Ann BeBe took me in earlier than my appointment on a rainy day for a pedi and my first ever dip mani. I was very nervous and I didn't want it too thick so she didn't do an extra layer. She was very accommodating and has over 20 years of experience doing nails. The salon was clean and quiet and relaxing. She said the dip was healthier for nails than a regular gel mani which I traditionally get and was news to me. She also said it can last for 3-4 weeks so we shall see! read more

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came in to get a powder manicure (French-$55) and a regular foot color change ($15) for a very special family occasion. Let me lead with saying that both my thumb nails lasted LESS THAN A WEEK! They were completely chipped off in four days that itself--for powder or gel--is unacceptable. The process is so damaging for the nail surface that I can't even go back now and get them fixed without risking brittle nails. The lady insisted on doing powder base and gel for the tips--not what I wanted, but ok--she rushed and even as I walked out of the salon there were two other nails that were not completely smooth. Also--she was trying to say I couldn't get the style I wanted because I took too long...she tried to blame me!! I am not normally assertive but I insisted she do what she said she was going to do or charge me less. She was trying to push me around, and I don't appreciate that. Lastly immediately after she finished the coats on two different nails were wrinkled, probably from rushing the uv drying before adding another coat. I don't know why she was rushing--I had an appointment and the salon was not that busy. I had been patient waiting for my turn while they took their time with others, so why was I rushed? Additionally, another nice older lady came in a with a coupon that they gave her and they wouldn't honor it. She was very gracious about it, simply asking why they gave her a coupon if it doesn't work? They were not apologetic or gracious. I'm told by my mother who was a regular here that the owners are out of town, so maybe they have a bit more interest and pride in their business...but the people working there certainly didn't. read more

Great nail salon in clean facility next to awesome gelato place (Matty's) offering pedicures, acrylics, dips etc. I had BeBe do my nails ombré with white dip and OPI dip in bubble bath using the brush technique of acrylic but dip powder which is better for your nails. *BEWARE* I visited the salon with my daughter and I had done 2 new sets of deep powder nail (1 for each) and 1 basic pedicure for me. Pedicure was done good. The 2 sera of deep Powder not good. My set look 'grainy' not smooth. My daughter's right hand has a few nails that are crooked. Here's the worst part: $170 for these 3 items!!!!! Are you kidding me! I got really surprised at the total and failed to ask why so much. The owner 'Be' had the audacity to even asked me if I was not going to leave a tip. I did not want to be rude and I handed a $20. How stupid of me!!!!! Total price paid $190.00! Best part: We called next day and asked specifically how much they charge for a new set of deep powder and a basic pedicure. Be be said $45 and $35 respectively. I was furious! So you do the math. We got ripped off by the owner. *****Do not go!***** We should have paid $45x2=$90 plus $35 for my pedicure. Total $125.00. Instead she stole $65.00 from us. Unbelievable how they can steal so freely. read more

I called to confirm the pricing for a gel fill and regular pedicure. I was told the nails were $35 and the pedicure was $30. I went and received both and was told I owed $90! Went to BeBe's for the first time. The elderly lady rubbed my legs so hard that it was painful. It was not relaxing at all. The pedicure gave me ingrown toenails in 3 different spots. I could not communicate with her because she spoke no English. I wanted to explain how to trim my toes but it was futile. I just returned from the Podiatrist. He charged me $225 to remove the 3 portions of the ingrown nails, not to mention the pain involved and the feet soaks I must do for the next week. As for the manicure- well I have numerous hang nails and the polish chipped after one day. Never again- not even if you reimburse me for the Podiatrist! read more

I'd really like to give a 2.5 but since I can't I'll go with 3. Came here for a gel removal and fresh gel manicure. I'll start with the fact that i asked if they use a drill to remove the old gel. I was told no. Then as my nails as soaking she starts getting her drill ready. I had to tell her no drill. Every other professional salon I go to uses a stick or back of a file to get off the soaked gel. She used her FINGERNAIL! Yep. She had some long nails and she scraped off my old polish with her own nails. Then as al the crumbled gel was in the towel she picked up the towel slabs shook it off onto the floor! They place was not clean. I needed a pedicure too but no way I was getting one there. They did not use fresh files. Be warned. The people all seem lovely but please clean your place and don't scrape with your own fingernails! read more
