The food is usually good. The servers are nice. But service is very slow. Came in on a Sunday to get lunch. There was a large church party just leaving. we were sat and waited 45 minutes for our food. The church tables sat with food and dirty dishes on it for at least an hour. Bacon on the pub chips came out uncooked, and they definitely do not stay open until 10 pm on Sundays. When I addressed this the waitress she was rude and cutty. Their food is not worth the crap attitude; especially after I typed 20% the last time because I figured she was just having a bad night. Wrong, just her personality. I ordered the combo appetizer to go for lunch. They gave me the wrong sauces. I can live with that. Almost all of the food was good except the three chicken pieces they put in this box. I can't give ZERO stars? That's unfortunate. I tried a Beef O'Brady's a few years ago and walked out. I recently moved to Spring Hill and decided to give my local B'O a try. There was female bartender with an English accent, who did a good job and the hamburger actually wasn't bad. So after golf today, I decided to try my neighborhood B'O one more time. MISTAKE! I'm in the Hospitality business, so I know things can go wrong. People don't show up for work, a restaurant runs out of something ... certainly things just can't be avoided. Incompetent management and customer service, is avoidable. I walked in and sat at the Bar. There were 8 people at the bar, 2 standing near the bar and 4 folks getting up from a booth. There were at least 5 Staff people working. (1) for every 3 customers. About 2 minutes after sitting at the bar, I had a menu and Coke in front of me. 21 minutes later, I had the Coke and Menu on the bar and no one had asked me if I wanted to place an order. The "bartender (I used the word loosely, because this guy shouldn't be tending bar at a lemonade stand) was a dark-haired guy, around 40ish, about 5'8". He was apparently the on duty manager, because I overheard him speaking to a server about when she could leave for the day. I was in the establishment for 21 minutes and not ONCE did this nit wit ask if he could help me. I walked in at 3:56 and at 4:19 I left $3 on the bar for my Coke and walked out the door. The bartender had plenty of time to walk out from behind the bar and service 3 or 4 guys who walked in about 4:10. He apparently knew them, as he asked if they wanted their "regular". There was now a total of 9 customers in the place and I couldn't place an order. I guess you need to be a "regular" to get service there? Or perhaps if you're not drinking beer, they don't want you there? I was willing to overlook the dark, ratty, 80's style motif. I wouldn't even have complained that the place generally had a "dirty look" to it. There's just no excuse for service that's abysmal and staff that's so pre-occupied with whatever they're doing, that they can't service a guest. Beef O' Brady's in Spring Hill is definitely a NO GO, under any circumstances. & note to the owner: I'll bet $10 there were at least 2 underage kids drinking at the opposite end of the bar from me. read more

Its quite large. More spacious than normal beef's. It was lunch so it was quiet. My kiddo had the usual.... chicken nuggets, while I scarfed down too many wings. This location has some good wings which rival the wings at the Ridge & Little Rd location. The beef's closer to me has gone way downhill and is getting bad. The game room for the kids was nice too. Decent size with a small but good selection. One game took our dollar, but they refunded us. No problems. If I'm up in that area, I'll be eating wings here again! read more

I have been going to Beefs for over 10 years and the past few it had gotten worst with thE old management/owners. But since the new manager has come in the food has improved and the service is getting like it use to be. But the Lisah has been there and slows sys been the bright spot of the team. While you will find this place your average bar food experience one item does stand out. The gravy for the mashed potatoes! If you go for no other reason get your gravy train rolling! The restaurant is clean, with plenty of sports to watch. The bar is minimal and at the back wall. Minimal video games in central room for the kids. Expect 10-15 dollar plates on most items. Not a bad bar food trip but don't expect a golden ticket..... Unless you get the gravy. read more

Maybe but not today. They have a young man who must be overwhelmed with so many tables. We had to flag him down to take our order. At this point I had lost my appetite. The young man did apologize but I was done with the poor customer service. Even as I write this a young lady came and asked the table next to us if everything was all right. She did not ask if we needed anything and went about her business. Everytime I eat at the Spring Hill location at Spring Hill Dr and Barclay I always have a great meal and a awesome atmosphere. One employee stands heads above everyone and that is Gabriel S. I have had him as my waiter 2 times now and he is genuine and attentive. He is very polite and is amazing at the service he provides. I'm a manager myself and I would have him come work for me in a heartbeat. Don't let him get away because I will continue to eat there as long as I know we may come in and he is there with a smile to help us. Thank you Gabe for your great service. read more

You could eat here, but why would you? The food is less than par and the prices are the same as Rookies which is across the street where the food is better and the beer selection is great. Just look at the burgers, Beef uses something that looks like Burger King while Rookies burgers are thick and juicy. You ask for medium rare you get it at Rookies, while at Beef its impossible because the burgers are way to thin to do so read more

Bad experience here. We called our order in and the lady on the phone was so all over the place and kept repeating our order wrong. After the 5 time repeating it to her she finally got it and rushed off the phone without asking for the name. We went in to pick up the food about 45 minutes later and the informed us that they didn't have the order there. We tired to show her that we called and what time and she didn't even want to look. She said "if you want to wait 45 minutes to an hour for us to make it you can, but if not we can't help you". Horrible customer service and i will NOT be returning to this establishment. read more

I came in on my Saturday, my day off, and sat at the bar. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY by my bartender Gregg. He was super energetic, kind, charming, and hilarious. I got mozz sticks to start, as always they were amazing & later on got grilled salmon that set the bar high!! I'm so impressed with this place i ended up staying for hours just enjoying the atmosphere & the people. The assistant GM (i think her name was Kim) came by many times as well to make sure everything was good and even had some good conversation. I liked Beef O'Bradys the first time, so my husband and I went again a few weeks later. The second time wasn't very good. The service was bad. Our waitress kept flirting with a guy right by the door to the kitchen. Since he went back there for a second I'm assuming he is an employee who wasn't working at the time. She kept stopping to talk to him, touching his arm, and giggling. The food wasn't as good the second time either. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is very good and other times awful. I ordered a patty melt to go once and after biting into it it was raw and bloody. I freaked out and called there as I was fearful of getting sick and manager apologized repeatedly and told me to call him if I became ill. Fortunately I did not get sick, but have since not been back. I guess it depends on the cook on duty, but serving raw meat is inexcusable. read more
