My AAA - freakin useless, my liberty mutual roadside - useless, called every tow company, tire shop and roadside service in eastern Iowa, and in Illinois... not like we were in the middle of nowhere. Found one roadside that would bring a spare tire but they wanted $1,000 card hold..... We spoke to 30+ different places within that hour... Tires24 was literally the only place somewhat on the way that was open late. Someone answered right away, the guy on phone was patient and nice, assured us he would take us, even though we couldn't get there until right before closing because we had to drive below speed limit on the donut. When we got there, Lamont (the gentleman working) greeted us and understood and sympathized with our stressful trip there. He replaced the tire efficiently and was super professional and welcoming. The cost was surprisingly affordable, we weren't there very long at all which was great because we were exhausted. Lamont saved our asses and we highly recommend anyone in the NW illinois area call these guys first for tire and auto issues.

As for the tire rotation i just got my rims painted last fall and they had not a single chip or rash. damaged the center of my rims leaving deep scratches as well as chipped by rims multiple times. blamed it on the machine yet the swirls was only made on 1 rim. both of my from rims are completely chipped from the supposal "fast service" he tried keeping up with. I had the spare put on and the tow truck driver recommended coming to the city to this spot. They totally hooked it up!
