Nothing fancy but great portion size. Simple eggs, rice and a meat. Definitely worth it. Wish they had the corned beef hash but guess you gotta get here early for that.
Update on Lee's Breakfast wagon right next door to Costco Waipio. Wants some deals with choke food here's the place . Service is fast and friendly locally owned always busy . Look at my Portuguese sausage w/scrambled eggs and rice . 8 pieces that's a lot most places 4-6 if your lucky . If you're in the area it's a must stop .
Finally able to knock this one off the list. I had to get up EARLY to take my Mom and sister to the airport so took advantage of that. Headed over about 5:30. Had a couple people in front of us waiting on our order but we didn't have to wait long. Got 3 orders of the double breakfast and my wife added the corned beef hash to hers. Paid with cash though I think I heard another customer pay via Venmo. While we were waiting a few people came to pickup phone orders and a few more came to order after us. I'm sure there are many regulars who come here. I think when one of the guys was ordering they already knew what he wanted. Definitely customer focused. Parking was super easy since nothing else was really open at the time. We just rolled up behind the wagon. There was enough food for 3-4 meals for me (I'm not as big an eater as I used to be LOL). Will definitely be back when I'm up that early again.

Lee's is the best! The food is fast, customer service is awesome and prices are good too! We finally went early enough to order the corned hash, so yummy. Ordered two plates one with the hash, one with crispy bacon. Best breakfast deal, would come more often if I lived closer.
Generous portions, reasonable prices, even better service by some local braddahs. You can never go wrong or your breakfast and bringing in the Costco and standing in line before the store opens and grinding it. Shaloha!!!
Monday January 5, 2026. I decided to come to Lee's Breakfast 808 this morning I always phone order as that is the fastest way to get breakfast and go back on the road right away. Service is friendly and fast. Food is always consistently good! Ambiance is casual for a lunch wagon. I will continue to come back here for breakfast again and again.

Lee's is my favorite breakfast food truck hands down. Everything I go here the service and food are amazing. This food truck is located in Waipio. Right one the street between Costco and Tony Auto Group. Look for the white truck. You have choices on the size of plate and breakfast items. All your favorite meats are available. The corned beef hash is one of the best. The plates will definitely fill you up. The breakfast sandwiches are also a great choice for a quick on the go while you're driving meal. Eggs are made to order, food comes out hot and crispy. Great prices, awesome service. You can't ask for anytime more. Thanks guys.
Breakfast in Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii... While driving to Costco in Waipahu, I saw this food truck parked on the right side of the road. After I filled my gasoline tank, I drove closer to Lee's Breakfast and parked my car. After reading reviews by Steven U. and Tod K., I felt confident enough to order. The Corned Beef Hash was sold out. Shucks! Gotta go early for that popular menu item! I got the Mini Plate with Crispy Bacon... Tip: make sure you say "Crispy" if that's what you want. The thick bacon (had a lot of pieces!) comes cut up so you don't need a knife! That's very thoughtful! The mini comes with rice and one egg... i asked for overeasy. The customer in front of me stole my breakfast! He had ordered spam, not bacon! Bacon is $1 extra! Auwe! The guys in the truck made me a fresh plate! They talked about the thief... gonna get bachi!!! My meal was hot and delicious! They gave me a free bottle of water because I had to wait longer. Thank you so much!!!

So delicious! This breakfast wagon serves up epic breakfast plates. The wagon is parked right outside Costco Waipio across from the car dealerships. The owner is super nice and let me build my own plate (steak and onion plate with Spam and Portuguese sausage). It was a ton of food for me, my husband and my toddler, and we had leftovers for the next day! It cost $19. It's a food truck so there's no seating, this is good to pick up and go!
Through some error in communication, I was driving back from the North Shore early on a Saturday. As I was driving past Mililani, I remembered that Lee's Breakfast Wagon has been on my to-do list for the longest time. Given their limited hours, and the location of my home & work, going to Lee's on the weekday wasn't possible. But now time+opportunity meet, so let's go! Despite its address in Yelp & Google Maps, LBW is located on the CostCo Waipio side of Moaniani Street across from Tony Group Autoplex. LBW is open 5-10 am Monday - Friday, Saturday 6-10 am. Arriving at 7:00 am (1 hour after they open) on a Saturday, there was a small line. It went fast though, and I put in my order. The basic breakfast of rice, eggs, & meat can be customized with: crispy meat, extra rice, extra egg, extra meat, even double breakfast! My order was pretty easy after hearing that their corned beef hash is homemade - breakfast with corned beef hash and add cripsy bacon ($15). Soon after my order was ready, piping hot, and heavy! There wasn't really any place to sit down and eat, so I went back to my car. The wonderful smell of fresh eggs & bacon filled my small car! I dug into the meal, the crispy bacon & corned beef hash really enhanced the taste! Quickly wolfing down about 2/3rds of the plate, I got full. Really impressed with the quantity, they even had additional rice underneath the meats in the small compartments normally used for sides. Ended up taking the rest home as leftovers. Lee's Breakfast lived up to its reputation! Very impressive, and someplace to repeat and definitely recommend! read more

The aroma of breakfast cooking fills the air. Now who wouldn't want to get some delicious breakfast? Friendly service, foods delicious, and quick service! On my commute to work I'll stop by from time to time. I usually get the mini corned beef hash for $10. 1 egg, 1 corned beef and rice. This Thursday morning I decided I wanted an extra helping of corned beef hash. I ordered the regular plate. Which was a better value for $12. Comes with 2 corned beef hash patties, 2 eggs and rice. Check your orders before leaving. I ordered 2 plates, Portuguese sausage and bacon, and ham ($1 more) and spam. Got home and order was wrong. One plate had no meat only rice and eggs and the other was bacon and some other sausage. I got royally ripped off (paid $13 for a plate with no meats). I paid $25 for this crap. They weren't even busy so there's no excuse!! Son said his plate was "junk", the meat to rice ratio was off. Said the meats were like dressing on the rice (too much rice) and wasn't that good either. Said not to bother driving all the way over there and to just go Zippy's or McDonalds (closer to home), especially when I told him about the other $13 plate with no meats. Guess I won't be returning to this food truck. I used to go to Lee's when I worked in Campbell Industrial Park for breakfast and lunch almost everyday and never had any problems with the food or my orders. I guess times have changed and the quality of service and food has gone down. Too bad, I used to like getting food from them. Ok, I'm definitely not going back. I ate their ham, egg and cheese sandwich around 8 am and it's now 2 pm, I haven't eaten anything else since then. I now have a bad case of diarrhea (only liquid coming out now). It could only be from the sandwich I had from them since I haven't eaten anything else and only drank water. I hope it's not food poisoning and only an upset digestive system. read more
My husband saw YT video that reviewed this lunch wagon and being breakfast people we had to go and try it out. They give you a massive amount of food and per my husband it was worth it (Hubby paid so I don't know the actual cost) He had 3 eggs over hard and 3 meats bacon, Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash. Comes with a lot of rice. He shared a bit of the hash with me and it was really really good! He ended up eating half at breakfast and the balance he ate at lunchtime I had 2 eggs scrambled and bacon. The bacon was crispy. My husband said he just asked for crispy bacon We filled gas at Costco first and then moved over to the lunch wagon. It was like 6:10am on Saturday morning and there were 5 people already there Service was quick My husband said that when he grabbed our order he noticed the sign saying fried rice was available. We were in the parking lot waiting for Costco to open. Since we were quite early, and hungry, we decided to checkout the breakfast food truck parked along the side of the road between Costco and Tony Autoplex. This food truck was constantly quite busy. The menu was basically all breakfast items, first you select the size of your breakfast plate, then you select your breakfast meat. There is also a selection of breakfast sandwiches. We opt for the ham and cheese sandwich, and the luncheon meat sandwich. Price was decent, very satisfied. Wish the bread was toasted, and the lettuce was fresher. If there is one place I look forward to eating Breakfast when my work schedule allows me to is my go to place out in Waipio right alongside Costco for the Best and Sexiest Looking Breakfast Plates is right here at Lee's Breakfast Lunch wagon There is no place on this island that makes a better Breakfast Plate than Lee's and for a Big Boy like me this place hits and slaps like no other. As for the price? Brah these prices here are very reasonable if you ask me. Look at this Hammah Plate right here... I got Spam,Crispy Bacon,Polish Sausage and their Famous Corned Beef Hash which sells out faster than a BTS concert so you have to come early to get your hands on it served with Scrambled Eggs which you can't even see because this Breakfast Plate is loaded with Meat and Rice which is packed in each and every crevice of your Breakfast Plate. This place is so popular that by 8:30 to 9 in the morning they are pretty much wiped out of everything. Braddah Cardo and the boys run such an amazing business here that they practically know each and every customer on a first name basis because of their proximity to the Warehouses and businesses in this Industrial Area. Lees Breakfast is open from 5:30-10 or sell out Monday thru Friday and 6-10am on Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. I will say this. You will not be disappointed coming here at Lee's. Their Meat Selections are endless and just the smell from this Lunchwagon will get your stomach juices flowing because this is by far the Best Breakfast Plates i have ever had. They know what the locals want here at Lee's Breakfast Lunchwagon in Waipio. As for the price of this Massive Breakfast Plate. I got all this Yumminess for $17 total which was worth each and every cent. Mahalo to Braddah Cardo and Crew once again for always making it an absolutely amazing experience and for those looking for an amazing Local Style Breakfast this is my go to place without a doubt read more

No frills local style breakfast plates! Cash only and go early as a couple items were sold out by 0830. The service was good and food came out pretty fast. I like how they make the spam crispy. They seemed consistently busy. You can find them on the side of the road by Waipio Costco. read more
Lee's Breakfast has always popped up in my Yelp search for early morning eats. While I'm usually not an egg person, I've been crazy for their breakfast plates! I wanted to try their homemade corned beef hash so bad but my 1st attempt was a fail. Sold out in under 2 hours of being open. I did enjoy their portuguese sausage & polish sausage. My 2nd attempt was a success!! Corned Beef Hash crispy was great! These guys work hard & bang out food quickly. I want to try their sandwiches next. I did try calling in but they were slammed & didn't answer. As long as I got my cbh, I was happy! Yummy! read more

Came here on a Monday to grab a breakfast before running errands with the bae. Ordered two plates. First was a double bacon scrambled eggs. Second was their home made corn beef hash and bacon over easy. Both plates hit the stop, and both plates came out to $26. Don't come here often, but I'd come back for sure if time allows. Was charged $26 but menu said $25, but not a big deal read more

If you want a local "homestyle" breakfast, you can count on Lee's Breakfast Wagon. I work in Waipio and it is parked right outside of Costco on Ka Uka Blvd on most mornings. I call their number (808) 800-1630 before I leave my house and it's ready by the time I get there (about 15 minutes). I keep coming back because no matter how busy they are, they always answer the phone. Nice local guys working this wagon. Old school charm where they recognize you after little while haha. Hard to find places like that nowadays. FYI, they only accept cash so go prepared! Might be a deal breaker for some but nothing major to me. Cash is king. They provide condiments at the wagon (ketchup, sriracha , Tabasco, shoyu, pepper etc.) so you can put whatever you want on your plate. Ditch your local deluxe platter, spend a little bit more and get a loaded breakfast plate from Lee's! read more

So rather go earlier or call your order in. We got there about 8:30am and I ordered the corned beef hash and crispy bacon. My husband also ordered the corned beef hash and was told that all sold out so he got crispy bacon and polish sausage... I got the last one. Corned hash beef was crispy on the outside and it ono...my husband liked it too..I shared it so he can taste it. The bacon was crispy has ordered and the slice thick but not too thick. My husband said the polish sausage was okay. The prices are cheaper than some places and the amount of food was good. Overall satisfied with everything. Except next time it'll be double corned beef hash read more

This place is pretty legit! They're super busy but they go through the line fast and the food comes out quick. The meats are pretty tasty. The bacon was crispy, thick and yummy! They have condiments on the side to add spice or flavor. They were already sold out of corned beef hash before 0900. Will have to go earlier to try it. They take Venmo and cash app otherwise it's cash only. I would come back. read more
