Lee's is the best! The food is fast, customer service is awesome and prices are good too! We finally went early enough to order the corned hash, so yummy. Ordered two plates one with the hash, one with crispy bacon. Best breakfast deal, would come more often if I lived closer.

My go to breakfast when I'm too lazy to cook. Their homemeade Cornedbeef Hash is awesome! The Steak is another recommended plate. Hands down, best breakfast wagon in Waipio!

Generous portions, reasonable prices, even better service by some local braddahs. You can never go wrong or your breakfast and bringing in the Costco and standing in line before the store opens and grinding it. Shaloha!!!

Monday January 5, 2026. I decided to come to Lee's Breakfast 808 this morning I always phone order as that is the fastest way to get breakfast and go back on the road right away. Service is friendly and fast. Food is always consistently good! Ambiance is casual for a lunch wagon. I will continue to come back here for breakfast again and again.

For anyone seeking a quick, local, and truly homestyle breakfast, Lee's Breakfast Wagon (parked between Tony Honda and Costco) is an absolute must-visit. The food is delicious, and the value is unbeatable--it is extremely affordable. I always try to get here early for their corned beef hash, but consider yourself warned: it's their biggest seller and runs out fast! It is absolutely worth setting an early alarm for. When I miss out, my reliable go-to order is the scrambled eggs with extra crispy bacon. They nail the crispy factor every single time. A quick note for first-timers: while it is technically cash only, they are a saving grace by accepting Venmo as an alternative. This makes life so much easier for those of us who rarely carry cash anymore! If you want fast, simple, and satisfying food that supports a local business, you need to check out Lee's.

Lee's is my favorite breakfast food truck hands down. Everything I go here the service and food are amazing. This food truck is located in Waipio. Right one the street between Costco and Tony Auto Group. Look for the white truck. You have choices on the size of plate and breakfast items. All your favorite meats are available. The corned beef hash is one of the best. The plates will definitely fill you up. The breakfast sandwiches are also a great choice for a quick on the go while you're driving meal. Eggs are made to order, food comes out hot and crispy. Great prices, awesome service. You can't ask for anytime more. Thanks guys.

Breakfast in Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii... While driving to Costco in Waipahu, I saw this food truck parked on the right side of the road. After I filled my gasoline tank, I drove closer to Lee's Breakfast and parked my car. After reading reviews by Steven U. and Tod K., I felt confident enough to order. The Corned Beef Hash was sold out. Shucks! Gotta go early for that popular menu item! I got the Mini Plate with Crispy Bacon... Tip: make sure you say "Crispy" if that's what you want. The thick bacon (had a lot of pieces!) comes cut up so you don't need a knife! That's very thoughtful! The mini comes with rice and one egg... i asked for overeasy. The customer in front of me stole my breakfast! He had ordered spam, not bacon! Bacon is $1 extra! Auwe! The guys in the truck made me a fresh plate! They talked about the thief... gonna get bachi!!! My meal was hot and delicious! They gave me a free bottle of water because I had to wait longer. Thank you so much!!!

So delicious! This breakfast wagon serves up epic breakfast plates. The wagon is parked right outside Costco Waipio across from the car dealerships. The owner is super nice and let me build my own plate (steak and onion plate with Spam and Portuguese sausage). It was a ton of food for me, my husband and my toddler, and we had leftovers for the next day! It cost $19. It's a food truck so there's no seating, this is good to pick up and go!

I usually get their mini egg and corned beef hash over rice. I always try to get there before 7 because the corned beef hash usually runs out

3 eggs and bacon and Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash

My husband saw YT video that reviewed this lunch wagon and being breakfast people we had to go and try it out. They give you a massive amount of food and per my husband it was worth it (Hubby paid so I don't know the actual cost) He had 3 eggs over hard and 3 meats bacon, Portuguese sausage and corned beef hash. Comes with a lot of rice. He shared a bit of the hash with me and it was really really good! He ended up eating half at breakfast and the balance he ate at lunchtime I had 2 eggs scrambled and bacon. The bacon was crispy. My husband said he just asked for crispy bacon We filled gas at Costco first and then moved over to the lunch wagon. It was like 6:10am on Saturday morning and there were 5 people already there Service was quick My husband said that when he grabbed our order he noticed the sign saying fried rice was available. So we will be back to try the fried rice My husband gave this a 5 and so do I

Bacon and some kind of sausage (not Portuguese). Supposed to be bacon and Portuguese sausage.

Check your orders before leaving. I ordered 2 plates, Portuguese sausage and bacon, and ham ($1 more) and spam. Got home and order was wrong. One plate had no meat only rice and eggs and the other was bacon and some other sausage. I got royally ripped off (paid $13 for a plate with no meats). I paid $25 for this crap. They weren't even busy so there's no excuse!! Son said his plate was "junk", the meat to rice ratio was off. Said the meats were like dressing on the rice (too much rice) and wasn't that good either. Said not to bother driving all the way over there and to just go Zippy's or McDonalds (closer to home), especially when I told him about the other $13 plate with no meats. Guess I won't be returning to this food truck. I used to go to Lee's when I worked in Campbell Industrial Park for breakfast and lunch almost everyday and never had any problems with the food or my orders. I guess times have changed and the quality of service and food has gone down. Too bad, I used to like getting food from them. Ok, I'm definitely not going back. I ate their ham, egg and cheese sandwich around 8 am and it's now 2 pm, I haven't eaten anything else since then. I now have a bad case of diarrhea (only liquid coming out now). It could only be from the sandwich I had from them since I haven't eaten anything else and only drank water. I hope it's not food poisoning and only an upset digestive system.

Fast Forward to this past weekend, the Husband and I wanted a simple breakfast after the gym and Rocky's had popped into my head. Definitely a staple in the Waipahu community, this cozy coffee shop sits on Waipahu Depot Street right outside of the Waipahu Festival Market. The area can get ridiculously busy so if you can, park on the street instead of in the Lot. You will have a hard time getting in and out once the surrounding Businesses open. I'm assuming where you're sitting will determine the type of Service you get. We sat at the Counter, and while we were very entertained with watching them cook orders, we were a bit neglected by the Staff, while the parties at the regular tables were presented with friendlier and more patient Servers. We waited over 15mins to get our order taken and since I guess they thought we were regulars they kept rushing to take our orders while we weren't given Menu's. We pulled the Menu up on Yelp lol. Food was standard. I really loved the fried rice! but the Hash was passable, it was too mushy for my liking. Also, our order of pancakes came 20mins after we finished eating, I wish i were kidding, We kept trying to flag down Aunty to cancel but she was very frazzled cooking, taking orders, and filling orders so we just waited. At the end we spent $60 including tip and left with a Hoo-Hum experience. Although I know for certain I just don't have the greatest of luck with this place, I am so happy they are still around and very much thriving! The smells that are coming from there can't be summed up in words. Sure, I can tell you what the meats they were but it's more about the feelings they conjured up. Rows of bacon, squished under a cast iron press. Hash browns sizzling to the perfect crisp. Fluffy eggs forming their shape. All the auntys there are so nice. You can tell they've been working there for years. They know the menu by heart. Service the way it used to be done! From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and sat down. It was quiet and very peaceful, which I am a HUGE fan of. I hate being in loud overcrowded places so this was already very appealing to us. After reviewing their menu, we were impressed by the choices and the prices. I ordered the loco moco and my boyfriend ordered the Famous fried rice omelette, along with a side of banana pancakes. The food came out within 10 minutes maybe less and the portions were massive! I'm quite picky when it comes to loco mocos because most places don't make them well enough. Usually the friend rice is plain, the patty is overcooked and the gravy is flavorless. HOWEVER, the fried rice was incredible to start, the patty literally melted in my mouth and the gravy was flavored very well and had the perfect amount of salt. If I'm being honest, that was the best loco moco I've eaten at a restaurant ever! My boyfriend's omelette was super good, he had the same fried rice I did and the egg was cooked perfectly. Pancakes were an absolute chefs kiss. I'm a huge sucker for Dennys pancakes over ihop and these pancakes blew Dennys out the door. On top of the food being perfect, the customer service was so good. They never missed a refill, they gave us their house made kimchee to try and WOW! (They sell it in 12oz tubs too) The workers were so so so kind and to top it off they gave us cookies to take home! Not to mention, we only spent $55 for everything we ordered! Great pricing if you ask me. I have not had such a great experience anywhere in a while so this just made my day! I pray blessings on blessings to the people who work here and own the restaurant! I can't wait to come back and try their lunch menu!
