When I opened up the plate, my jaw dropped. The frybread looked amazing. I couldn't wait to dig in, but I had to wait because I had to figure out my plan of attack. It was huge! Was I gonna eat it like a pizza? Use a knife & fork? Fold it like a taco or chalupa? I ended up eating it like a pizza, but it was so much food... My hands got tired Hahhaha. I ended up using the knife & fork! I def think this meal coulda fed two people, but honestly... I finished the whole frybread on my own! No regrets! The frybread was fried nice and golden, crunchy outside & soft & pillow-like inside.
