From the initial call until the completion of my service, everything was exceptional. I woke up to a flat tire and didn't want to risk driving to a tire shop and potentially causing further damage to my rim. I immediately searched Google and found C E Leeks Enterprise Roadside. I called and explained what was going on. The owner was extremely helpful, clearly explained my options and pricing, and within 20 minutes, a technician was at my home! My technician was great. I chose to replace the tire, and from the time he removed the damaged tire, went to get the replacement, and returned to install it, the entire process took about one hour. What I loved most was the convenience. I didn't have to leave the comfort of my home or worry about driving on a flat tire and damaging my rim. The service was fast, professional, convenient, and stress-free from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend C E Leeks Enterprise Roadside to anyone needing reliable roadside or mobile tire service. Excellent customer service and an overall great experience! Definitely 5-star service! read more

I will be pursuing legal action regarding my experience with this company. I worked as a driver for them and was dispatched approximately 90 miles to Rockford for a mobile tire service call that paid only $100. After completing the assignment, I was not properly compensated for the distance and time involved. When I tried to address the issue, my calls and messages went unanswered, and I was blocked instead of receiving a professional response. In my experience, there was a lack of communication with both me as the driver and the customer. This was extremely unprofessional and not how a business should operate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for or using this company. I believe the way I was treated was unacceptable, and I have retained legal counsel to address this matter through the appropriate channels. read more
