When in Rome! I ate my birthday dinner here. Overall the best thing I can say is that the food is definitely great. Where they kind of dropped the ball for me is the service. When we first got there it was still the beginning of service for them. We got sat, and literally had no one come to our table for easily 20 minutes, not even to ask what type of water we would like. When our server finally did come it just seemed like he had no interest in explaining the menu to us, but I'm not sure if that was just intimidation of the language barrier possibly? Once we started talking it seemed like things got better and he checked on us in a more timely manner.
There are so many cuts of steak. Ask lots of questions but they do have really good descriptions under the English menu as well!
Clearly I'm only here for vacation, I would still recommend it to anyone visiting, but I would not go very hungry. Make sure you have plenty of time to sit, enjoy, and eat some good, yet slow food. read more
