Our terms specify that…read morewe upgraded to "zero tolerance", meaning we paid $1725 up front for them to come as often as required, regardless of snowfall or accumulation. If we receive even a 1/4 inch, they are supposed to come and clear it. I'll add that we also upgraded to pet-friendly snow/ice melt, but that seems moot at this point because they have not shown up for a single snow/ice event this entire season. Have placed several calls to the owner (Jacqueline), and she continues to apologize and offer assurances, but they have not been to our property. Today we have had several inches of accumulation and they are nowhere to be found. Left a vm and no response. Strongly recommend against using them for snow/ice removal. Total SCAM.

The second attendant that came out did a much better and after she left I felt the place was move-out clean appropriate. Even though both attendants were late, I'd say between the $180 price tag and thei overall attentiveness when i was unsatisfied, I'll probably give Morfin another call if I have similar needs in the future.

OCD did another fantastic job cleaning a condo rental for us and my client and the new tenants…read morecould not be happier. This was a fast turnover, with tenants moving out and new tenants moving into a 2 Bed 2 Bath which required a rigorous deep cleaning, and they finished in less time than we had imagined, even removing mildew from corners of both showers and an extremely greasy kitchen exhaust vent. The entire apartment was spotlessly cleaned in a matter of about 2 hours, giving us time for crucial adjustments before the new tenants took possession. I have referred OCD to many clients over the years and the service, timeliness and quality of work performed exceeds those of their competitors at a competitive price.

I asked for special attention to the shelving in the closets only to find they were likely only dusted as the grime was still caked on. Self cleaning of the cabinetry after the clean resulted in the cleaning wipes looking black. The guy cleaning was friendly but ultimately not worth the money spent. EDIT: Since the business owner replied, cleaning looked good upon initial review and comment listed was sent minutes after the cleaner left. Kitchen grime wasn't noticed until moving in, and with respect to offering to come redo/reclean, that offer was not made, just a discount. I'll give an extra star out of fairness for that, but to me the pricing is still inconsistent with the quality

I hired them to clean the common areas of our condo and provided our debt card info for payment as requested. The following days, there were dozens of fraudulent activities detected by my bank (someone used our card to make food purchases). They are the only vendor/party I have ever given our card information to. Again, this is a warning, not an acquisition. But I'll make sure to never use their service again.

A friend of my referred me to this place, so I knew I could give it a shot without being disappointed. I also booked the same maid that my friend uses so with her being a regular, it could've helped with increasing the intention of promoting their top service! My apartment was pristine and all the requests that I made were perfectly completed. It looked like super new and was pleasing to the eye. The staff were very professional and brought their own cleaning supplies. They used some quality vacuum and soap dispenser in a mop (I apologize in advance for my lack of knowledge for these terms). The machines were not rowdy despite my initial worry that it would disrupt my neighbors. They also moved all my furnitures and made sure to get every spot. I believe the service they provide is excellent and they would be able to satisfy the needs of anyone. I had a pleasant experience with the staff as they were super friendly and outgoing. Overall, I believe they are a great service to use. For anyone who is hesitating, I would not spare another moment and immediately try this service out. It will save you so much time.

Ana was friendly, fun, efficient, thorough, and quick. Value: It is pricier than working one-on-one with someone, but the value is there and I'm not complaining. Alejandra and Miguel were polite, friendly, and did good work. They texted to let me know they would be slightly late. They listened to my requests and followed them, rather than doing a standard deep cleaning routine. They were flexible, so I got exactly what I needed, which was kitchen and bathroom, especially stovetop, backsplash, tub shower, and floors. They even asked permission to vacuum, just in case I was in a Zoom meeting or similar. Payment was slightly awkward for me, because I don't have Zelle or Venmo. I just haven't learned about those apps. Paying by debit or credit card is a second choice for TooClean, and there is a processing fee. Nevertheless, I would be happy to hire them again if I can't keep up with my cleaning for any reason.
