I absolutely love Bebop Waffle shop! I live in West Seattle and I went with my wife for the first time today. We really enjoyed it. It was so delicious! The place has a very hipster vibe which made me love it even more. It's also dog friendly, so we brought our little one to eat with us. I will say the staff was very nice, but the service was super slow. It was a busy day so they were probably doing the best they could. This is why I gave them four stars instead of five was because of the slow service. We had the cocoa krispies waffle and the cornbread waffle with the scrambled eggs and cheese. All of the food was delicious and cooked fresh and had delicious flavors. They are known for their novelty waffles. Overall, I definitely recommend this place. The food is incredibly good. Bebop waffle shop is an eccentric small little counter cafe that sells specialty waffles and croffles. We got here on a Saturday morning and it was super crowded. We were told the food would be a 45 minute wait, which was fine. We browsed the connected plant shop and chatted. We ordered the BOP smoothie, the rainbow madness waffle, and the classic waffle. For the BOP smoothie, they had run out of yogurt, so I had it replaced with honey. They ended up making extra, so we ended up with 2 cups of smoothie. Really delicious and fresh! The waffles were crispy on the outside, nice and fluffy on the inside. The fruity pebbles flavor is the best. The classic waffle was also super good. It comes with this delicious slab of cinnamon butter which is amazing. Overall, really good spot, would try to come during a less busier or time, or maybe order beforehand to avoid long waits. What a fun brunch stop in West Seattle. If I lived closer, I would frequent here. This place is a cafe in the front and a flower shop in the back which makes for some epic decor. You order at the counter and they have some great options. We ordered the large mimosa for 4 people and we ended up getting like 6-8 glasses out of it. I also got a sparkling americano with a touch of almond milk. I had never heard of sparkling water in an americano but I don't think I want it any other way now. We'd been wanting to come here for a while now and FINALLY had time on a Sunday to make the drive all the way from the south bit of West Seattle. Glad me did, too! Sunday at 1pm on a rainy day was perfect. We got two drip coffees (coffee is by Raven's Brew, and if you don't know them yet, get familiar right now!), and two plates. The Vegan Waffle with Field Roast, arugula, pickled onion and Sriracha aioli was so good. The main standout of this dish was the cornmeal waffle. So cornbread. Sweet sweet cornbread waffle. Now I want no other waffle. But I didn't know this at the time and we fot the Waffle Grilled Cheese, too. It was loaded with at least two kinds of cheese and more pickled onions. Visiting Seattle for a quick trip and came across this lovely local shop that shares the space with a flower shop. Makes it feel like an outdoor space. First impression was WOW, this place was different, smelled pleasant, and it was interesting that there was a flower shop in the foreground lol I enjoyed the seating, it wasn't busy when we'd gone inside so we got a great spot to sit down and enjoy our waffle. I met a coworker hear for brunch on a Friday around noon. My first time at Bebop. Immediately I noticed the funky, inviting interior. A cozy seating area, a bar top, and a plant shop in the back. The staff were SO helpful and friendly. The person who helped me, ugh, I wish I caught their name because staff interaction took this from a 4 star to a 5 star rating. I ordered the vegan field roast waffle which surprised me in the best way. The cornbread waffle is sweeter than some cornbreads. I felt like it complemented the savory toppings nicely. My coworker got the Kate McKinnon and really enjoyed it. We also shared a mimosa carafe which was not so much a carafe as it was a 32 oz mason jar. However it was served, it was delicious. Although I'm sad we didn't get to drink them out of the weird boot glasses I saw other patrons using I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu! Highly recommend this place! read more

As for the location- great aesthetic, very nature-y, and they even sell plants there. The workers were a little.. rough and tough around the edges, the one threw one of our entrees down on the table so hard it knocked over my coworker's matcha cup, spilling a bit around the table. Bebop Waffle Shop shares retail space with a florist which is in the back of the store. It's on-street parking for this place and depending on what day/time you go, you may have to walk anywhere from one to three blocks. They have some fun waffles and package to go well so things are not soggy. They do have gluten free waffles which is very rare. I love to see it! I would go back to try those as well. You can pick your toppings. Downside--There's not much standing room for if you're waiting for your order as the space is shared with a flower shop. The monte cristo is pretty sinful and addictive - definitely not something to get hooked on everyday. Honey ham, fluffy egg, and a perfectly balanced waffle and layer of melted cheese. The maple butter is delicious as well, although I dislike that you'd have to pay a few bucks extra just for some extra honey or lemon curd. The waffle alone is good, but I'd say it definitely requires at least a dollop of the butter or as a complement in a sandwich. read more

I felt like I was annoying anyone I talked to as in I wasn't welcomed there. The staff just seem miserable and hate interaction with certain customers. I feel like the food and beverage quality has something to do with that as well. The iced coffee is warm for some reason and the matcha tastes like grass picked outside. I love a sandwich with extra cheese don't get me wrong but these were just soggy and salty. Waffles are very mid and you can make better ones at home.
