Woman had no clue how to take off my Alres gel x set and when I told her how, she ignored me and continued to use acetone. Then she left me at the table and never came back. Another woman in the salon started helping me after I ASKED. She still didn't get the other tips off and just painted over it. Definitely won't be back read more

I've been here so many times because it is close to my house but today was the last time. The owners are friendly and offer good service but others are not friendly and the most important reason for why I won't be back is because the cleanliness is BAD. I saw my technician scrape my feet then put that tool on the water with my feet then take it right out and put it with tools to be used on the next person. They are not sanitary at all with any of the tools. Yuck. Won't be back. Bummed bc it was so convenient but I'd rather go to red nails. read more

Not a good experience here at Bella Nails. I received a pedicure in cold water, when I was looking at what she was doing, the nail tech had the audacity to ask me, What was I looking at?!! So I asked if she would be happy with crooked nails that she unevenly filed. She went on to talk to the tech beside her and in English tell me that my toe nails grow crooked!! I have known my feet all my 44 years and never known my toenails to grow crooked. She just didn't know what she was doing. I will never come back to this shop. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the place is clean. I paid for a rushed pedicure that I could have performed myself for free. read more

I've been here three times the first my mom treated me to a mini spa day so she paid for my nails but she waited outside (she doesn't like nail salon smell) when I finished getting my nails done I waited in the waiting area for my Mom to come back in and the man who did my nails stood right smack in front of me back towards me and arms crossed until she came in, the third time I got acrylics and they were still kinda rude but the third time I got a fill in and he filed my nails too thin and all of my nails CRACKED across the middle of my nail bed, it hurt so bad, won't be going back read more

Went once for eyebrow waxing and was quiet satisfied about the result, even though I had to ask the lady a couple of times to fix it to make it even. Second time I went, it for for manicure. the job looked nice and the price was good, but the lady was "decently" nice. Biggest problem? She hurt me so much my cuticles were bleeding the following day. I had sensitive nails for a few days after that. I am a very good tipper to nail salons, but this time, I felt bad leaving a tip.. I used to go to a less clean place to change to this one... But I think for the same cheap price I like light dust a little bit better than torture. read more

I've been a regular customer, i.e., two to three times per month, at Bella Nails for more than two years now and always get good service. They are friendly and professional, and unlike many salons, actually respect appointment times. Dan and his staff do great work - I get pedicures, nails and eyebrow waxings on a regular basis and have no complaints. My mom is also a regular. If you had one bad experience, give them another shot - everyone has a bad day now and then. :-) read more

My favorite nail salon nearby. The owners are great and have learned my preferences (from colors to nail length and shape). I always have good results for pedicures, manicures, acrylics, and gel nails. They have even fixed my nails at no charge after I've messed them up on my way home or stayed open later when I've had an event and needed to get my nails done. read more

I'd really like to at least give 2 stars, but I just would never recommend this place to someone. My pedicure was fine, but it was completely unsanitary. When my pedicure started, I noticed that the lady didn't bring any sanitized products out and hoped it had just been done before I sat down... but when the person next to me was done, the file and pumice stone were put back in the cubby. Lady was somewhat nice however I was not happy with the quality of the nail job. She tried to convince me to get acrylic with pink powder to make my nails stronger I have no idea what she was talking about. The price didn't match what was advertised in the window. I wanted the french tips and instead of airbrush she applied white tips which I don't understand how that would work with the nail growth. It has been 4 days and it looks like they are coming up on the sides. I will never again visit this shop. read more

They are horrible. Every acrylic nail broke within a week.They didn't bother to put me under the dryer. Instead they kept my nails under the lamp light (not the UV light) . They rushed through them and when I called to complain they blamed me. Never go here, ever. It's a shame because they are nice people but lack quality work and responsibility for shortcomings. Terrible place to get your nails done. I have acrylics and I keep up with them every two to three weeks. Last Monday I got them done only to find a chip and a broken nail two days later. They give me attitude because I paint my own nails- if they were able to do the designs that I wanted, then I wouldn't do it myself. I feel like because I do them myself, they don't put in the work. Earlier in the year I had my pinky nail come loose and I told him before he started working and as soon as he put the tool to my nail it cut the cuticle really deep. It wouldn't stop bleeding for 30 minutes and hurt like hell to the point where I jerked my hand back and screamed. Then he had the audacity to ask if it hurt. On top of that he charged me $27 for the fill ($13) and the rest was because he had to bandage my pinky...Glad I didn't have to go to the hospital to get stitches or it properly cleaned since their tools are not cleaned customer to customer. I've only went to this place three times. The first two times was for a manicure. I'd thought they did a terrific job. Then again, I've never had a manicure before, so I don't know how it would equal up to the other places in town. The third time I went there was for acrylic, since I went back to bitting my nails like no tomorrow. And, I needed long nails for this ring I brought so my fingers don't look as chubby. Anyway, I showed the guy the picture I wanted. It was a simple glitter nails. The nails were short, uneven as the side of nails were thicker than the center, all of them weren't the same lenght, and it was a solid color. Where's the glitter?! I couldn't stand looking at them and it bothered me. My perfectist side kicked in and I went someplace else to fix them. Never again, will I go there again for fake nails! read more

Horrible experience. A male (owner?) worked on my manicure so fast while barking out orders to the other girls working the entire time - hardly looked at me or spoke to me at all. I felt I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. He left my nails soaking in acetone (to remove gel polish) so long my hands were burning even after I got home and still through the day. He never had me wash it off until after everything was applied. And as expected when the service was so rushed, my nail tips were very jagged and I had to come home and file them so they wouldn't chip. read more

The people here are so nice, but horrible at nails. I got a gel nail polish and it was a bad decision. The lady hurriedly applied my first coat resulting in the nail polish getting under my nails and on my skin. She applied my first 3 coats lazily, and it got on my hand and arm. Basically my nails look like crap (very thick and uneven) and I could have done a better job. Not joking. It was as if I let a 3 year old apply my polish. Worse experience ever. read more

My daughter had been going to Bella every 2 weeks for years. My mother mainly took her and I have a couple of times. Today was no different. I took her for a fill and I needed my SNS soaked off. When we arrived the owner (the man) was not his normal friendly self. I brushed it off, we are human and tend to have bad days. I asked if they did SNS and the owner gave me attitude saying that they don't do it. I said that's fine. So when it was my turn to get my nails done the owner was so rude telling me customers don't like SNS because it takes too long to do and to remove the powder. All they did was place a bowl of acetone in front of me to soak my nails. If you ever had SNS, yes you do soak your nails in acetone however it's more involved then that. While the owners wife "attemps" to remove the SNS from my nails her husband is speaking in his native language. It was obvious that he was upset because his wife made a comment for him to calm down. At this point I told them I will go somewhere else to get the services I AM PAYING FOR. I stated if you do not do nor know how to do SNS then all you had to do is say it. I will go somewhere else. I get up to pay for my niece and in the middle of my daughter getting her nails done we left. As I was paying for my niece I stated again that if you do not know how to do SNS then you should have said so. His wife then tried to chime in and I politely stated please don't because I'm trying not to get angry. Then the owner felt the need to tell me that he knows how to do SNS. I will NEVER EVER RETURN. I REFUSE TO PAY TO BE TREATED LIKE BOO BOO. The lost a long time customer. read more
