No matter when I come, or how busy it is, There are always so many tables filled with dirty dishes and staff walking around like they don't know how to clear a plate. Getting acknowledged is a task most times, wait time for beverage refilling, order taking or food to come out is also slow. I go often to watch the games with my friend and it's always the same issues: the place is filthy, food arrives but no silverware given , cups always empty, dirty tables from customers who previously left surrounding you, no one removing discarded plates as you are eating, and excessive wait times. The food normally comes out fine outside of wait times. Rather disappointing for a local spot with so much potential. They definitely need some updated training for the managers as well and hiring more staff to support the floor team. read more

I've been to this establishment plenty of times and was never even tempted to do a review because the dine-in service wasn't great and everything we ordered was complete garbage. I took a risk and decided to order take out during this pandemic and I'm glad I did. The packaging was amazing, my blue cheese was packaged nicely and everything I ordered was there. The wings were fabulous and just from looking at it my mouth was watering like a dog in hot weather. It's wild, but it seems like the food/service was way better when establishments are made to shut down and only take-out is allowed. Family of 3 visited on 4/6/24 for a lunch. We were the 2nd table in the facility sitting, and first high top in the in the bar area. Bartender came and took our drink order. To say my glass was was littered with hard water marks, is an understatement. CLEAN glasses free of water marks/stains helps with the dining experience. Why serve my food 10min before the other 2 family members at the table?? The fried chicken wrap was terrible. Chicken felt reheated. The wife's chicken sandwich was average at best and the daughters wings were good to go. So there's a positive. Oh the fries were good. The tots!!! Terrible. Plain, bland and cold. We finished our time there and asked for the bill and wanted to use our points for particular items. Bartender, who has our table, instructs me to just scan the table QR code and use pointes there...
