The tech nicked me during the drilling and my ring finger has a small cut and has been sore for days. When I said this clearly wasn't the color, the tech got angry with me. Finally said just to forget it, they then said the shaping of the nails with no color would be $45, then the manager upped it to $55. After wasting my Saturday morning, I had to go find another salon that did a perfect job. I wish this business would have been honest on the front end that they could not give me what I had asked for, before saying they could then not being able to. I left with half done nails, that had leftover color buffed off of them, and had to rush to find another place ahead of a holiday event. Will never go back here. Please be honest and upfront with your clients if you don't have the proper tools and products so they have the opportunity to decide how their time is spent and/or wasted.

Bill helped me do a refill and helped me pick a color because I was so indecisive. He was friendly, kind and very patient. He really did an amazing job. I usually get my nails done in Chinese nail salons in NYC. This was my first time at a viet salon and I saw a huge difference . All my nail techs in nyc always leave a small part of the side of my nails uncovered by gel. Bill was so meticulous with making sure the sides were covered with gel by using a tiny thin brush. Reposting because this is wild!!!…read more I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. I had a consultation and during that consultation I got a hand written estimate of the total price out the door being $1457.35 for everything done. I agreed and set up an appointment with Erika and gave them a $500.00 deposit. During the appointment my hair is already being colored and then they tell me "oops! It's actually gonna be a higher price than what was told to me during my consultation." That's wrong. They will tell you a price just to get you to sit in their chair, then once you are trapped there and already getting worked on then they bring the bad news. The news that they lied. I would have been more than happy to pay the higher price; had that been discussed during my consultation. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Once you tell someone a price and it is agreed upon, you need to honor that agreement. I hope this never happens to anyone else, please please two nine salon, get your estimates correct during consultations and makes sure your employees are trained on prices. After all that, they did refund me my $500.00 deposit and I did not have to pay for what they had started as far a coloring. & they lost a $2000.00+ sale/client.
