I can appreciate that mistakes happen, but for a $50 pedicure, I was very disappointed to have my cuticle cut. I called the salon and talked to the owner, and I asked for a $20 compensation. She says it could go onto my next Pedicure or I could come in and get cash. I decided to go in and get cash and she would only give me $10. She said she never agreed to the $20 which was BS. A few months back like June or so, the cashier at Lululemon recommended this place. I came in as I was in search of a new nail salon. Been coming here ever since. Love the owner, Annie, she's so sweet & friendly. Sue Ann did this mani. She was sweet too, her & Annie are related so it must run in the family. It's busy so come in the morning or during the week vs weekend. They accept walk-ins. I've actually never had to wait & I have been here a good 5 times or so. honestly I was impressed with their covid precautions - very clean and makes sure every customer has plexiglass between each other and each tech. HOWEVER, 5 of my acrylics have literally popped off of my nails and I got this set done on Sept 26th. I usually can wear a set for months and get a fill every couple weeks. This time they told me that the price was $45, I inquired to what the extra cost was. I use to like this place because they did a great job on shellac toes and nails. But several times, I tried acrylic nails and each time it was badly done or came off in a week. On my recent trip, I tried a different nail tech and got a long acrylic. The night of, 4 nails popped off and I went in to get a refund or something changed to the nails Instead of receiving a whole new set. When she explained she could do nothing for me, I asked her to take my nails off and everyone of them came off easily (after she tried to say they were "too strong" to come off). It can get busy at peak times, but the salon is the largest one in which I've ever been and the staff does a great job at not having customers wait too long before their appointments. My nail technician did an excellent job in my ombre french dip mani. This also included a nice hand massage, which is not included at other salons that do dip nails. The price was well worth it. However, I felt uncomfortable when I saw two technicians at a different station point and laugh at the customer sitting next to me. I'm unsure why, but I noticed it after the customer asked a seemingly harmless question. I don't care about the outcome of my nails if this unprofessional behavior is happening. I'm glad I have other options for nail salons, about which I'm optimistic that I'll be able to receive the same quality nails without the immature chattering behind my back. read more

The place is very affordable and has a lot of chairs and staff for servicing. **they are not an expensive relax-station type spa.*** If you want separate services (not getting a mani pedi at the same time), call ahead, make an appointment and tell them you don't want your feet and hands done at the same time. Their service is quick, efficient, affordable and quality. Not all of them speak much English, but they are all very friendly and eager to try. I have never had a problem with polish coming off and they do ask you for payment before finishing your nails so you don't chance wrecking your new paint-job getting payment from your purse. The reviews giving them 1 and 2 stars aggreviate me. They are hurting business, because they can't speak up. read more

So funny story, I work in a lab with machines and I was super worried about my nails chipping early. They did end up chipping, but the SHELLAC STAYED INTACT. The shellac was so good that even when my nails chipped the shellac didn't. I am definitely coming back here for my next manicure. Further update- I got my first chip. I asked for a simple french tip with orange and I wish they would have handed me over to someone who was up to doing my nails. The gentleman doing my Acrylic was rushing to get me out of the chair, and annoyed when I would asked a question. He finally GOT UP from his chair because he didn't want to finish..... The Manager eventually argued me down about how they can't do it exactly like the picture, and basically I should to take what they gave me (I showed her the picture as soon as we walked in the door and she said it would be "easy, no problem".) The most UNPROFESSIONAL nail experience I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who has given them a lot of business over the years. Very sad how they handled the situation, never once trying to make it right. They've lost several customers, as none of my friends there, will be coming back either. This place is amazing! The owner was extremely kind when I texted her for an appointment and patiently explained to me what my different options were. I ended up choosing their Solar Pink and White full set with tips. The technician that worked with me, Sang, was extremely patient as well and made sure that my nails were perfect to my preferences (it was my first time getting dip powder and tips). I was also very happy to see how COVID conscious they were. There were plexiglass separators everywhere and everyone was very spaced out so there were at least 10 feet between me and the next client closest to me. I will definitely be coming back! read more

The manager in this nail salon gave me a panic attack and made me cry the whole time while another employee was fixing my nails. The manager, who initially worked on my nails, made me really uncomfortable as soon as I sat down. She not only used really bad nail polish where you could see all the brush strokes, but she also used the thin brushed one to "finish" which made French tip to look even more horrible. I let her continued to work on it hoping that it would be better with flowers. I did ask her to pick out colors for flowers to match the picture below because I assumed she would know better than me considering she does this for job. She proceeded to work with neon colors and didn't let them dried, so all the colors mixed up. When it looked really horrible, I kindly asked her to redo it. When I asked her to redo it, she proceeded to start screaming and yelling at me. She claimed that she couldn't understand what I was asking and I couldn't compare her work with other employee's. She not only gaslighted me and told me I can't complain when I said it was okay before and later tell her it looked bad after looking at my friend's nails who was getting the exact same design done. When I stood up for myself, she continued to scream and gave me a panic attack. I was crying the whole time while another employee was fixing my nail, and I ended up not getting any designs because I couldn't stay any longer. Everyone turned around to look while she was screaming, and the manager also openly talked shit about me to other customer. When we were leaving, my friend asked for an apology and asked to not pay, the manager not only claimed that she didn't yell but demanded that I pay $60. I did in fact paid $60 that she demanded. You shouldn't support business if you believe that people deserved to be treated kindly. read more
