The food there is amazing, service, there is amazing, the bartenders are always upbeat, and fun.It's always a good time.

I picked this place because they had a cool outdoor sitting area and I had my dog with me. Unfortunately, they wouldn't let my dog come to the outdoor patio area. Which is the first time I have ever had this issue with an outdoor restaurant. So I ordered my food to go. Before ordering, I was told it would take about 30-35 minutes. It actually took, 65 minutes to get my BLT and my father's Big Al Chicken Hogie. The BLT was fantastic. Ranks in the top five ever. Super thick bacon, quality, lettuce, and tomato....nice bread. Highly recommended. My father sandwich was another story. It was like an alien trying to impersonate a cook, made it. Like whoever designed this sandwich had never actually seen or eaten one in their whole life. When you order a chicken Philly style sandwich, you just expect things to be a certain way. This awful sandwich was covered in raw, uncooked mushrooms and huge chunks of beef steak tomato. Looks like they took a huge tomato , cut it into 6 chunks and called it done. There was no mayo, bbq, or any form of condiment. Since we ordered it to go, we didn't know it was so bad until we got back to our hotel. If I had not had the BLT, there would be zero reason to return here. The BLT and friendly staff are the reason they get 3 stars instead of 1. read more

Really cool place. Nicely decorated with tiki poles, picnic tables and fun paint jobs. Indoor bar available. Outdoor bar in the form of a tiki hut with numerous cages of beautiful birds that actually talk to you. A few TVs but not a sports bar. Food was absolutely fantastic! It did take a while to get the food and it even wasn't busy. Everyone is having difficulty getting help. Generous portions. Don't pass up their onion rings! Not much at Lake O so I would recommend this as a good option. read more

Unfortunately we didn't realize that you could smoke at the bar and order food. So we had to eat in a smoky restaurant which is just yucky! The surf and turf burger was odd and tasteless. It fell apart just trying to pick it up to eat it. The burger itself had no flavor, the pineapple habanero didn't have heat like expected and were chunks that didn't stay on the burger, the shrimp wouldn't stay on the burger either and really doesn't belong on it. The shrimp were nice sized and tasted good off the burger. We had expected more from the food as the waiter said everything was delicious. The waiter was attentive. The ambiance was typical bar and good for playing pool, drinking a beer and listening to music, definitely not for having lunch. There was a tiki bar outside but unfortunately no room for our party to sit at. Probably not somewhere we'd go back to. read more

Went today for lunch. Not busy Took 45 minutes to get the appetizer (onion rings) Food came around 25 min later. My wife twice approached the server regarding our order. Food was good . Asked for the bill and payed. On the way home no one in the party of four understood the bill. The prices on line didnt match the current menu. Found out they charge for the horse radish sauce $4 Charge a credit card fee of 6%-8%. Even with that the bill was still over. Finally just gave up. Over the past year we have brought around 60 guest visiting. Last group was 11. Will choose a new restaurant. read more

This place is the worst in every way. Bad food, bad service and bad staff. I drove an hour and a half to meet my mom here for lunch on her birthday, and when we walked up, we were told I have to tie my dog around a tree on the road or leave her in the car. She isn't even big, she's 30 lbs and well behaved. Obviously I was upset, but I chose to leave the car running and left her in there to have a peaceful lunch since we were an hour and a half from home and the rest of our group was already there sitting. Not even 15 minutes later, a couple walks up with their chihuahua, and they let them right in. Didn't even give them a hassle about it for a second! If you're going to enforce a rule, you need to enforce it to everyone. When I ordered my cheeseburger, they only had one cheese option - provolone. Who wants provolone on a burger? Anyway - I am NEVER spending my money here again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. This place sucks. read more

Very cool looking joint, that soon showed the truth within. My family and I were staying very close to this place and wanted to come over because it looked really neat! My sister however is handicapped, she is in a wheelchair with a very scary condition that affects her entire body and can sometimes cause life-threatening symptoms. To try and remedy this, she has a small 8-pound service dog who can alert her when something goes wrong. This dog is very mellow and sits on her lap while she is in public. Before even entering this establishment we were stopped by an employee telling us that they were not dog friendly. We let her know that he was a service dog and legally must be allowed in per the ADA laws and regulations. They then told us that they do not allow service dogs and she would have to leave the dog outside or leave altogether. This is a completely illegal and nonmoral practice. There was nobody in charge to speak to, the staff was extremely rude regarding the entire situation, and when my father went in to talk to somebody they led him on a wild goose chase leading to no management. Overall, this may not seem like a big deal but it made my handicapped sister feel like our night was ruined because of her needs. Overall it was bizarre and illegal, and I hope they remedy this so that future people with handicaps don't have to undergo this horrific treatment. This is a sueable offense, and with the treatment we received, I would recommend steering clear of this place regardless of the scenery. read more
