That is why I have confidently referred him to several friends and neighbors, who also had great experiences. He installed a mini-split in my garage workshop about four years ago. It greatly improved the environment in the shop. I can work out there year round, no matter what the crazy Texas weather is doing. The blower motor was not acting right recently, so I called him out. He checked it out and the motor was bad. The motor itself was covered under warranty, so no charge for that. I had to pay for the labor. I keep the unit running most of the time. Over time, things need to be cleaned. The fan blade had become quite dirty over time. Wang and his assistant fully cleaned the whole unit, and replaced the motor. It is now fully clean and running like new. Cooling my whole shop very quickly. I can fully recommend Wang and Breeze Cooling and Heating for any HVAC needs you have. When our AC broke out of nowhere, when it was only 5 years old and still under warranty, our first call was to, of course, the warranty repairmen. Which after being extremely late (which the temp was rising so fast and having poor animals in the house, we were already irritated. They then proceeded to assume we had a leak in the attic coils without ever doing a leak test. With us knowing nothing about correct procedures or tests or questions to ask, we trusted the person who's TRAINED to repair it. But what they actually did was put a bandaid remedy on the problem by adding coolant and rushed right out of there. Little did we know they were not only completely wrong in their "diagnosis" but also left us back at square one again after the coolant ran out within a day! That's when we made the call to Ismael. With over 15 years in the business, he was speechless after hearing they didnt even do a leak test! Ismael took the time and effort to carefully pinpoint the problem (which ended up being in the condenser outside and nowhere NEAR the attic! Ugh!) What's more, is that the part we needed that was under warranty... Was backordered and wouldn't be available for 6 months! So we were left with purchasing the part ourselves, but Ismael worked with us on the price as it was extremely expensive... And he made sure we were taken care of fairly and correctly!!!!
