Rated a 2, it was an okay haircut, above the chin, similar to what I walked in with. Took between 30 and 40 minutes, with a scrunch blow dry. Hairdresser was pleasant. Wasn't worth $200, plus a tip. I paid cash and they refused to see me again unless I left my credit card information. NO WAY, honestly not worth $200, especially with the risk of having my credit card and bank information stolen again (3 times last year.). Shame on you. read more

Just had my first visit to Bry for the ReZo Curly Haircut. I have wavy/curly hair that I have struggled with all of my life - in an effort to embrace my natural curl, I'm trying to get educated in how to care for it and getting a cut that is appropriate. I had a great experience with Bry. We talked about products, she step by step walked me through the right way to style my hair, and she gave me a beautiful cut. I walked out feeling fantastic and I'm only sad it took me so long to find her and to get help with the curls. Highly recommend. read more

Great salon experience! I was pampered by A sweet stylist by the name of Sammie Lee. She was great to talk to. She gave me a fabulous blowout. The salon is very nice and comfortable. The sinks are right behind the chairs and move around. You can watch everything in a huge mirror which you sit in front of. Sammie Lee gave me a tour and this place is really spacious. They have aesthetic rooms including facial and Botox. There is also a big section dedicated to mani/pedis. They offer child care and have a nice big playroom if you have a child with you. Lots of cool products and a small boutique. Cute clothes. 5 stars for Sammie Lee and Me Time! read more

I am seasonal and hopefully i have hit paydirt. I have short hair and am spoiled in Warwick, NY with my wonderful stylist Nicole. Short hair is difficult to cut and style. I want to wash, fluff with my fingers and go. I have found my Florida stylist. Ashley Hoggatt has now done a wonderful job twice and I will be coming back for highlight, roots and blow dry. The worst salon and manager I have ever dealt with. The lash girl has no idea how to apply lashes. She took an hour to apply 5 lashes to each eye. I have been getting lashes done for years and I knew I should have gotten up 15 minutes into the appointment. After the appointment I asked to speak to a manager bc I wasn't going to pay $90 for a fill that I only got 10 lashes for. I looked like I had less lashes then I walked in with. There was no manager there so they told me I could leave and a manager would call me that day. I immediately went over to deka lash so I could get lashes put on my eyes and when the girl saw me she said my lashes were so bad. They were all glued together and there was glue everywhere. She told me I need to remove all my lashes and put a full set on. I have had lashes done for 10 years and NEVER had to do this. The manager finally called the next day. What a nasty unprofessional person she was. Her name is Laney. I told her that the lash girl definitely isn't experienced enough to be doing lashes and that she should really be careful bc she can have a lawsuit and I'm not paying for a service that I wasn't happy with and is now going to cost me $400 to get a new set of lashes. She came back at me with this horrible disgusting attitude telling me too bad you are paying. You can't go to a restaurant and not pay for a meal you were unhappy with. I had to laugh at what a dumb uneducated comment that was bc actually yes most professionals accommodate a customer if they aren't happy especially in a restaurant. She said I could come in and go to someone else which is pretty funny considering I have texts from both her and the lash girl that she is the ONLY person there that does lash extensions. Then she hung up on me without resolving the problem. She then charged my credit card without my consent. I have never dealt with such a nasty person in the service industry ever. So now I already disputed it with my credit card. I will also sue now for the $400 I have to pay for a new set of lashes. I have pictures and a statement from the other lash girl. Good luck This is a response back to the owner. I told her I'm not happy with lash girls hours. It's hard to find someone that works Saturdays. I had to get in with someone bc my girl couldn't. I told her there were a couple of lashes on my right eye that were grown out and too long if she could remove them. She puts lash remover solution on both eyes and starts removing all my lashes I have on my eyes. Someone who knows what they are doing would have NEVER done that. They would hold the natural lash and remove the lash that needs to be removed. I said to her during the appointment "are you having trouble?" Bc it was taking her 10 minutes to apply 1 lash. When she said she was done I said you hardly put any lashes on. Her response was I put 7 on your eye. 7? How is 7 lashes a fill? 25-30 lashes is a fill. So between her removing my lashes and putting 7 lashes on 1 eye I walked out with less lashes on. Then she put lashes on multiple lashes where my eyes were hurting. So no she has no idea what she's doing and I'm pretty sure she does not have a lash extension clientel considering her books were wide open everyday when I was looking to book an appointment. You want me to come back? You offer someone else to do my lashes? You have no one else to do them. She's the only lash person there. So it's funny that you want to make it like you're trying your help me when you can't. I have texts from both your disgusting manager and Rachael claiming she's the only one that does lashes. You couldn't pay me to walk back into the place with your horrible manager and customer service. I will see you in court with all my proof and texts from your employees. My written statement from my lash girl and pictures of the lashes she took off my eyes from Rachel's work. read more

Great staff. Clean environment. They know their stuff. I like the fact that there are suites that offer other services such as facials, mani-pedis, microblading, botox etc. Really a one stop shop. read more
