The portions were huge, even the short ribs. We had enough for lunch AND dinner, and there is still enough beef (and rice and mac salad) for another meal. It would have been awesome if there was some acid to cut through all the richness of our meal, but I am not a fan of kimchee so we passed on the pickled cucumbers. The chicken was so crispy and there were no nasty bits that make me anti-thigh. Even heating the leftovers up in the microwave didn't change the texture. The chicken came with some sort of sauce that was yummy, but unnecessary in my mind. The shrimp was delightfully garlicky and thankfully served headless. The short ribs were fall apart tender and delicious. It also came with some sauce that I don't think either one of us used. It was good, though. The ube ice cream mud pie was amazing. And amazingly huge. We did not order one, but a woman gave me a slice from her family's piece. Mahalo for a random stranger's generosity!
