    Belgian hashbrown haystack.

This time I ordered the Belgian hashbrown hay stack. It consists of hashbrowns, ham, green peppers, onions, and sauted mushrooms over 2 eggs. I ordered mine scrambled. It is usually topped with shredded cheese, but I opted to have cheese sauce. This is my new favorite here. The hashbrowns are perfectly cooked. I was also able to use my loyalty card as this meal gave me the 9 punches I needed to get my $3.00 discount

This is a cute place... Try it!!

This was a great place to grab some soup and a burger! The staff was very hospitable!!! The atmosphere very countryish and cute. The food was really good. The prices are fair too. Now, let's talk food!!.... I'd recommend Cody's Booyah. It's is tastier and had more veggies and meat in it than Ma's Booyah which is very much like eating some yummy chicken noodle soup. I had a burger and fries. It was really good. The fries were hot and crispy. The fries need to be hot for me!!! Ya kinda feel like your eating at an Up North diner. Stop in and try it! Let me know your favorite Booyah. Y'all come back now!!! They didn't say that. But that's what it feels like. I will return for sure!!!

If you are looking for a homey diner experience, this is the place. The decor is very eclectic, many items displayed are for sale. Our food was good. The strawberry jam was amazing! The lady working the counter was very friendly and made great conversation with every customer. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.

The nice waitress and short wait time for food is amazing. The prices are a bit high though! The chicken nugget basket is deff not worth it though, get the chicken strips are a lot better! The prices are pretty high, being 7.50$ for a chicken basket! Theres a lot of locals, so its a favorite! The soup is great and the blt is ok. Its a nice place! They need a waitress and cook! Apply

My husband and I shared: - Loaded Cheese Curds - French Onion Melt - Hot Honey Chicken Mac And Cheese - Strawberry Basil Lemonade Everything was fantastic. The cheese curds were the best we had while in Wisconsin. The flavor of the French Onion melt was so good. I loved the hot honey addition to the mac and cheese. We bought a ton of their cheese too and it was fantastic. They have so many other great goodies too. If I lived nearby, I would be here all the time. This is a must stop in Door County!

They had a wide range of cheeses and oils out for sampling, and the staff was friendly and walked us through the different varieties. One of them had us try a cheese dip with ghost peppers, which was hands down our favorite, creamy up front with a slow burn that built after. We picked up some cheddar, a tub of that dip, and a few beers for the road. We also grabbed food from the in-store café: a grilled French onion sandwich, tomato basil soup, and cheese curds. The sandwich and soup were the standouts. The curds were fresh and squeaky. We finished with their ice cream, which held up to everything else we'd eaten. The prices were low enough that the whole stop felt like a steal. A must-visit when you're in Sturgeon Bay.

We ordered them breakfast sliders and the chef was ya concerned about the onions in it. They offered a substitute of burge or bacon - how thoughtful!!! They brought a bowl of water and served their food in dog bowls. On top of all of that, our food was delicious!! Everything was fresh and prepped and presented with love . The coffee was wonderful. The whole vibe was perfect. Our server CHRIS was the absolute best! He was kind and helpful and pleasant - it made everything even bette! He said lunch is just as amazing. Thanks again Chris . Place was dang busy for a lunch hour. Pretty much every table taken. We had the Asian Chicken wrap with chips and the hot Turkey and cheese sandwich with chips. Two glasses of Hibiscus tea to quench the thirst. Sandwiches were excellent, Wrap was loaded with perfectly prepared vegetables sliced to perfection and came with a nice Asian dressing - light and tasty. Bread on the Turkey sandwich toasted perfectly and dressed with a cherry jam for butter. Really enjoyed our meal. Asked for Hibiscus tea for the road and off we went. Highly recommend without any reservations ... my go to place in Sturgeon Bay.

While mainly about ice cream, the burgers are also pretty good served on a unique crispy home-made style bun. There are tables all around and the water isn't too far either. Going up to the window, we ordered the cherry frosty. The women responded with "you know that's the syrup, right?" I am not sure if it was a long day, but looking back she seemed a bit short. This was double downed when we received our order. Which was completed in a timely manner. I looked at the scope of ice cream expecting something a little different. Rather than her asking or showing any concern, it was - "I said it was a Sunday." I'm not one to ever argue with the one that makes my food so I smiled and grabbed it. Also, a note about tipping culture. If you expect/ want a tip, than give singles back so the person is more inclined to tip. If you just give a five or a ten back, don't expect them to tip more then what they paid for. The icecream with cherry was very good. Unfortunately, I don't see us coming back to this establishment. Seems a little pricy for what we got. Plus the service was a side of sour.
