Since moving here from California last month I've been looking for good Chinese food ! I can say after trying about 4 different ones prior I've finally found a good one that has me satisfied ! Good Chinese food. This is the fast food service type of Chinese. Meaning, it's not some fancy Asian cuisine. You stand in line on front of the counter and order. You won't go wrong with this little spot. I love my fries, so their fries are on point! They also have options to get combos around $7. I only give 5 stars to places that u get everything I want. Not saying this place is not good enough for 5 stars, but I like to drink my soda in a cup with ice (that's just me). Overall very good place for Chinese. read more

Pretty good food. I would strongly recommend that you do not have or attempt to have this food delivered. They use GrubHub. Good luck. I've never been able to get a food delivery from GrubHub properly. My GrubHub order today from this restaurant never arrived. Of course the driver lied and said it was delivered at the door, but the place it was supposed to be delivered has a gate. He would've had to call me to open the gate. There's nobody else here. The food is decent, and the service is miserable. I ordered from this place online tonight--two combination platters. They ask when ordering online for your choice of soup and choice of side. I made my selections and waited. The food was dropped off with the cold soda sitting right next to the hot food. Not a great start. As we unpacked, we noticed there were zero utensils, or napkins. And we also saw no side (we had ordered egg rolls). So we attempted to call them to rectify the situation. We were greeted by a rude woman, who gave us excuses rather than solutions. She told us, "everybody knows we don't hand out utensils when you order delivery..." When we tried explaining that we were visiting she shut us down quickly. She also refused to accept that the combination platters come with a side. I'll be posting a screenshot to show that when ordering online, it asks for choice of side. So, as a flight attendant who travels and eats from various establishments often, I found the service abysmal. I will never order from this place again. This is the one place you can find great, reasonably priced Chinese food in Miami Beach (and to me, all of Miami). Finally found a local Chinese restaurant I can enjoy! Thanks to Yelp I was able to track down this little gem. We enjoyed the honey garlic chucken, crab rangoon, vegetable lomein and french fries. They have a diet menu which my wife has ate from here and I usually eat the combo platters with honey garlic chicken (my favorite) or sweet and sour chicken. This little place reminds me of the Chinese take outs in NYC. love their General Tso Chicken and their Lo Mein.

Beijing Cafe has been my go-to Chinese take out spot for the last couple of years. They've saved me from terrible hangovers and helped me out when I was too lazy to cook on a weeknight. Their track record has been superb - 95% of the time they've been spot on. The food arrives hot, fresh and tasty. There's been a few occasions when the egg foo young was singed to a crisp and the chicken was a little rubbery, but 9/10 the food is freaking tasty as hell. I love their egg rolls and often order several with my main meal. Maybe it's the opportunity to use copious amounts of duck sauce packets, or maybe it's the crispy crunch I love - not sure, but YUM, I have a legit addiction to these. Some of my favorite dishes are the Dieter's Delight with shrimp (mixed veg, steamed shrimp, choice of sauce on the side), the shrimp lo main, the fried dumplings, egg foo young and shrimp with lobster sauce. My hubs ALWAYS (and I do mean ALWAYS) gets the General Tso's Chicken (extra spicy) which he swears by. I've never been there to eat at the restaurant, the take-out is just too fast and convenient. I'd rather sit on my couch in my pajamas, watch Netflix and stuff my face without worrying about other diners judging my sloppy eating habits. read more

I ordered general tso tofu and it was bland and I found a hair in it. We also ordered chicken wings and house special fried rice and it was also bland. Most people who have lived here for awhile know that Miami is a surprisingly difficult place to find good, reasonably priced Chinese food.
