I have used this company periodically for years, but this will be the last time. I had them out once last year and after that they called almost every day for months to schedule another appointment. I decided to have them out for a visit. I called at 9:00 in the morning and got the voicemail. My call was not returned until four hours later. Strike one. I was given a four hour window for an appointment. Ridiculous, strike two. The technician finally showed up five minutes before the window was up, no phone call beforehand. Strike three. Four hours of my time wasted. Beebe apparently doesn't really value customers. read more

STAY AWAY! I wrote a great review for them after my service (NOT EVEN 8 WEEKS AGO) that I revoke 100%. What a nightmare. I called them to inform them that the service they last performed, not even two months ago, was ineffective. I have more spiders, bugs, and roaches both in my home and outside my home than I have ever seen. When I let the lady on the phone know, she told me they don't warranty their service. I informed her that this was super disappointing as I was trying to support local businesses and that the prior company I used, warrantied their services. She told me that the manager could do nothing about it. And the needle was a scorpion. Since I live in a newer development within a desert landscape, wildlife is common in my neighborhood and scorpions are numerous during certain times of the year. Don't do business with this company... they have the worst customer service of any service based company I've every used. Their office manager is horrible and has NO customer service skills and their billing is a mess. I've been with them less than a year and charged extra twice. Despite being told 5 different times I would receive a call back about billing issues I never received a phone call. I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged until the billing issues were looked into and I received a return call and my credit card was charged. If you call you're either told that the person you're talking to can't help you and they'll take a message, or if you talk to the right person you're told that she'll look into it and get back to you. Beware! I cancelled my service but learn from my mistake and don't start doing business with them in the 1st place. read more

I was duped into using this AWFUl company because they purchased combat pest, a company I was previously using. I needed some bees removed from my shed and the guy came out and charges $140 to spray but quoted me $700 to cut out the beehive from the bottom of the shed and remove the honey. Needless to say spraying the bees has done nothing. They basically stole $140 from me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

We used this company for a termite inspection for the sale process of one of our homes. The entire process was difficult, challenging, and it took forever to finally get what we were asking for. You don't get a quick response from them AFTER hiring them and you get really tired of having to remind them 4 to 5 times a day over a four day period to send you your report and even then it wasn't correct. I cannot recommend this company, at least not with the experiences that we had with dealing with one of their employees. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one is because of the price that they charged and next day service. However, you get what you pay for so I would recommend going with someone who has better customer reviews even if they are a little more expensive . read more

My townhouse rental ended up with roof rats due to my neighbors getting them and making their way through the attic. My landlord called BeBes who came and set outside bait traps and traps in the attic which were to be checked weekly, I also set my own traps. For two weeks, BeBes traps caught morhing while mine caught several rats. The third week, no one showed up during the scheduled time and no one called to say they weren't going to make it and we rescheduled for another day in which they did not show so my landlord cancelled with the company after 532 dollars he paid over a months span and their traps failed. The company CALLED ME to set up for a tuesday to come get their traps in the attic and outside.... no one showed, I called and rescheduled for Wednesday, no one showed or called AGAIN. Today being thursday, I called and asked to speak to the manager and the owner himself called me and very rudely told me to keep the traps, my landlord cancelled so it's not his problem anymore. After I tried to explain that my landlord paid for the weekly service that no one showed up to before the service was cancelled, the OWNER proceeded to yell in the phone.... ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED. So now I am left with getting traps out of my attic, which my or may not have a rat in them, as well as disposing of the outside bait traps. I am a single mom with no handyman abilities. This company, especially the owner (I think his name was dan) are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'd go with Burns pest company anyday over this company. read more

After soliciting several bids for a preventative termite treatment on my three houses, I chose Beebe's for multiple reasons: 1) Very reasonable price. Their bid didn't just come in lowest, they actually were willing to beat any competitor's bid by 10%! 2) Family-run business. Heck it's been around since I was born! It's nice to support local businesses isn't it? By the way, the owner and his son were the ones who did the treatments. Very nice people, it figures they'd be successful for the past several decades and for years to come. 3) Now above all....they actually use the right chemical! Let me tell you, I'm a pharmacist and I have an extensive background in organic and medicinal chemistry. Fipronil (Termidor) is the ONLY legal termiticide I recommend and the only one I personally will use to protect the biggest investments of my life. This stuff is an incredibly nasty poison that destroys the central nervous system of termites and all other insects (though the specific receptors it targets do not exist in mammals, therefore you need not worry about it harming you or your pets). It lingers in the soil for years and years, studies have shown it to work beyond a decade after application. What's funny is when I was calling around for bids, Beebe's competitors who didn't use Termidor attempted to school me on why their chemical was just as good/better. The only way other chemicals are "better" than Termidor is that they are cheaper and make the company more profitable, while cheating the customer out of the best available treatment. read more

I received a RENEWAL NOTICE in the mail requesting me to pay the annual fee with 4 days before it expired. I have never had this company come out to my house. When I called to have an explanation about this unwarranted renewal notice the woman told me that the last time someone was at my home was in 2012 and paid on a credit card. Well, I pay the bills at my house and I have NEVER had Beebe's Service.Be aware that they may send you a renewal notice that is not meant for you to pay. This is POOR business practice and when I need a pest service, they will NOT be the company that I will call upon. read more

We have been using Beebe's for a few years and up until recently the service has been good. Past two years (for the same issue), recently, a technician took our credit card information and purchased movie and concert tickets - hard for company to defend given the card was brand new (technician was let go) and most recently was charged $195 (which website quotes as $145!) for bee service. My husband was unaware that service was done within past 30 days and still under warranty - technician didn't bother to mention. Receptionist keeps passing on to the technician to call us back - which he hasn't! To me, what is the technician going to say - office management needs to reimburse for payment which was warranty. Four phone calls and still no call from technician. Very disappointed!! read more

I called asking if they could repair some stucco destroyed by woodpeckers on a two story house. This was not a new problem. I SENT PICTURES to there office person from my phone and explained I just wanted the stucco repaired. I was not interested in spending A LOT of money or making a major renovation to deter the birds. Even though I and the person I spoke to agreed it was woodpecker damage, and knowing all I wanted was a simple repair, they HAD to send out a tech to tell me it was woodpecker damage. He took some pictures and said the boss would give me a quote. The service call was TOTALLY unnecessary, TOTALLY! Days later they called and said it was woodpecker damage and they had some elaborate methods to keep them away. Not a cheap method either. I said no. So I get stuck paying for an UNNECESSARY service call for something I already knew caused the problem, and for a problem I already sent them photos for, and for which I told them I only wanted stucco repaired. The $85 service charge seems excessive given I already knew what the problem was, and what I wanted done. It seemed to me it was just a great way for them to increase their profits by trying to sell me more than I wanted. I was NOT impressed with the company, and I certainly do NOT recommend this company to anyone else. read more

I had Beebe's come out to take care of a bee problem at my house. They estimated $600-900 for removing the honeycomb and sealing the area back up. The estimate was for going in through the roof which would have been 10x more work. Since it was a roof overhang, I suggested they go from the underside and leave my roof alone. The work done was satisfactory, but when it was done they billed me the full estimate of $900. The honeycomb they found was very small, i.e. only a few weeks worth of work for the bees. So, the extraction was a "small" job. When I challenged why it came to $900 their explanation was that it was more because they went from underneath instead of going through the roof. Total BS. This was less than 1 hour of work for 2 guys onsite. The work quality was okay for this company but the service is way overpriced. P.S. I probably would not have used this company if I had found them listed on Yelp initially. I guess because the company's name has an ' in it the search didn't come up right for me the first time. After looking at their Yelp feedback from other customers as I enter this review, I would have changed my mind had I known about the other negative reviews. Hopefully other customers don't have the same problem that I did with searching this company on Yelp. read more

I'm at my customers homes and offices on a daily basis, and I've gotten to witness first hand the damage Termites and other pests can do to incur expenses that could have been avoided, calling in Expert's like Daniel, his son, and the rest of the crew to properly asses the situation doing a Free Termite inspection, then immediately treating the areas. Sometimes, I'm coming in after damage is done, but what I tried to do over the years is let my clients know that this unforseable damage can be nipped in the bud, so to speak. This company missed 2 appointments. Staff is rude, the techs are pretty scary seem like they like to hire from within the prison system. Daniel is the owner and is a complete TWIT. I used this company before and it wasn't exceptional but for the price I kept it going, and it has now gotten so bad that I rather have bugs than this company do anything else for us. I've used them off and on in the past, but I really don't have many bug problems so I only call when needed. Last week I was seeing ants in my front yard so I had them out for an exterior only service. They had a $25 welcome back special so I took advantage of it. The tech was late for the appointment, not a huge deal so I didn't say anything about that. A week later I still noticed the ants, I called back on a Saturday and left a message but didn't get a call back so I called them. When I explained the problem the answer I got was, oh yea, that welcome back program is really just a kick start. We need to come back out for a second visit for $55. After that you will get a 30 day warranty. None of that was explained in the beginning. Now it turns into $80 for an exterior service. Not such a great deal. When I said I wasn't Interested in paying more money since the first one didn't work, why would I assume the second one would. Is it a different chemical, did they use any chemical at all on the first visit? All I got was ok sir you have a good day. Not a great way to retain customers. I got a response from Daniel B that was not helpful. He just re said what I was told on the phone when I first called for help. I guess they train everybody to say the same thing. Since the procedure was not explained properly in the beginning how about a refund? read more

Everything from setting up an appointment, having the technician come to my home and the billing process was great! Their office staff is friendly and really assisted me when I needed help. I had Beebe's come out to service my home for pest control and once for Bee's. Let's just say this did not do very well. The owner himself came out and was very rude. Daniel really needs to get his attitude in check if he is going to continue to grow his business. They first told me they guaranteed their bee work and then they did the job half cocked and left a huge mess of dead bees in the back yard and never even patched the whole in the wall which Daniel said was included in the price! (I had burns come out to redo the bee work they did, and they laughed at the job that was done). And the pest control they were in and out in 10 minutes I payed over $100 for the job. And it never took care of any problems. So they told me I needed to do another month, so I did, another technician came out and again was in an out in under 10 minutes, still a problem, what a joke! I swear they spray water and soap. The office girls did not pay attention to any of my needs and kept trying to sell tons of other services to me and I kept telling them this is what I want and all I want. They were giggling and yelling in the background between a woman and a man. I honestly wouldn't recommend them to anybody. I switched to another company and my oh my am I glad! I had my other company come out and my bugs were gone in a month, I continue to use their monthly service just for upkeep. ER pest is the best. So I know it wasn't just me because once I switched companies (and for a fraction of the price might I add) I got the very best service imaginable. And Eric (I believe he is the owner) is so honest, I had him do termites for me at my new house, and he thought the work was going to take a long time, him and his helper got done very quickly and he told me he over bided the job and took $200 off my rate! I don't YELP too often but have decided to do so more often. Good and Bad. I recently have chosen Beebe's Pest Control after doing some research on several of them. I know you can't please everyone so I took all things into consideration and decided to use the one with the best overall reputation via " word of mouth " from my friends. The quote given to me over the phone was the same as what I was charged by the person who came. The service technician ( bug guy ) was very knowledgeable and took time to explain EXACTLY what he was going to do as well as educate us on product he was using and assured us that it wouldn't hurt our precious puppies. We now have the piece of mind that we won't have as many creepy crawlies in our home and our " babies" are safe to roam the house and yard. I highly recommend calling these guys and will be calling them again in a few months for our follow up. If you want to be happy guys, keep mama happy ( take care of the dogs too)..... I would be generous giving them one star. Ordered a termite inspection and treatment on home that is vacant and going on the market( after I had noticed some termine activity). I received a call to let me know the service was completed to try and sell more services.The inspection and treatment was done on Monday 9/15, I requested acopy of the report at least once daily until I finally received one Friday the 19th. They sent me the techs rough draft. No mention of any activity found in the home!! Office manager was full of excuses and showed no urgency to get issues addressed. The owner called me and said he would go back out on Friday afternoon to do another inspection and clean up areas that they messed up installing "barrier." Received a call from Harrison, he was the one who went out this time, not the owner. He said he found and treated 7 locations but STILL missed 2 that I had noticed. REALLY! ! I have emailed themm several times and now it is Monday and I have not heard back from them. And they've managed to stay in business since 87?? Definitely not worth the headaches of dealing with them. read more

We bought our house a year ago and had our house treated for termites then. About 2 months before the contract was over, we noticed termites near the front porch. I called them to get it fixed, but they said I needed to wait 90 days after to get someone to visit, just to make sure they were actually active termites in the house. Then they told me that me contract was up in 2 months and that I would need to renew. I told them since I called before the contract was up that needed to follow-up and the receptionist told me that they manager was out and would have them call me back. Well they never called back! We called Beebe's for a quote on a bee hive removal. They came and sprayed which was fine but then gave a quote for the hive removal that was inside the eave of the house. The quote was between $900 to $1200 dollars. They said they had to go through the tile roof. We thought that was a pretty steep price and called 360 Pest Control that said the hive would be easily accessed through the outside eave board. They did the job quickly and efficiently for a great price. I feel that Beebe's is taking advantage of their potential clients. read more

Well this is rich...today (just days after I posted my adverse opinion of them) an invoice arrived in the mail from Beebe's for a "Renewal" of the warranty that presumably came with the original service. The same warranty they were not receptive to honoring the first time around, every time I called they were telling me I needed to call back to get the "Termite" person to have them re-treat my house. They advertise bee service, handyman services, etc. in this letter too. I'd stay away from them for any of these - they are not reliable. If you do use them, well, you were warned. read more

I waited all afternoon only to have one of it's employees tell me they were not coming out and they are not going to fix it!! Please don't use this company. I have been a client of Beebe's and before that Combat Bugs for several years. I am used to professional service. Now all I get is NO SHOWS and rescheduled appointments. Today the appointment 10/14/15 was set and confirmed for 7-9 a.m. and at 8:59 a.m. I get a call saying they need to reschedule because no technician. This is a continual problem. I set up a appointment for whatever time in the day and there is ALWAYS an excuse for not showing up either on time or rescheduling. I told the lady that I was not rescheduling and that I thought it was unprofessional and down right rude to not show up and expect me to be all happy that I now have to wait for another day. I asked for the owner to call if he wanted my business. So far no call so I guess he is too busy resetting other appointments. Sad way to run a business. I am extremely disappointed read more

I don't have an issue with the service people, only the office and perhaps the management. We have had contracts on multiple properties for a number of years. In the past when a tenant noticed a tubule, we called Bebees to come and check it out--after all they are the professionals. However, in the last year they have begun charging $75 when they go out on a house under contract and it turns out to be an inactive tubule. When I called in for service, this was never mentioned. When I called about the billing and requested a copy of the termite contract I was told it would be emailed--twice this occurred on the same billing, but it was never received. I was also told they would "look into it" which seems to mean you will never hear from us again except another bill...with usuarios interest added. I have finally sent a check but am rethinking the whole business relationship. read more

Horrible service!! The technician raced around the inside of my house, I really don't even think he sprayed anything. He proceeded to spray the outside of my house and was done, knocking at my front door before I had even finished writing out my check. I waited some time and never saw a decrease in bugs.
