Literally, one of the worst meals ever! I have been going to this location for several years, and in the past few years it has just completely gone downhill. Ordered chicken wings that came sopping in hot sauce, after asking for it not to be. Our order came completely wrong as it has the past few times we've been there. The chicken wings we're broken, bones sticking out. That's fun to bite into. No drinks ever brought to us even after asking several times. The $25 steak my husband ordered came, Raw and nothing but bone and Gristle. I understand being busy, but this was ridiculous. When the blond manager asked how everything was, after she knew that we had our order completely screwed up. Told her it was horrible. She said nothing. I repeated, it was horrible. She could care less, and stated I'll get your check. Not sorry, we're really busy, let me get you something else, just, here's your check. My whole family loves eating at this restaurant. Plenty of TV sets to watch whatever grabs your attention and the food is delicious. Can't go wrong ordering the wings or buffalo chicken strips. I also love ordered the chili covered with onions and cheese for an appetizer. read more

I came here for a quick bite and I regret that decision. The service was slow and there was hardly anyone in there. The burger was almost as cold as the coffee but not as terrible. Try Beanie's if your looking for good bar food and true sports bar feel. read more

I'm not sure why I even put one star. We decided to try again. We had carryout, and it shouldn't be any different than in the restaurant. Fries that weren't done. Watterson and Philly Cheesesteak. The beef tasted old and greasy on both. I'm just hoping I don't get sick from it. We live very close to this location, which makes it even more of a disappointment. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING that we ordered from the kitchen was luke warm, at best. I ordered the grilled shrimp dinner. Shrimp came out cold and looked like it was just boiled. Definitely not grilled. Broccoli was cold. The boneless wings were cold and soggy if you can imagine that. Curly fries were cold and soggy. I honestly wish I had something positive to say about the food but I do not. Our waitress, Makayla, was good and really nice and accepted the feedback in stride. I would not consider myself an individual who is particularly critical of the food that I eat. While I care to eat satisfactory food and will appreciate the exquisite tastes of the most prodigious dishes, I am perfectly content with the vast majority of food that provides me ample nourishment. However, after my recent experience at Beef O' Brady's, I can say with upmost confidence that I will never enter this particular restaurant, or potentially any others included in this chain, as it left a horrible first impression, marked by deplorable food and abhorrent wait times. When I arrived at the restaurant to order food and drinks, it became apparent that the duration of time between the placement of my order and the arrival of the food would be significantly long. So long in fact, that I had to intake over three large glasses of water to quell my hunger. In total, I believe that overall, I waited 50 minutes, just to receive a seemingly simple order of a burger, cooked medium well, with fries. To say the least, the untimeliness of the restaurant staff and the kitchen to prioritize their orders was quite concerning, and while I would normally give the benefit of the doubt to the restaurant to serve many more customers, which would account for the longer wait, I witnessed several tables that received their orders well ahead of mine, with the complexity of their dishes not being particularly more demanding to prepare. Nevertheless, I am willing to forgive the restaurant and staff for these inconveniences if it means I will receive a somewhat exceptional meal to consume. However, I would not consider the items that I received "exceptional". In fact, it was quite the contrary. When my order finally arrived in front of me, it is safe to say that I was taken aback. While the bun of the burger seemed to have been toasted somewhat well to my liking, the beef of the burger was lined with a thick, unpleasing line of what I believe might have been charcoal. Taking apart the entire burger for further investigation, all I could witness was a black slate of meat, completely burned and assuming the form of something comparable to ashes. The tomatoes were somewhat soggy, and the lettuce clearly wasn't fresh and showed signs of wear. Even worse, the bacon provided (which was charged as a premium of course), seemed to have been cooked fine, but it lacked the thickness and prominence to distinguish its taste from the other components of the burger. Overall, the construction of the burger was poor and unappetizing to the eyes and mouth. Even if I had been capable of finishing the burger in its entirety, I guarantee that it would not be suffice to satisfy my appetite. The fries provided to me were not so horrible to the same degree as the burger, but they were still not of a quality up to my expectations. Unfortunately, I chose to order a side of "regular" fries instead of "curly" fries, since I assumed that regardless of their appearance, it would retain the same taste, as there was no indication prior to assume the contrary. Just like the burger, however, the fries looked tasteless, unable to provide anything savory. When consuming them, it felt as though I was tasting something more in line with a regular baked potato then actual fries, since the fries lacked any crisp whatsoever (granted that might have been for the better, since they might have burnt them instead). Out of curiosity, I decided to try the curly fries that a friend ordered, so as to compare their taste. Of course, the curly fries proved to be the superior option, appearing visually more appealing and having the taste of something somewhat reminiscent of legitimate fries. As one may assume after reading this, I did not finish my order. Not even close. I consumed approximately 30% of the burger before conceding to its terrible flavors, and I didn't attempt to eat more than five of the fries provided to me. I left the restaurant, feeling not only disgust for my recent experience, but a lingering sickness in my stomach, most likely as a result of the vulgar food and the faint intoxication I received from drinking large amounts of water to pass the time. If you value food that is decent and edible, and is served in a timely manner, this restaurant does not meet those basic requirements. As I depart from the area tomorrow, I am ashamed to admit that this review will be the pinnacle of my experience in Ruskin. And for the few wondering, I found dinner. It consisted of 25 munchkins from the Dunkin' Donuts within the vicinity, providing me the only avenue to ingest something tolerable. read more

I thought the Beef's in Fish Hawk was bad and then my husband and I went to this one. We tried this Beef's before but it was so busy and the waitresses kept ignoring us that we walked out. We thought we would try it again and see if it were just a bad night. First off, it is way too small for the amount of people they cram in there. There are four booths by the bathrooms in a little cubbie hole. That was the first thing that was wrong. We were not going to sit and try to eat with bathroom smells wafting in the restaurant every time someone opened the door. Next, I ordered a salad and found dirt or some other nasty black stuff in it. Disgusting. The worse thing was the waitress. It was like "oh well, I'll get you another salad". Did she really think I wanted another after that! One waitress said it looked like meat! What the hell would meat be doing by the salads!! By this time, I had just about lost my appetite and I WAS hungry after working a 12 hour shift. I ordered the Friday night special, Surf and Turf. The steak was so tough I had to spit the first bite out! It couldn't be chewed! The shrimp was suppose to be grilled but it looked like it came right out of the freezer and was ice cold. Whooppee they gave us 20% off our meal which could not be eaten and was disgusting - and then the waitress acted like she was doing us a great big favor for that! The waitress was rude and I'm sure must hate her job because she never once smiled. The whole thing really put a damper on the end of my day. We will NEVER step foot in this place again. We had tried this place before and it was okay. Decided to order takeout and it was the worst service ever. Arrived and was given an incomplete order. After we were already home, noticed that are main meal was missing. Called them right away and they had NOT even made the item! No apologies, either. Shyann's, the person on phone, only comment was "I'll have them put the order to cook". Had to repeat over 4x. Returned to pick up item, and again no apologies. I became aware that I could potentially be in for an awful experience after waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Beef O Brady's didn't prove me wrong as the waitress never refilled my drink nor did she take our orders within 10 minutes of arriving. To say the least the service was horrible as it took an hour for the food to arrive. This would be somewhat acceptable if the quality of the food was exceptional but it was the opposite of that. My wife and I had not been to Beef O'bradys before, and were looking forward to it. When we walked in the door, we were ignored for quite some time ... we finally had to stop someone and ask if we could put our name on the seating list. That was our first clue, of what was to come. My wife ordered the Shrimp skewers, and I ordered fish and chips. Everything on my wife's plate was ice cold - the rice, the broccoli, and even the shrimp. My fish was warm, however my fries were ice cold also. It was as if everything had been sitting there for 1/2 hour getting cold, before it was served to us. The worst Beef OBrady ever. Looks like it was previously a fast food location like Arby's or Wendy's. The drive thru is still used. Regardless of size and building the food is terrible. The queso with chili was more like store bought hormel chili with one tablespoon added cheese. Then add a few jalepeno and call it good. Fish and chips at other locations has always been good. Usually three large pieces cooked correctly not loaded with grease. So what I got four little pieces if what looked like local grocery frozen fish, warm fries, and cut into fish and see grease come out. My husband ordered sliders which were ok but his fries were nice and hot. Bar tender brought more fries this time hot but under cooked. Tasted like raw potatoes. All three items we ordered were picked up by bartender with over half still remaining. Her question was if we wanted dessert. Really? We have been to several BOB in other states and other Florida locations. This is so bad. Other BOB franchise owners beware as this gives all others a bad review.
