birthday celebration for my daughter and she loved it so did her friends. Every one agreed that this was best birthday party. Entertainers Anna and Elsa were fantastic knew how to engage children plus the event coordinator was on top of everything. Front desk very helpful plus they will arrange and put everything you bring for the party - like snacks and food for the grownups.
