Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I got the OMG burger and it was perfect and flame grilled, not fried! The pit stickers were awesome too. My wife got the fish and chips and said they were great. She couldn't finish it the portion was so big. Lots of big screen TV's with sports on, so should be a good spot for NFL or MLB. The main complaint is the service. The servers are super nice, but the service is way too slow. The food took about 30 mins. If you want a restaurant that has a solid variety at very reasonable prices - this is your place. The food was really good and service spot on. They have a nice assortment of menu items all at 10.99. This has become a convenient and satisfying meeting place for my motorcycle buddy and me on occasion when our schedules allow. Usually we show up just after opening (11am). The place is usually nearly empty, but we always grab a place at the bar where we can watch sports on one of their several wide screen TV's. The adult beverages are always ice cold, and I usually get the steak quesadillas - because they're really good. They always come out steaming hot and the steak and cheese is tasty and delicious. The service is always good - efficient, friendly, and helpful. After catching up with old times and enjoying a good meal, we find ourselves in a crowded place. Seated quickly. That was THE only good thing about this place. The waitress was meek. Couldn't hear her. She didn't know the menu. Asked if we wanted and appetizer and ordered it. Another waitress delivered it (!). Finally our waitress came back to ask how the app was. If she paid attentiin to her job she wpuld have aeen we were nearly done. 1 onion ring left on the serving plate. This is when they usually ask if you'd like to place your food order. Nope. She started to walk away. As she turns to leave my husband says "hey, can we place our food order"? She turns around and looks at him like he has 3 heads and says yeah sure. (What?) Takes the order for the chopped Angus. It's says on the menu it comes with mashed potatoes and gravy and broccoli. She asks him what side he wants and he said coleslaw. He's thinking it's an extra side. Nope. This knucklehead didn't know the menu. His dish comes out with coleslaw. No potato no broccoli. I ordered the sirloin. Menu says side salad and one side. I ordered broccoli. My dish comes. No side salad. We tey to tell the manger. She doesn't do a thing and keeps sending the waitress over who still doesn't understand that parts of the dinner are missing. She goes to get the potatoes for him and salad for me. Ok. We get the bill. SHE CHARGED US FOR THE POTATOES AND SALAD!!! So again we try to get the manager to help. Manager sends the waitress again who is STILL clueless. We fonally get througj to her that these CAME WITH THE MEAL and to take them off the bill. The QR code bill still shows them on there. She brings us a bill twice. Finally we go to the bartender. We show her the problem. Paper bill says something different then the online payment bill using their QR code. She rung us out correctly at the bar. No tip. Nada. Didn't deserve it. Ordered online for a pickup. There was a mandatory charge for a tip. Why would I tip a waitress for a pickup order? Ordered two burgers with fries. The order was picked up when schedule and brought right home but the fries were cold and chewy. The meals were already way over priced to start from a sports bar and the extra tip charge had me not too happy. I've eaten in this location a few times. I've come to this restaurant several times. The first couple times were fine. I didn't have any complaints and the service was "ok". But these last two times we stopped in with a party of 12+... HORRIBLE!!! The first time we were left waiting for 10mins at the Host "wait to be seated" area. I have been here several times now in the last few months. We have tried a lot of things they have to offer. The salads are crisp and fresh. The wings are always cooked fresh we have tried the lemon pepper and blackened. The blackened are good but could be a bit more spicy. The fried pickle chips are really good. The spinach artichoke dip is very good also. The grilled shrimp are very good. There is a 3 dollar off coupon on a appetizer they honor. My daughters and went in for dinner and get seated no one came to ask us what we wanted to drink, my daughter had to get up and ask the first person she saw who our server was and they sent a Brittany Y. First thing she tells us was no one told me you were here, mind you my daughters had gone in the week before and she was also their server and my oldest said that's exactly what she told us the other day mind you she was tending to the table directly in front of them. Anyways back to tonight, she asks us what we want to drink and after all that time we knew what we wanted to eat and we just placed our full order. We asked for wings and appetizers, after a while she brings one appetizer then the food arrives being served by a gentleman. Throughout this whole thing we never received silverware or napkins so we all ate our wings and were wiping our mouths with our hands. I couldn't even find her to ask for all these items I saw her leave the restaurant then come back in straight to the kitchen, our food was done and she finally approached us asking if we needed a refill!!! Like seriously at the end!!! I told her I never received my appetizer and she's like "you never got it" looking all puzzled, and at that point didn't want it any longer so I told her to remove it off the bill!!! I'm so blessed how quickly this bar was able to adapt to the hit of the Coronavirus. They quickly took action and found ways to help serve our families and our community. Haley has been my delivery driver, bartender and waitress previously. The food is okay but the service is phenomenal. In our small town, the things that matter most is the quality of the service and the constant refills of a cold draft. The food was served in a timely manor. We are a group of 14 riders on motorcycles. We get to the restaurant at 5 o'clock p.m.. They see everyone take drink orders come back 10 minutes later take food order. By 530 all the food was out for all 14 people. One straggler showed up at 520 and he was also fed at 5:30 with the whole group. The previous night we ate at Lunkers and I will never go back ever again. It took an hour and a half do you have any food and half the group was not fed. When we spoke to the manager she said it's just too bad that's the way it is. We stopped by this Beef's on the way out of town. The service was quick and the wait staff was quick to come to the table, bring water and take our food orders. I hadn't been to a Beef's in a long time but it was a nice reminder that the food is consistent and it is dependable. I got wings and fries because I wasn't feeling so adventurous and they were fresh and hit the spot. They have a variety of different apps, entrees and desserts on the menu. It is clean and seems to keep busy, in the short amount of time we were there. There is a clean bathroom on site and plenty of parking on the side of the building. This evening we decided to have dinner at beef O'Brady's in Okeechobee Florida. What a mistake! The restaurant was not busy whatsoever. We sat at a high rise in the bar area and was greeted by Hailey the bartender. She was not attentive to say the least. We came in a little before 6 pm and left at 7:10 pm. Our service was the worst I have ever experienced. I did not even receive my meal while my party continued to eat without their condiments and no refills. The manager didn't even have the decency to come out and try to accommodate our party after the lack of. Do not waste your time at this restaurant. The food is not good according to my group the service is horrible and the team is running around like they don't know what they're doing. I wasn't the only one who is missing things in my order because I heard other guest complaining as well and to be honest with you I felt like we were very polite about it, and they didn't even offer a discountor way to accommodate their poor service accommodate us with theiror way to accommodate their poor service. I don't see beef O'Brady's in Okeechobee in the near future if they keep this team. Upper management needs to step in and take control of this restaurant if they want to succeed. The food here is greasy. If you're on the Keto diet this might work for you but for me it's a nonstarter. The only thing that makes this place a 2 star is the service, the attendants were very nice which makes it hard to rate them so low. Picked up a lunch for one of my favorite offices, this was their pick. One positive thing is that these mediocre experiences are helping me gage my star ratings! Beef I Brady's was a step above what this mornings diner experience was.. they called it in and I went to pick up. Staff friendly enough but that is it, nothing more than what they had to do. The food was packed up, approximately 11 different orders, they didn't ask if they could label anything, I asked for a drink and a refill while I waited. I had already paid and tipped when the monsoon came out of nowhere! I ran to get the car closer and made at least 3trips in and out of the restaurant, no offer to help.. ok I'm a tough Florida girl who is used to getting wet sometimes but a little help from the staff for a $200 lunch with a nice tip might have gone a long way with me. Getting to the office , food looked to be adequate but many people were missing dressing etc. my chicken salad was average. I guess it filled the bill for what was required. Again nothing extra to make it worthy of a return trip. Even average food gets a pass if there is standout service. Something that I think would be so easy to accomplish. read more

The point of going out is to have a better experience than you can make for yourself at home. The sign out front says "Cook Wanted" and boy, are they right!
