Birria burger with the honey butter chips and dipping broth. Skip the dipping broth, no flavor! The burger and chips were great!

This location is inside The Market at Malcom Yards. There is a small parking lot out front and 2 larger parking lots in back! (All free) The hall itself has a very cool vibe to it and was constantly being cleaned! There are several places to choose from with a large bar and a beer wall! Bebe Zito is at the far other end (away from the full bar) They have burgers and ice cream! The staff here were very friendly but they only had one person working! He was amazing but definitely could have used a second person! I got the Birria Burger with honey butter chips! The burger was delicious!! The home made sauce was also very good! The "dipping broth" or consume for the burger is extra and not worth it! It lacks flavor and is not worth the extra money. The honey butter chips were sticky, sweet, salty, crunchy and a little spicy! They were tasty!! For ice cream, I tried Debbie and strawberry fields!! Both were outstanding!!! And together amazing!! Definitely give this a try!! Everything in the food hall did seem over priced... just as a heads up! The ice cream was $11 for a single cup. It felt like foo truck pricing. I would recommend this place if you are at The Market at Malcom Yards!!

Brazilian Brigadeiro Chocolate + Salted Caramel Flan Brûlée

Located at the eastern end of the Market at Malcolm Yards, Bebe Zito is the perfect place for a dessert (thought they have pretty tasty burgers as well?) For my recent visit, a friend and I walked in on a Friday afternoon. We got Brazilian Brigadeiro Chocolate + Salted Caramel Flan Brûlée - I'm not sure which one I liked more! Would order both again for sure. Price is a bit on the higher end at $8 a scoop. Checking out was a bit of a hassle. We had some trouble with the card reader and then I had to enter my information in their system to let me know my order was ready - a feature meant for hot food, but a bit superfluous for takeaway ice cream.

One of the options we tried at Malcom yards. Kids wanted some burgers and these hit the spot. Ordering was easy and the food was made fast. We were there right when it opened though so there wasn't much traffic yet. It definitely was picking up by the time we left! The burgers were juicy, the fries were fresh and all together made a perfect lunch before we headed out. Malcolm yards is a great option for variety and Bebe ziti should absolutely be part of your menu when you visit.

Corn ice cream bar , pistachio almond ice cream

First off, the kid who works there was rude. Absolutely zero service!! I'd give zero star for customer service. The ice cream mediocre at best, definitely not worth the hype. We tried that corn ice cream bar, not good at all. Well, it's good for picture. As far as the flavor, too much of that chocolate shell thing that wasn't even good. And the corn flavor ice cream is mild. We also got the pistachio almond ice cream, that's okay. We saw really good reviews on yelp, figured we'd give this place a try but def won't be coming back. Not to mention he overcharged us!

But if you, like me, may have any interest in cheese curds, or spicy chicken, or a burger, god forbid; i suggest you carry on reading. I should preface this with an in depth disclaimer: i am not a picky eater. i eat things that others find repulsive, i eat things in ways other people would never dare to consider. when i cook, i consume a mouthful of each ingredient im using before i add it. i want to understand the taste! (this is not an exaggeration). i eat anything. and that's why it's so strange to me that for the first time in my life, the power of bebe zitos has rendered me incapable of finishing a dish. This food sucks, man. it's like, made by people without tastebuds. The food here is so aggressively bland, it's rather impressive. Not underseasoned... unseasoned. Every dish tastes like the kitchen staff has a personal vendetta against flavor. Chewing it is like having a mouthful of familiar textures with very little taste, if any. it's quite maddening. Here's what really gets me: they'll proudly serve a vanilla ice cream with MSG added, and use words like "umami" on their menu. But a burger? Fries? Those don't deserve salt. The cognitive dissonance is staggering. You understand flavor science well enough to dose your ice cream with MSG, but you can't be bothered to season a patty? it's bland incarnate, masquerading as classic diner fare, but deconstructed and self aware, in all its greasy goodness. And those precious little boxes everything comes in? The ones that look so adorable on Instagram? They're a disaster. The second your food goes in there, steam turns everything soggy. Your fries get limp, your burger sits in its own condensation. My mind has never before been a host to the abstract thought forms of "french fry" and "erectile dysfunction treatments" in my mind at the same time Speaking of which - I paid extra for avocado on my burger. What I got was half an avocado, uncut, just plopped on top like an afterthought. Not sliced. Not mashed. Just a whole hemisphere of avocado that's somehow both slimy and weirdly warm from sitting in that steam-trap box. Look at this thing. This is what $3 extra gets you - a sweaty, unsliced avocado half slowly dissolving into mush on top of an already soggy burger. Did anyone in the kitchen actually think about how this would be eaten? Or was the photo op the only consideration? The complaints keep piling up elsewhere too - overcooked tots, what appears to be frozen pre-packaged chicken, grossly overpriced for what you get. This is an ice cream shop pretending to run a kitchen, and it shows. The irony is that they clearly know how to make something excellent - the proof is in their ice cream. Creative flavors, perfect execution, a depth of understanding the chemistry of taste. So why does the savory menu taste like an afterthought prepared by people who've never actually eaten their own food? Come for dessert, skip literally everything else.

We drove all the way from Victoria, MN, through rush-hour traffic--and would gladly do it again. What truly sets Pumphouse apart is its commitment to fresh, local ingredients and incredibly creative flavors. The seasonal rhubarb ice cream was unforgettable: perfectly balanced, fresh, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical ice cream shop. The experience went beyond the ice cream itself. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun, making us feel less like customers and more like neighborhood regulars. We're already planning another trip back to stock up on pints before the seasonal flavors disappear.

They're mini scoops, which makes it so fun to try different flavors without committing to just one. My top picks are the caramelized white chocolate, the sea salt caramel pecan, and the salted honey. All three are incredible. You can also grab pints to go, and the prices are super reasonable. A five-scoop flight for $6 is such a steal. Pump House is always worth the stop, and easily one of the best ice cream shops in the Twin Cities.

Street parking available on hip and trendy Washington Ave! They also have a decently priced valet for diners not looking to search nearby for parking! The interior is moody and hip with dim lighting, exposed brick, and a social energy. It's always busy without feeling stuffy or crowded. The service is top notch...fresh silverware and plates with every course, consistently filled water, servers that are around but not overbearing, and courses that come out with exquisite timing! We enjoyed an appetizer, a few bruschettas, and a few pastas on our most recent visit. Arancini were the perfect start: crispy, creamy, and a little spice from the sauce! Chicken Liver Mousse Bruschetta was the weak point in the meal as it just seemed to be lacking a component that balanced the richness of the mousse. The Crispy Pork Shoulder and Carrot Bruschetta was VERY salty, but I kinda enjoyed how it would make my mouth water, quenched by the creamy carrot puree. The Gnocchi are little pillows of heaven, and the orange sauce is such a pleasant surprise. The real star for me was the Mushroom Agnolotti: little pillows of creamy, mushroomy goodness topped with a plethora of additional mushrooms. Chef's kiss. Can't wait to come back again and again!
