I have been trained past beauty school standards and look for experienced stylists. I am willing to pay what they charge. I primarily use my credit card for miles and points. I get that this salon doesn't take American Express because of the bank charges. I will suggest you incorporate the hair services charges in your asking price so we all can enjoy your salon.

I was new in town and needed a blowout for a wedding I was attending. When I arrived, I wasn't sure…read morethey'd be able to fit me in because they were busy, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes. The blowout turned out amazing--I was so happy with how it looked! I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed, and they did a great job with that too. The prices were very fair, and the service was excellent overall. One tip: make sure to bring cash for tipping or have Venmo ready. I didn't have either at the time, so I had to step out to get cash, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing hair or beauty services!

I'm very disappointed with the way my situation was handled by management. I was charged a $139…read morecancellation fee even though I called the salon a day before my appointment to cancel, and I also contacted them again the following day. At no time was I clearly informed that I would be charged this fee, nor was the policy explained to me in writing. I tried several times to resolve the issue directly with management. I was told that someone would contact me by phone or email, so I waited three days, but no one ever followed up. Because I could not get a response, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charge. Unfortunately, when I had another appointment today, I was told by the manager that because I disputed the transaction, I would no longer be allowed to use their services. I do not feel this was handled fairly or professionally. What makes me especially disappointed is that the stylists themselves are wonderful. The girls are very professional, talented, and do an excellent job. My negative experience is specifically with the management and the way this situation was handled. I believe better communication, transparency, and professionalism could have resolved this without it becoming such a negative experience.

I don't often write reviews, but I want to share our experience accurately. Our family visited this…read moresalon for the first time as a holiday treat for two young girls. The experience was disappointing. The staff did not make the visit feel fun or welcoming for the children, which took away from what should have been a special experience. The "fairy hair" application itself was problematic. The girls complained that the application was painful. Only one wrap was used, and each strand appeared to be attached to very few hairs. By the next day, roughly half of the strands had fallen out. When we raised this concern, the staff member responded dismissively and blamed my niece rather than offering to fix or replace the fairy hair. Given our prior experience with fairy hair from other stylists, where it typically lasts well over a month, we were surprised and disappointed that this application did not last even a full day. At $5 per strand, we expected a more durable result and a more professional response to concerns. Based on this experience, we would not return.
