I definitely recommend this place and I recommend Oren and Chris. I love this place. This is my go to!! My insurance (Geico) isn't affiliated with this company but they definitely take my insurance payment. I was in a jam twice. The first time my tire needed to be swapped to a spare tire my insurance company couldn't find any one for 4 hours literally! I looked and called about 6 companies and this place responded and literally came within 90 minutes and Chris helped me. He's funny quick and cool! The second time literally two days later my spare tire popped. My insurance said they couldn't get no one to get to me for 4 hours to tow my car to a tire shop so I went ahead and called this place again! Guess what? They had someone to me within 90 minutes and Oren helped me he was so awesome! He was super quick his truck was super clean and he got me to the tire shop quick and easy. He has very nice conversation and he waived the extra mileage for me. AWESOME! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

Booking my tow with Chicago Towing was friendly, prompt and courteous. The truck arrived to pick up my car not more than twenty minutes later, as promised, and driver Robert contacted me 7 minutes out to let me know he was near my location. Robert gave me a lift to the shop where my car was being towed and we struck it up like old friends covering a variety of interesting topics which revealed him to be a very observant, good family person, who did everything within his power to make sure my car was loaded and unloaded without issue, and my towing experience hassel-free and accommodating. A receipt was immediately texted to my phone the moment my credit card payment was made. Chicago Towing will take care of you and help you through the challenges which necessitate your automobile being towed so you can focus on your repair or other issue without additional burdens. I will call them for sure the next time I need my car towed. Five stars. read more

Our car alternator went out while in chicago and we needed a tow to the western suburbs during rush hour. Our insurance company said we would have a tow in 2 hours but Chicago Towing was there in 45 minutes. Adrian was our driver and i could not ask for a better experience for a terrible situation. Adrian arrived and tried to diagnose and fix the problem before he even talked about towing us. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgable, and kind throughout the process. When he dropped the car he even helped push the car into the parking spot at the mechanic. I would say Adrian made the experience better than I expected. If he is your driver you will be in good hands and he will take care of you. Thank you Adrian for being a genuine person. I highly recommend this company and if needed in the future Chicago Towing will be my first call. Thanks. read more

My sons 2006 Ion wouldn't start, the key was stuck in the ignition and to make matters worse the wind blew the door shut. I called Chicago Towing snd the dispatcher was very friendly and told me he'd have someone there within the hour. Robert (fantastic employee and very knowledgeable) called me in 30 mins to tell me he was on the way and again when he was a few mins away. Robert did everything he could to get the door unlocked (which was no easy task) and jumped the battery. He gave me tips on where to get a new battery and answered every car question I asked (at least 20). I was pretty much picking his brain since my son nor I knew much about cars in general. Robert was so patient and didnt give up. I would definitely recommend calling Chicago Towing if you are in need of one of their services and hopefully you will get Robert. read more

I was picking my husband up from work and while waiting my car stopped outside my husband's job. We needed a jump or a tow. The first company I called (that will remain nameless) wanted an astronomical price for just a jump, needless to say we said ByeBye to that guy. We called Chicago Towing the price was reasonable and Michael, the tow truck driver went above and beyond the call of duty ( I was having a problem with my hood latch and he took extra time to get the hood opened) in the rain no doubt! Now that's Service. These guys will be my go to company if I find myself in this situation again and I'll definitely ask for Michael...Deena Scarborough read more

As part of our inground pool project we purchased a telescopic pool enclosure to allow us to use the pool year round. The delivery of the enclosure required a 21' flatbed roll off tow truck to pull the pallet off of the 53' semi trailer. After a few calls, Chicago Towing said they could accommodate me. Adrian showed up on time and used various techniques to artfully slide the pallet onto his tow truck. He then brought the enclosure to my driveway and placed it exactly where I wanted it. This was not an easy task. I was extremely impressed with his skill, creativity, demeanor and professionalism. I highly recommend Chicago Towing. read more

Chicago 24 Hour Towing was just about the best experience when your car is dead and you have limited options and a time crunch. Dispatch was courteous and sympathetic - and the tow was super timely and 100% professional. Robert was extremely helpful and quickly got our vehicle carefully loaded and delivered to the mechanic all while maintaining communication and COVID standards. I needed a return tow and Bobby was just as professional, timely and efficient getting our car relocated. The price for the service, communications and professionalism from the drivers is probably the best you will find in the city. Highly recommended. read more

I was driving along on a Saturday night, stopped at a red light and my car died out and wouldn't restart. I called Chicago Towing, talked to Emil, he quickly informed me of my options and sent a truck in 12 mins. Adrian, the tower, was awesome. He loaded my car quickly and let me sit inside his truck to stay warm. He drove me and my car to a nearby mechanic. He could have left me there to call a taxi or Uber, but instead he drove me home. True gentleman. I felt very safe and grateful. Ladies, if your car breaks down, call this place! read more

I needed my car moved from our driveway to the street. The key wasn't working and we could not put the car into neutral to move it. We called Chicago Towing and they were at our house in less than 20 minutes. Robert was amazing. He gave us a fair price and had the job done in less than 5 minutes. He showed us how to release the gear shift in cases of emergency. Robert was pleasant, professional and very skilled at maneuvering the car out of the driveway and parking it on the street. I would definitely use them again. read more

I had a transmission cable issue on my Dodge Dart (recall was out but of course I had yet to get the issue serviced). Called these guys and Robert was sent out to tow my car to the nearest dealer. I can't stress enough how smooth this went. Robert was incredibly helpful, even getting the cable shifter back on temporarily so that the car could be loaded, unloaded, and the key could be removed. I definitely recommend this place (pricing was fair) and will use them again if I ever need another tow. Thank you so much Robert! read more

After a long day of work I found myself stranded at 3am in Highland Park. Chris D came to jump me. After he left my car died again. Even though he was at the end of his own long day, as a courtesy, he came back to jump me again! It still wouldn't hold a charge so Chris went above and beyond and towed me home to Chicago, even though technically I should've had to wait for dispatch to send another truck because his shift was over. I'm home safe and sound and beyond grateful to Chris for the service he provided me. read more

My car engine stopped at a light several days before July 4th and had to be towed. It was at around 8pm and I called AAA and they said it would take over 3 hours before someone can come. The weather was fine and there should be no reason for them to take so long. We could not wait that long for a tow , so I called Chicago Towing and they came in about 40 minutes. Mike the tow driver was very pleasant and towed the car to our repair shop. I would recommend this company and would use them again. read more

My vehicle broke down and I needed a tow. I called a different tow company but they didn't have a tow truck close. I then called Chicago 24hr Towing and they sent a driver within 30 minutes. Bobby came to rescue me and was very positive and upbeat, but more importantly very professional. He was very careful with my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind. Emil at the office worked me and my situation, and kept me informed throughout. Overall a good towing company to call if you're in a bind. read more

Absolutely terrible service. They took the keys from my car. And then in the end they called to police, and reported that I have Amazon boxes in my trunk and on my backseat what doesn't belongs to me. The question is How do they know what I have inside???? I was doing amazon delivery when I hit the car, that's why I still had all of the boxes. And it took 1 hour to get my Amazon's id to proof all of this to police! Don't believe these guys, they'll open your car without you! read more

Chicago Towing and my driver Christian H were the only good parts of my day yesterday. After getting into an accident and other towing services putting me on hold or telling me it would take 3 hours to get there, Christian was dispatched and arrived at the scene in under 15 minutes. He was so friendly and had me smiling again with his attitude and jokes. Was grateful he rigged up my totaled car in under 10 minutes and could be on my way home. Thank you for saving the day!! read more

Four hours away from home my Jeep wouldn't start. I cannot thank this towing company and ESPECIALLY Adrian L enough! Adrian was so helpful, patient and caring towards my vehicle and myself! It wasn't an easy tow with location etc but he didn't give up and got my vehicle safely back to a dealership! After a very long two days of flight delays and mess-ups. Adrian was the first person that was kind and helpful! Thanks again so much!! -Chelsea from Iowa read more

I was in a bind and thank goodness I found this company! Great communication and very prompt service. I got call backs and no bs. Robert showed up and he was knowledgeable and professional and made things easy. The prices are great too! I used to use Ohare towing but now that I found real professionals they are the only ones I will use from now on. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the owner and thank you Robert!!!! read more

Robert gave us exceptional service. He was very polite and courteous. He was practicing social distancing and made sure he guided us through the process. He made sure we understood what he was doing. He didn't do anything with explaining first. He asked if we had any questions. He called us with an ETA and was dead on it. I found them on google and I couldn't be more happy. The car arrived at the dealership in tact. read more
