There would be a line as soon as they opened. Now it's less chaotic because they take appointments. Make an appointment. This place is affordable and they do quality work that's why I come here for tires. You save money by ordering them online and if you know nothing about tires like myself, you just plug in your car info and they reccomend the tire for you. When they're ready for pickup you'll get an email and that's when you call to set up and appointment. I went the day before a holiday and they had me in and out in less than an hour. In conjunction with this you will get good repairs done, but they will charge you an arm and a leg. This location is not shy about their pricey costs!! Total time = 5 minutes. A very generous and gracious tech helped us out. That pizza place is a frequent stop for our VA-PA travel, if we have any more issues enroute then I know where to go.
