Quaint - Good Coffee - Decent waffles Bacon in a waffle? Sign me up! Came for breakfast early Sunday morning and got two waffles with bacon in the batter, bacon on top, and a maple butter which was tasty! Food was ready in less than ten minutes. Not a place for a big group, small tables inside but quick service and tasty drip coffee.

Bebop waffle shop is an eccentric small little counter cafe that sells specialty waffles and croffles. We got here on a Saturday morning and it was super crowded. We were told the food would be a 45 minute wait, which was fine. We browsed the connected plant shop and chatted. We ordered the BOP smoothie, the rainbow madness waffle, and the classic waffle. For the BOP smoothie, they had run out of yogurt, so I had it replaced with honey. They ended up making extra, so we ended up with 2 cups of smoothie. Really delicious and fresh! The waffles were crispy on the outside, nice and fluffy on the inside. The fruity pebbles flavor is the best. The classic waffle was also super good. It comes with this delicious slab of cinnamon butter which is amazing. Overall, really good spot, would try to come during a less busier or time, or maybe order beforehand to avoid long waits. Otherwise, amazing!

What a fun brunch stop in West Seattle. If I lived closer, I would frequent here. This place is a cafe in the front and a flower shop in the back which makes for some epic decor. You order at the counter and they have some great options. We ordered the large mimosa for 4 people and we ended up getting like 6-8 glasses out of it. I also got a sparkling americano with a touch of almond milk. I had never heard of sparkling water in an americano but I don't think I want it any other way now. It was so tasty and I loved the slight carbonation. For my food, I ordered the monte cristo waffle sandwich and it did not disappoint. I'm still thinking about the ham, jam, mustard combo a week later. I'd order this everytime.

It was not a very welcoming place. We walked in for brunch on a Sunday. It was pretty quiet, and we were told to grab a menu and sit anywhere we wanted. So, we did and waited for someone to take our order. After we waited and waited, finally I walked up and learned that we needed to place the order from the bar. We ordered a morning breakfast sandwich, hamwich, and mimosa. The eggs were not fresh and over cooked for both sandwiches. The waffle toast was not crispy at all. The mimosa was $7 and it was heavy on orange juicy. I asked the servers their portion of oj and sparkling wine for their mimosa. The first server corrected me that it was "champagne" and said oj was only just a splash of the very top part. I asked another server and he said they used very thick oj....

Decent food. I was excited to try the bacon waffles (they put bacon in the batter)! But actually it's exactly what you expect. Might as well just have regular waffles and eat bacon on the side? The Monte Cristo also sounded appealing. I enjoyed the powdered sugar and the butter was so rich! It was overall pretty dense. This is breakfast in the same way our parents would feed us sugar cereals before school. Overall, good food, but nothing to write home about.

Monte Croffle $12: This was my pick, and I'm happy I tried it but would get something else next time. I believe the bop aioli has mustard which I thought was a weird combo to go with strawberry jam. But I think without it the sandwich would be a bit too sweet for my liking. Morning Hamwich $13: This was my partner's pick and I liked it a lot more! Loved the included pickled onion, and thought the croffle was able to shine here more compared to being overpowered by jam in the other sandwich. Hash Browns $4.65: I couldn't resist because it's hash browns made in a waffle maker! I wasn't as blown away by the texture as I thought I'd be. And taste was OK. Not a must for me every time, but yes if I really want hash browns. Overall, a cute little spot for a small but filling breakfast/brunch. The only downside is I don't like finding street parking. ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

The waffles were out of this world delicious and the coffee drinks were so fun (and there's nothing I love more than a fun coffee drink), but the vibes were just a bit off. My partner and I felt like we were annoying the employees by existing, which wasn't super pleasant and honestly I'm not sure I'd go back. :(

My sister is in town and we found this place to stop for breakfast. The front is the restaurant and the back is a flower shop. You can grab a menu at the front to order then dine in if they have available seating. We pretty much enjoyed everything that we ordered. My salmon sandwich had a little bit too much cream cheese and the bacon was too hard for me (personal preference) but it was still absolutely delicious. I would love to try more things on the menu. The staff was friendly and fast and the prices are so reasonable for this area! It can get loud with talking and music. It has a coffee shop vibe. I'd visit again.

Funky vibe, friendly and welcoming staff- there's a flower shop in the back which I thought was cool. Handcrafted coffee took a minute to get even though we were one of three groups in the place. Husband said his coffee tasted like dirt... which was disappointing. Super convenient location that is also great for people watching. Lemon curd waffle is to die for. For the price tho I wish we had gotten a little more curd- apparently the squeeze bottle had run out. The aioli on the breakfast sandwich is super yummy!

We'd been wanting to come here for a while now and FINALLY had time on a Sunday to make the drive all the way from the south bit of West Seattle. Glad me did, too! Sunday at 1pm on a rainy day was perfect. We got two drip coffees (coffee is by Raven's Brew, and if you don't know them yet, get familiar right now!), and two plates. The Vegan Waffle with Field Roast, arugula, pickled onion and Sriracha aioli was so good. The main standout of this dish was the cornmeal waffle. So cornbread. Sweet sweet cornbread waffle. Now I want no other waffle. But I didn't know this at the time and we fot the Waffle Grilled Cheese, too. It was loaded with at least two kinds of cheese and more pickled onions. Savory waffles are the business. They had plenty of options for both sweet and savory, which I appreciate. I'll be back for the Monte Cristo waffle, to be sure.

Super fun brunch spot with diner vibes, a creative menu and delicious food. I tried the turkey eggwich breakfast sandwich ($10) - it was MASSIVE, had a huge fluffy egg puck, plenty of turkey and cheese, and yummy mayo spread. The drinks sounded really delicious, need to try that next - plus I pretty much want to try every other item on their menu! Staff is super friendly too :) I love how it's combined with a flower/candle shop you can poke around too!

Visiting Seattle for a quick trip and came across this lovely local shop that shares the space with a flower shop. Makes it feel like an outdoor space. The ambiance made me feel like I was sitting at home. I had my latte in a mug that you would find at home which was comforting. I am not a regular coffee drinker so I was looking for specialty coffees that isn't Starbucks and I found it. the salted caramel latte and pumpkin pie latte! Day 1- waffle meal- Not big on waffles either but I loved the unique taste to this waffle Day 2- hubby and I loved our sandwiches! Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Definitely going back if I ever make it back to West Seattle.

What a delightful little shop! The interior was a lot smaller than what I had expected (although there are plenty of photos to show that it's not a huge place), and I really enjoyed the cozy laid-back vibe. You order at the counter and seat yourself. My husband and I had the: bacon waffle, hashbrowns, waffle meal, and a cardamom latte. Everything was delicious, and I was especially fond of the hashbrowns; it had a really nice flavor, and texture from the waffle iron. I had a lovely time, and am looking forward to going back!

Per the cashier, unlike previous years, where they often sold Paczki for several weeks leading up to the celebration, this year, they will only have them on Tuesday. Apparently every single one is handmade by the owner, Pâtissier William Leaman, and this year, he's been too busy with the 2026 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie competition as the US team's coach. That's certainly a great excuse! When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon a bit after lunch, this place was still quite busy with a line that stretched to the door, but not outside. As with the Burien location, I find the ordering process to be a bit of a pain; while there are plenty of workers to help, ordering is slowed due to the fact that the display cases are placed in a line and there's not much room in the building to maneuver to the desired display. In our case, while we had someone helping us all the way in the back of the line, we weren't able to select anything until we got all the way to the pastry case in the front. I'm not sure there's a good way to solve this conundrum, though. At any rate, we ended up only getting a single pastry (that was new to us) to try this time. Brown Sugar Pecan Brioche ($5) - This pastry looks like a glistening pecan sticky bun at first glance, with a cinnamon roll-like pinwheel structure and a brown sugar glazed pecan topping. Since it's brioche, I expected it to be dense, but soft, rich, and sweet. This bread is anything but. It's dense, dry, crumbly, almost clay-like in mouthfeel; basically everything brioche should not be. Instead of a sticky caramelized coating over the pecans, the pecans are glued on with only the thinnest of sugar coatings. The pastry doesn't claim to be a sticky bun, so it gets a pass there. Unfortunately the base layer is absolutely terrible, by far the worst "brioche" I've eaten in years. It has all the flavor of hard tack with the unpleasant mouthfeel of Play-Doh. Canned Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are far better than this waste of perfectly good ingredients. The owner should be ashamed to release this swill to the public. (1/5) Why am I giving Bakery Nouveau a 5? Because they serve some of the best twice baked croissants known to man. The Capitol Hill location is my go to for a sweet and buttery treat and I still recommend it to everyone that visits me, specifically for the almond and chocolate twice baked croissants. The paczki are no slouches either; probably the best we can get around Seattle. Bathrooms - Single unisex room. Note: There will be some walk in availability for paczki on Tuesday, but the cashier told me that they will likely sell out by 10AM. Looks like an early morning trip to the Capitol Hill location is in my near future.
