Unfortunately, today's experience was the opposite. What should've been a simple request turned into a wasted trip. The shelf was empty, but there was clearly more stock stored up top. I asked an associate if he could help retrieve it or call someone who could. Instead, he just pointed me to another associate who was already helping a customer, and offered no call for help, no follow-up, and no clear next step. I didn't expect anyone to drop what they were doing, but I did expect basic customer service--either call assistance, find the right person, or tell me where to wait. I ended up leaving my cart and buying the same items at Lowe's nearby. Home Depot: please coach associates to take ownership when a customer needs help accessing inventory. A quick page or radio call would've solved this in minutes.

This particular location was a little understocked in general and a little messy in some areas. Employees were non-existent - not that I'm complaining. I'd rather not deal with Target employees in general if I can help it due to most locations' employees being sub-par, unwelcoming, rude, lethargic, and overall poor. Parking lot is decent, though on the smaller end when comparing it to the Home Depot lot right next door. Overall, it's a Target. Nothing special here, but I suppose for locals in the area it's okay. I've been to much worse Targets than this one (those who call this the 'worst Target' haven't seen the locations much worse than this one) so if you think this one is that bad, count your blessings that you haven't been to even worse ones - because they're out there. I would never return here unless I have no other choice and it's an emergency.

I have to say that their strawberries are deliciously fresh and juicy!While picking strawberries, I unfortunately lost my bunny keychain. Later, I was happy to find that the kind lady on the counter kept it for me when somebody surrendered it to the lost and found. Overall, the staff are all kind, friendly and helpful (especially when a staff member helped us pick up some strawberries my mom accidentally dropped). The market also has a delicious selection of fresh pies, pastries, and other bakery stuff. The vegetables we bought are farm fresh. Definitely would be coming here again! 10/10
