Sarah was our server, she was polite and timely. Very helpful and did not seem like she was under pressure even though it seems like she was because the amount of tables that she was taken care of. The place has changed a lot since I've been in there last, they have closed off the bar, have put in some bush like ornaments and have just spruce the place up of it. I understand they're now under independent ownership so they can do what they please. The food is very large portions so keep that in mind when you order, as I think what we got, we could've shared. I think the improvements did a a lot of good for the place since the interior needed some work. If you haven't been there in a while, I'd recommend you go, today was Saturday and they had a cheeseburger and chicken wing special for 12 bucks. Not a bad deal. read more

Beef 'O' Brady's is a Florida based sports bar restaurant chain started in Brandon in 1985. When I found myself in Brooksville with several hours to kill I used Yelp to find the nearest locally owned restaurant and this is what I came up with. So I drove 15 miles to the nearest civilization and found the restaurant occupying a corner spot in a strip mall on Spring Hill Dr. Since it is the day before Super bowl Sunday this sports bar is getting into high gear. Signs to pre-order your Super Bowl wings and a huge Super Bowl raffle occupied a large spot in the dining room. A couple of the raffle prizes are a super sized screen TV and a kayak! I started with a margarita flight at ($15),fried mozzarella sticks ($9.99), and chili-cheese nachos ($10.99). Yeah, it's a lot but I wanted snacks for later. Finished off with grilled shrimp platter ($17.49). Waitress Hayley was on the ball despite serving tables in the main dining room and the bar. Large screen TV's gave me my choice of basketball, golf, and the Winter Olympics. Bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Pretty good meal and service for the middle of nowhere. read more

Haven't been here in a long time. The place went down hill. So we tried it again. Mateo was our waiter, and he was great. He well represents the company. The food was good and the place was clean. A few years ago the floor was sticky and had slippery spots . Back then the guy would go in the men's bathroom and mop the floor then continue to go in hallway into dining room without changing the mop or the water. However. It was different . I will never go to any of their restaurants!!! Had to send back a simple steak 3 times because could NOT cook a medium temperature steak. i brought my almost two old and myself here today to get some lunch after our ballet practice. i was super stoked to get some good food at a good price. unfortunately, we sat there for over 15 mins waiting to just be greeted. i have a toddler, i work in a restaurant and when we have kids in there we get them out as fast as possible . as time went by , i noticed tables being sat, drinks orders being put in and food being taken out, after we have been sitting there for 15+ minutes. i felt discriminated bc i am a young white lady with a mixed daughter. there was not a single person of color in there besides one cook, and only one other younger person with an older person, i feel i wasn't taken care of bc 1.) i am a young person with a child 2.) my child is black. it may not of been this way but it is exactly how i felt. i asked for a manager and she came super friendly just not comforting. the excuse was "i thought she had you and she thought u you " yet nobody even cared to ask. i manage a restaurant myself, it's very easy for me personally to point out when somebody is there for just a check and somebody who genuinely loves to do for the. customer. i was not offered any type of compensation for the long wait and making me so upset. i left the restaurant crying bc of how uncomfortable i felt. just because i am a young single mother with a black child does not mean to assume the tip i will give. this is so disheartening bc the food and prices are great. but i feel like i can't even show my face in there anymore. read more

We have come to this location a few times. Our last visit wasn't as pleasant as our previous ones so I am gonna take them all into consideration and just assume it was a bad night last time. We are usually greeted as soon as we walk in and seated, this last time we waited and eventually a guest was the one who said "Hey, you can just sit anywhere". So we did. The waitress who brought over our menus (who also passed us while waiting at least 3 times) literally slammed them on our table, almost hitting my phone and walked away. Luckily, she was not our waitress for the night. Our waitress for the night was very sweet. She seemed busy which resulted in us waiting a little longer for things but she never forgot anything so it was appreciated. We love going Tuesday's for the tacos. Just left this dirty place.. will never, ever go again.. first the waitress was on her first day.. I get it . As we all have to start somewhere... however, she should never been allowed on the floor with what minimal training she obviously had.. we where a table of 3.. she took 2 drink orders and started to walk away.. we called her back, and she said I was just going to see if we had what you ordered.. how about taking our whole order... we then order two burgers and an order of shrimp(app to be eaten as an entree) app was out asap.. but it gets better.. the menu clearly states 12 shrimp to the order (I checked) only got 6.. and it looked like they through it in the bowl.. the sauce was all over the place.. the tap beer was disgusting.. who knows when they last cleaned their lines.. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.. Management is so at fault for all of this.. read more

It has never had mushrooms in, doesn't list mushrooms as in ingredient. It had mushrooms in it. Fortunately I like mushrooms but a lot of people don't. We asked for napkins three times before they were brought. Staff is friendly. Food tasted good. No silverware was given to us. It was busy the night we went. We've had very enjoyable meals here in the past. Tonight, we were left very disappointed in our service. There were very few people in the restaurant. We were greeted very kindly but our table server seemed to have less than the right mindset for this kind of work. We were left for quite a while after our food was delivered to wait for condiments. We then waited for several minutes (about 20) for our server to return to help us fix the bills that were mixed up between our two parties. The food was good but the service was very slow. There were several booths along the wall closest to the bar area that weren't cleaned off. I saw two older men come in and sit down at a booth that wasn't cleaned yet. They looked around at several other tables (that were also not cleaned) and I guess decided to sit at the one that was the least dirty. I looked at my watch and timed it-- 14 minutes had gone by and no one had walked over to them. I finally mentioned it to my waitress and she went over to clean the table and (I assume) take their order. When my husband and I asked for the check, we were given the wrong one. Now I understand why the reviews were less than stellar. My husband said he'd give it another try but sit at the bar. He thinks the service will be faster.
