The chicken adobo was missing the vinegar shoyu taste. The sari sari was good taste and the dingaguan was a little watery my husband said. But it was ok. The pork was tender. The Pasteles were a bit wetter that what I have had in the past at other businesses, but was very tasty! The potato salad was especially delicious...even better than Gulick's ! I am excited to try the pastele stew as the chunks of meat in the pastele was not fatty. I was so excited to find this pastele biz that I forgot to ask if I can pay extra to upgrade the white rice to gandule. Will definitely return in the future.
