I worked with Tim Medini of Bell Environmental Services to find a solution for my two city balconies that were the preferred landing and nesting place for pigeons. i didnt like the idea of screening in the rather small space given the gorgeous river view. Tim suggested the Flock-Off system, which is costly by comparison but so worth it, since the installation is completely unobtrusive and keeps the birds out. DISHONEST! be careful when hiring this company for inspection to see if you have bed bugs. Since they also exterminate, it's very possible that they will say you have tested positive for bed bugs, when in fact you don't have any. My place was originally tested positive by these people, then I hired bed bug inspectors, they also had a dog, and they tested negative. Then I hired a third inspection company, NA, and they tested negative. I find Bell to have conflict of interest and their inspection is quite dishonest. They tested more than 35 % of our building positive, where in fact only a few percent were positive. they might do a good job of exterminating bed bugs, but I wouldn't know. read more

Professional, helpful and courteous for my tenants who had a serious bed bug infestation. They got rid of them effectively and quickly. If you want to save money, however, buy bed bug covers online or from your local hardware store versus from Bell, as they charge a large markup. read more

I called to get a price for ants in my home, after I was given a price that was much higher than I was given from another company the man gave me a huge attitude and said "Well why didn't you go with them, I don't understand why you're calling around" After talking with someone who represents this company and they way they speak to customers I would never recommend them to anyone. I would recommend Bell Environmental to anyone. Bed bugs is a very stressful and difficult problem to deal with and the employees here were helpful and compassionate from start to finish. They got rid of the pesky bed bugs and thank goodness I haven't had a problem since. I unfortunately found out we had bedbugs and immediately called Bell Environmental. They came quickly and confirmed we did indeed have bed bugs. We spent $2450 on just the first round of the extermination process and after we told our landlords they insisted they send their exterminator as well. Just 5 days after Bell was there the other exterminators had found 9 adult bed bugs still alive. I am very disappointed in Bell. We should not have seen adult alive bugs just 5 days after they came. They are extremely overpriced and quite frankly did not do a good job. When we called to tell them what we had found they said they would send over an inspector to check on the problem and then called and canceled the inspection because they said they were too busy. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't fall for the freezing technique like we did. Go with a chemical exterminator, get rid of the problem and don't spend a fortune.
