Horrible place. Don't go here. The service is terrible and slow and getting anything Takes forever. when food does arrive It doesn't come out at the same time. I could have had my meal finished before my kids even even got their food. Pathetic. You can tell the stuff sits forever under a heat lamp because everything congealed or overcooked Overpriced and disgusting. I try to inject some humor in my reviews. But there just isn't even anything amusing about this place. Don't come here You'll regret it. read more

Visited Saturday and probably got the worst service ever. We were given the wrong drinks, the waitress actually gave us a drink, realized it was wrong, came back picked it up and then took it to another table. Our appetizers came and the rest of our food didn't come for like 30 minutes. Then the waitress came by and said "the kitchen is backed up because they have to make 150 wings". I'm fairly confident that she just repeatedly forgot to put our order in, as other tables around us were getting their food (and the table next to us which was also hers had delayed food). We asked for our ticket so we could leave and magically our food shows up at our table. I mean, we didn't expect exceptional service here but we also didn't expect the absolute worst. Ambiance- I meant is Buffalo wild wing so it's dim, loud and dirty. read more

Took an hour to get us the menus and for them to take our order then, then took another hour to get our wings out. They then got my whole table their wings besides me and when I kept asking the one guy if he was brining them out he would ignore me. I finnaly cancelled my order a.I would not recommend this place bad service and my friends wings were very over cooked read more

The worst ran restaurant in Riverview,Apollo Beach. The service sucks, no customer service at all. The food does not come out together for my family to eat together. Waited 30 minutes to be seated , only to be told the kitchen is short handed and food would take longer The female manager made excuses for the poor service, "No one wants to work". If any other wing place open in the area this Buffalo Wild Wing will go under. Don't visit this one if you are in the area, there's a Beef O Brady on the other side of Sam. Better off eating at Sam before Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Restaurant In a time where restaurants have no excuse to miss things on a clients order before it walks out the door, they seem to think that because they have a captive audience not in their face they can slack on the details. Restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings where they can't follow an easy order and give you a complete wrong meal but out it in a box with the correct labels of what your ordered. Chili's, where again the meal ticket receipt is correct and yet the condiments request are completely ignored, items made incorrectly and poor presentation. Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, where the person taking the order over the phone can't take the order right after multiple corrections and then at the last time can repeat it right but still enters the wrong order. Restaurants have a great opportunity to something really amazing but if you do not want to pay attention to the details because you do not have a client in your face about mistakes then clearly you are looking to scam clients because you have no problem up charging for delivery, specific order requests and extras and yet do not include what you promised. In short...you need to get your acts together or your companies will not survive as you hope too. read more

I would not recommend this store..I've had issues with this location twice within a month, one being fry's missing from my order and the other one being my whole order messed up, the wings were made completely wrong. This place sucks. Good luck. Dine in, good luck. Take out, Good luck. Good service, good luck.

I got 3 days to live and they ruined 1 of them. Idk if they got their boneless wings just floating in bins of sauces but it's repulsive. Service was good though. A lot of TVs at least. Oh and the room temp fries were a real game changer. read more

This location is not up to the standards of B-Dubbs of other locations. Putting this nicely, the food quality is really bad.

Outrageous prices and poor quality food. Server was great so you can't blame the workers. Owners of this company have greed run a muck.

Huge shout out to our girl Dana here! She is always on her toes. Always goes the extra mile to provide the best service & satisfaction. We always enjoy having Dana on our table!!! Keep up the great work young lady. We'll be back read more

So after six months we decided to return to Buffalo Wild Wings. At our table we ordered bone in wings and tenders along with a child's dinner. The 6 wings came out noticeably cold along with the child's meal. After 12 minutes we asked about the naked tenders. The server said oh we don't cook them together. The bone in wings we cook 50 at a time and warm them up to order. After awhile the server came back. We asked for the tenders and said why cant we eat all together. The answer was that just not how it works here. I will ask the manger to get you the tenders off your bill And bring them to you. The manger came over and said. If you want the tenders we will cook them for you if not we will deduct them. We asked they were to be cooked 15 minutes ago. He said thats not how it works here. If you all ordered the same thing it would all come out at the right time. When we were leaving the server told the table next to us don't be like those people and order different items then get upset about it. I cant make this up. The manager did say with a name like ours we can do pretty much what we want to. So I ask does anyone else know if you order bone in wings they are just warmed up and will come out before anything else? I hope the general manger reads this and reaches out to me. Is the level of my expectation to high? read more

Not the best Bdubs I've had, service is very slow, and orders are frequently messed up. I wish it wasn't.

Came here for a small snack before heading to a friends house. I ordered the house sampler and I loved it. Only downside of the order was the chips the chips were undercooked, sad because the toppings that came with it tasted great. I got honey BBQ chicken with it as well as ranch. To me (not sure if anyone has tasted this) the onion rings tasted sweet. Over all the service was great. read more

Went in on a Sunday night at 7:30. Place not busy. Told young man we had 6 to 8 people. Waited 30 minutes for seating as they cleaned the only dirty table instead of seating us immediately at any other tables that were empty and clean. Had to ask multiple times about seating. Other patrons were similarly waiting and may have left without being seated. Once seated, waited 10 minutes to be waited on. Ordered waters and an appetizer immediately. Water never made it. Appetizer came out and waitress stated she would come back with plates and silverware. Appetizer sat for a few minutes but plates never arrived. We were eating the large sampler with our fingers and dropping debris all over the table. Appetizer not hot and not wing flavor we ordered. Still no water. Ordered and only 4 of 7 entrees arrived. Still no silverware or water. Two of us were completely done with our meals before the other 3 were served. Food not quite mediocre and service was off. We tipped our young waitress since she appeared pleasant enough, but the entire event seemed to be a challenge for the whole staff. Advise to customers: go anywhere else. Advice to owner/manager: close down. There are too many places to dine without the misadventure we suffered through. I hope there are cameras so that they can review our group on 8/27/23. Maybe a learning experience? read more

Avoid at all cost! This place is horrible! I ordered 15 wings extra crispy. I arrived 25 min later to them being done. I opened the box and they were all SOFT! I asked them and they said they would need 15 more min?????? Nah I'm good they should have been ready and right! I get home and go to open one and it was raw....RAW!!!!!!! As a wing place you should be ashamed for raw chicken. I just put them in the oven but I will never EVER order from them again!!!!! And and and and they shorted me a wing. Haven't been to the Riverview location for a year or longer because of our last experience but we were looking for something very casual and quick today since it was Fathers Day and we had nice evening plans. Now I remember why. It took 15 minutes for them clear a table for us to get seated (there were 8 tables with people at them in the entire restaurant). Took another 15 for someone to come take our order. The one positive was the food was quick and hot. Never even asked if we wanted refills, had to ask for the check, and took yet another 15 for him to come take payment. Short staffed is one thing but there was no sense of urgency for anyone in there! read more

Four of us came in tonight to watch the football game. We stood up front at the host desk for 10 minutes. Finally we were seated. We got drinks and ordered pretty quickly. After that it was a disaster. It took forever to get served. We went to the bar to get drink refills because our waitress disappeared. When she came back she smelled like weed. We were informed that only the waitstaff could get our drinks because we were at a table. In the time we were there four different tables got up and left. Nobody waited on them. This isn't a case of not having enough employees. It's a case of bad management. The restroom was blue from pot smoke. One of the bussers was in there on his phone. Can't say it was him 100% but... Btw during this mess we saw the manager clicking out and leaving. This isn't the first bad experience we've had here but this was the worst. read more

I came in today for lunch and to watch the Steelers Dolphins playoff game and I had a great experience all around. First off this is Buffalo Wild Wings. I don't come here often but when I do I know what to expect. Decent food, consistently good service and a WHOLE LOT OF TV's playing sports. Since I came for that I left happy. I asked for a booth even though I was by myself (I'm in the area for business) and they accommodated me with no issues. As I walked into the main dining room the cacophony of sound truly hit me. Wow! It's so loud that sound is indecipherable. Stephanie was my server and she was simply excellent! Friendly, attentive and so pleasant. I ordered the Tailgating Sampler. Pretzels w/ queso, wings with a ginger soy sauce, spinach artichoke dip w/ pita chips and fried mushrooms. It was gigantic, it was heavy and it was actually pretty delicious. Yeah, it wasn't healthy but it was good. Good food, great service and a good time. read more

Been going to this place for years and I love it! I typically order the boneless wings - favorite sauces are Parmesan Garlic, Jammin' Jalapeño, and Sweet BBQ. The fried pickles are also fantastic! Great for watching sports as well. I would give 5 stars, but it seems the portions keep getting smaller over the years and the prices keep getting higher. As of writing this, they offer buy one get one free boneless wings on Thursdays, which I would recommend taking advantage. read more

Shitty service. Servers let us sit at an area where they couldn't serve us for a good 10 minutes without telling us. I had to go there 3 times during the same same days of the week (Tuesdays) to ensure of the quality service & speed, food & staff. Other than the wings are at an average level (if not lower). The wings never came to me in the same quality each time, not consistent, looked like each time they are either more crispy, too much sauce or even came cold once! I have had many many better elsewhere & even the same brand name Buffalo Wild Wings NY or Dallas or Arkansas were much better. Here is my 5cents worth in terms of everything else. Quality of service: 3/10 and I say 3 just because our waittress was the nicest of them all & she was trying to keep that going. The moment we walked in the person at the door greeded us with "the delay of food orders will be 20-30min" (the place was literally not even half way full) just to let you know that they were understaffed! I was seated at the high table area by the bar, only 2 staff were there the entire evening, one of the staff refused to even serve me,i raise my hand he kept turning around or looked at me from far away to ask me what I needed rather than doing his job & come straight to the customer & ask if I needed anything politely atleast. I could go on and on with the level of service. Very disppointing & I dont blame the staff being understaffed, I blame the management for this Speed of service: 2/10 our order came 1 hour and 20min late (the place was literally half full) Vibe: 6/10 atleast its a nice place to enjoy beer, watch games BUT they are not subscribed to many channels some sports or games they dont have there. I Personally would never go there again. Thats just my personal opinion. This place is literally 2miles away from home but I rather drive 20miles more for a much better place & value for the money. read more

You are seated and then told they do not have 75% of the items for the entire menu. Basically, they only have bone-in and boneless wings. The BEST part was the celery and carrots. The 'orange' sauce for the boneless chicken tasted more like garlic and spices and did not have any "orange" taste what so ever. Then, when you go to use the restroom the toilet is clogged up with brown paper towels. With only THREE tables of customers (willing to eat there) in the 'restaurant' you would think instead of standing around and talking the employees would take the time to take care of their facilities and clean up around the building. NOT ONE 'manager' was seen the entire time we were there. I'm guessing they were asleep in the office or trying to find out where the food for their menu went to. Really bad visit, and food that should have been thrown away rather than eaten! read more

The go-to place for when the wing and sauce craving gets to the point that can't be ignored anymore, and that's about it. Otherwise, it's far too overpriced for an everyday "hey I could go for some wings" craving. Otherwise it's a decent place. Lots of tvs with lots of different games on, and everything else is good enough to be an okay spot for wings. But man, those prices! read more

After a year and a half living in this area, my wife finally agreed to try it again after our miserable experience 5 years ago in Orlando. We both tried their boneless wings and fries. My wife ordered the original buffalo sauce but she wasn't crazy about it, I ordered the spicy garlic and it was pretty good. We both ordered extra sauce and it wasn't in the bag (I even confirmed with the cashier upon pickup if they were in there, and she confirmed they were). We were kind of disappointed that the boneless wings weren't prepared with the sauce and placed in the box, they simply give you a little container. Most wing restaurants will get the sauce on the wings ASAP once they come out of the fryer so they absorb the sauce, once they start getting cold it's difficult. I'm not sure if this is something that needs to be asked when ordering, but it should be SOP on all wings. The fries were very good as well, crispy and not soggy. read more

I remember why I hadn't visited this place in a while, which is sad. At one point I did really enjoy it. The sports bar market is crowded competition. There really isn't anything that makes this place special to me at all. The food is less than average and the service is really hit or miss. The good that I can say is they have a good selection of wing sauces, but which sports bar doesn't. They also show the fights and have an abundance of TVs, even in the bathrooms. Overall, if the people I'm with choose to go, I will go and manage through it. read more

No Receipt Provided Ordered online through the app at 607pm on 02/17/2023 10607 Big Bend Road in Riverview FL I am taking time out of my Friday night to write about my experiences with the BWW located at 10607 Big Bend Road in Riverview FL. I want to start with what happened tonight. I placed my order at 607pm. I ordered through the app. My order was a crispy buffalo chicken wrap, celery, carrots, 1x ranch, 2x blue cheese, and 10 boneless wings with sauce on the side. Pick up time was 640pm. Knowing this place is NOTORIOUS for not having my food ready at pickup time, I took my time getting up there. I arrived at 650pm. There is a shelf to the left of the register for pick up orders: Online, UBER Eats, Door Dash Etc. Online shelf, empty as I expected by order to not be ready. I asked Molly about my order and gave her my name. She went to the back, she came back out, and she started pushing buttons on the PC. I waited patiently while others were served. At 700pm, Molly is still standing at the register. I approached Molly again and said, "Can you tell me about my order? You went to the back, came back here and didn't say a word to me about my order". She asked me my name AGAIN and went to the back again. A few moments later she reemerged from the back and said someone stole my order off the rack. She said they were going to have to remake my order. I furiously stood there another 5 minutes then, what appeared to be a manager (Tall young man with black spikey hair in a purple long sleeve shirt) asked, "Are you waiting for an order"? As if I was standing there because the to-go room is a fun place to hang out on a Friday night....? I told him I was there to get my 630 pick-up, now 710pm, which apparently was stolen, according to Molly. He said he was going to make it for me right away. I got my order about 5 minutes later and stormed out. I arrived home and my entire order was messed up, as expected. The wrap was grilled, not crispy, the boneless were covered in sauce, not on the side, there were 3 blue cheese and no ranch and no carrots or celery. This location is an absolute mess. The to-go experience is similar every time. Food is NEVER ready at the pick-up time; never. The pick-up rack needs to be moved behind the counter because apparently, anyone can walk-in and just take whatever they want off the shelf and no one will question them. We started just doing takeout because eating in is SO much worse. When you place your food order, no less than 1 hour goes by before you get your food. The bathrooms are a disgusting mess 100% of the time. I wash my hands yet, I feel dirtier when I leave then when I went in the restroom. We will never go to this location again despite it being 5 minutes from our home. I will go to the Brandon location IF we ever dine with BWW again. I urge you to go to Google and read the reviews on this location. This location needs some serious help. BBB complaint filed on 02/17/2023 read more
