Beijing hotpot was very accommodating. They let you sit down even before opening hours (12pm to 6am), we came at 11:15am. I really like their wall of ancient chinese dolls! Their soup was good. - Dual Pot "Spicy Lamb And Scorpion Pot" $48.95 The lamb and scorpion had abundance of meat! Disclaimer: no real scorpion meat, only lamb! "Pork Bone Soup" $9.95 Sauce was okay. Didn't order much meat this time since I normally eat hotpot for dinner instead of lunch but their fresh sliced lamb and fresh rib eyes cut didn't stand out. Might try their other meats next time. Veggies: Tribute and Enoki mushrooms were not fresh in how they look but wasn't bad in taste. (Both veggies looked wilted/brown. This batch seems to be from the night before?) Probably will come back for dinner and try their other soup base and items.

I always come here for late night hot pots. Usually all hot pot places are closed pretty early in flushing but this place stays open until 4am and they have a great variety of fresh ingredients. The choices they have to make your sauces also vary a great deal which is a deal breaker when eating hot pot. You order through a tablet which makes it nice and easy to add items and drinks to your order while you eat and socialize. The restaurant is very cute and has a rustic feel to it which I enjoy when having hot pot.

This was my second time at Beijing Hotpot, and I had a pretty good experience overall. We got the classic pork bone and tomato broths, and both were really flavorful and comforting. There's a good variety of meats, seafood, and veggies to choose from, and the portions are generous; perfect for sharing if you come with a group. Just a heads up, it's not AYCE. The sauce and condiments bar has a solid selection to make your own dipping sauce, and they even offer free side dishes, which is a nice bonus. Service was decent, and the atmosphere wasn't too loud, which I really appreciated so you don't have to shout to talk to each other. Overall, the food was great, and it's definitely a solid spot for a casual hot pot night.

My friend from out of town wanted to grab hotpot and this spot was highly recommended to him. And I can understand why. First, when you walk in you feel like you are temporarily transported to ancient China. They have the pavilion booths, classic wooden chairs and lanterns. I felt like a noble sitting in the pavilion! Second, the staff were really friendly and attentive. They also brought out the food really quickly and they are open until 6am! Isn't that wild! Third, the food quality was amazing. You see that beautiful marble print on the wagyu? We ordered: Beef and lamb roll combo Wagyu Watercress Fish filet Fish tofu Potato Noodles Mango Shaved Ice So if you are looking for a fancy hotpot place this is your spot!

Came here around 6p on a Saturday - made reservation on OpenTable. The place was fairly empty when we arrived but filled up as we were leaving. Overall everything was really good! Staff were all really nice and attentive. Always filled the broth when it was low. They give you a free dessert if you tag them on IG. Also give 4 hours of free parking at tangram mall! Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

If you are not from NYC you do feel transported to somewhere in China?! Asia?! But definitely you know you are in Queens.

We got to try 5 different items in addition to what comes with the standard meal for 4. This is great for anyone adventurous. It's not the usual hotpot options you are used to from the chains. There are options you can't get most places: i.e. wagyu, quail, frog, liver, duck. I am not adventurous like the rest of my party and enjoyed the fish and shrimp options. You do have to work for your meal but that's the fun part. Our party of 4 ate for ~$300 before tip. Service was great! They even put our coats in a plastic bag so it would not absorb the smell. It's casual dining and so I suggest wearing items you do not plan to rewear any time soon.

Beijing Hotpot is definitely underrated. Not enough people are talking about this place! The wait times at Chongqing Lao Zhao and Haidilao were well over 3 hours, so we decided to come here. The interior takes you back to a historical period in China. The staff was super friendly and very willing to help. The meats and veggies were fresh. The tomato broth was one of the best I've had in flushing. Skewers were also surprisingly very tasty. No complaints. With the decent price, little to no wait time, and great service, Beijing Hotpot really climbed to the top of my Flushing hotpot list.

Flushing are spoiling the locals here. So many great places to eat. I was up here for July 4th week. Decided to try this place for lunch before heading downtown for the fireworks. We got here when the restaurant just opened so we got a table right away. We ordered various items for the hot pot. Everything came out quickly and all tasted really good with the broth. The ambience is also very nice with the decorations. One of the best hot pot places that I've been to in the US.

One of the better hotpots in flushing. When you walk in, you feel like you are transported back to the Ming Dynasty. The bigger tables are under wooden Pavillions. The broth was flavorful and was refilled without being asked. The beef was good quality and vegetables were fresh. We went on a Tuesdy so it was 20% off. The service was good.

The food quality is quite good! The broth is flavorful and does not leave the salty msg taste in my mouth. Luckily my friends and I dined right before the dinner rush arrived. The staff had a bit trouble managing the very large groups that came in. But - despite the small space, it is very well decorated. It was a shame we couldn't try their shaved ice desserts due to the hour long wait time, but look forward to trying it in the future! Would definitely suggest for them to have more sauce options and put combination recommendations for those that are new to hotpot culture.

We got the spicy and pork broth. The pork broth reminds me of a classic pork soup my Chinese friends' moms would make. I enjoyed it a lot, really porky! The price is on par with Haidilao, which knocked it down a star for me since I felt that the sauce bar and dessert bar was average. They also charged us $3 each for sauce. We got the chuck cut and the ribeye cut and I didn't like it at all. Even the spicy broth couldn't save it. It was really lean and gamey. The noodles were really good in the pork broth. We also got the fatty cut of meat, which was good. We came on a Tuesday night so service was really good and attentive.

If you're looking for a tasty meal that's open late (11 or 11:30 am - 6:00 a.m.) this is the place if you're in Flushing. I know many in Queens know this already but I'm from Brooklyn and didn't realize until now. This might be pricy for some but very worth it. Inside is very intimate and comfortable for groups or couples as the lighting is not too bright or too dim. The background music can range from many Chinese artists or other Asian music. Staff is fun and accommodating. The restaurant offers memberships that gives discounts so apply if you be a regular diner.

The menu is entirely in Spanish but the waiters can help if needed. We ordered the Gobernador taco, a half dozen shrimp, the regular guacamole and the aguachiles verdes. The Gobernador was a large size - really more like a mini quesadilla than a taco in my mind. It was flavorful and filled with seafood. The half dozen shrimp were cooked well, but a little hard and messy to peel. The guac was good, a little oily but tasty. The aguachiles were really good but borderline too spicy for me. The spice continued to build as I ate them and it did feel less enjoyable but it was good to start. My main grievance with this restaurant was how loud it was. I was yelling and struggling to hear what my friend or the waiter said, but the food was delicious. Maybe if it were less crowded it would be ok, but definitely not a great atmosphere for having a conversation.

Interesting enough, while the owner is from Wenzhou, their main chef is from Fu Zhou. Hence I definitely see some Fukinese influences here as well, such as their famous Buddha Jumped Over The Wall Soup that requires advance notice. Anyway, the reason I first visited this restaurant was because they have a great lunch special from Monday to Saturday. You can choose three items and a soup for $8, or four items and a soup for $9. I gave that a try a few months back and thought the food was solid. Due to my first experience, I decided to come try their dinner offerings with my family recently. We ordered a bunch of dishes and was overall please. While the best dish of the night may have been the Salt & Pepper Pork Chop, it's hard not to enjoy Ginger & Scallion Twin Lobsters for $29.88 right? The Shi Li Xiang Stir-Fry (Mixed Seafood w/ XO Sauce) and Wenzhou Style Dried Tofu w/ Smoked Pork were pretty good too. Unfortunately, the cold appetizers were not as satisfying. While slightly overcooked, the Boiled Pig Kidney was still decent. The Fried Belt Fish was okay, and I did not really like the Jelly Fish & Cumcumber or the freebies they gave us. As a whole, I thought the dinner was not bad and I would return to try more dishes. Nothing here really blew my mind, but the prices are so inviting.

Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is considered an upscale complete with table linens, celebratory atmosphere, and "all-you-can-eat" venue, typically with a bustling, energetic Southern Brazilian cuisine, serving churrasco barbecue style meats and traditional side dishes. The "Market Table" is a open buffet which includes fruits, vegetables, and seafood. This Market Table is very large. Food is very fresh and abundant readiness. I made the mistake to ruin my appetite with crackers mere hour before sitting at our table. Fire roasted meat distribution to table and carved with patrons catching a piece using a tong. Fogo is a meat lover's paradise for a heavy steak meal. The bottom sirloin or bacon wrapped steak, is noted by Yelpers, always dry. The parmesan crusted pork is flavorful and surprisingly juicy.
