They were super communicative with my son, and also with me (I'm sure I was being a little "extra" since I was a little worried to begin with!) They were (unfortunately) unable to patch the tire, but had an appropriate one in stock to replace it, so my son was safely on his way in just a couple hours. It didn't break the bank, either, which was a relief since it *was* an after hours, roadside call. "Thank you" for your care and service doesn't say enough.
