The ladies in the show were really nice, but I had an appointment at 3. I wasn't able to get started until 3:30. Overall for a regular mani and pedi, I was there for over 2 hours. All that and my nails chipped that night! Quality has gone down hill over the years. Unless you can get one of the main girls that have been there, your nails will chip and be rushed. One of the guys did my mani pedi gel for $70 + tip and within 24 hours both hands had chipped. The quality was terrible and the experience was very painful. Would not recommend. read more

It's a mix of bad and good. I had my daughter to go in to get her nails done and she wanted a certain length and told her it was "too long". I'm not the kind of parent to let my kid get horribly long nails, but she was the customer and since they wouldn't do the length she wanted she couldn't do the design. Money wasted on nails that they refused to do. read more

I am so very happy with my dip powder manicure! Lan took her time and explained all parts of the process to me, and my nails look great! This salon is very clean and has a ton of color options for gel polish, dip powder, and regular polish--I had a tough time deciding! Everyone in the salon was very friendly and there were a lot of returning customers, which is always a good sign. Prices are very reasonable and the end results are lovely. Lan has gone above and beyond to keep her clients safe and happy. Her salon is clean and everyone there wears a mask. She even gives each client their own file, sponge and filing tool to keep with them and bring to each appointment! I've been going there for 9 years + and she is amazing! Never again...i went three times to this shop, and for some reason each time the work on my acrylics got worse. The last time left me looking like I hadn't had a manicure in a month and it had only been a week and a half. I went to Savannah Nail Bar and they were able to fix the terrible work previously done. I'm super annoyed because I always tip so generously....but I guess that doesn't always matter! If you don't want your nails to lift and get water damage....then go somewhere else. read more

Never going back! I received a full set using dip and not only are they falling off after 3 days, but my tech Ben trimmed my cuticles using the drill! Ouch! My nails beds are all cut up and peeling, it looks like a disaster. My nails aren't straight and it's driving me crazy! Not to mention my thumb has a hair from the brush stuck to it. read more

She made an appointment for me the day that I requested and when I got there had a consultation with me about what I wanted. I've been getting acrylics done or tips for 30 years and Lan at Jupiter Nails was probably the most skilled nail person I've had the pleasure of having done my nails. She is also friendly and personable. (COVID-19 Precautions-Everyone was masked, no one sat next to me, the technicians were behind a shield and I watched her clean the station before I sat down.) read more

I've been going to Jupiter Nails for years and have had only good experiences. I can sit and relax in the pedi chair, even fall asleep. I use the dip finger nail system, and it lasts until I get back two or so weeks later with no chipping or breakage. The people are friendly and go out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. read more

Terrible. My pink & whites look horrible. The nail tech was on the phone while doing my nails. To top it off the next morning I woke up with a swollen, red, painful finger tip. Definitely an infection from unsanitary tools. Would not recommend! read more

HORRIBLE!! I tried this salon for a mani/pedi 4 years ago and had a horrible experience, but 4 years later I thought I would give it another go round. Wrong choice! Worst salon experience of my life! During the pedicure my guy, Ben, scraped my foot with the rough bristles they use to scrub your feet. Then, to take of my previous manicure, which was NextGen polish, he took a tool and stuck it under the polish between my nail and ripped it off of my nail. I explained to him many times it was really hurting me, but he kept making excuses about how that was the only way to take them off because it was quick. When he took off the dead skin around my nails, he pulled some areas so hard that I started to bleed. Meanwhile throughout the manicure, there were several fruit flies landing on my hand and buzzing around my face. After the manicure, I sat under the fan for 2 drying cycles, which was what Ben told me to do and I even sprayed on the instant drying air, yet minutes after that 3 of my nails were already ruined from the cheap polish they use. On another note, during the time you dry your nails, you sit and look out the window, so here I am sitting looking out the window and Ben walks out to take a smoke and then proceeds to spit multiple times into the bushes. I had to watch him do this! Gross!! I paid $45 for crap!! read more

Terrible results, had a pedicure done and both big toes have a tough bubbled finish. Everything was rushed, you would have thought there was a line of people wating instead of 4 employees with nothing to do. I still left a generous tip, because that is who I am, but I won't go there again. read more

By far the WORST salon I have ever been to. Upon entering, there are no listed prices anywhere so there is no way to know what is offered. The man who did my nails continuously cut my skin and I left with multiple scabs around my nails. When I left some of my nails were smudged and some the paint was so thin you could see right through it. Also on the majority of my nails, the sides were not painted. I basically left there with a third of my nail painted and by the time I got home 10 minutes later, they were already chipped. No once did I see the tools get cleaned, just tossed back in the drawer where they came from. This place is horrible, do NOT go here I could have done it better myself. read more

This salon has some excellent techs! Being a regular customer they offer to make appointments. FOUR times I made an appointment, only to be kept waiting some 20-30 minutes past my appointment time because the salon owner gave the tech with whom I made an appointment, another customer just minutes before my appointment time. The owner offers no apologies and even asked what I was having done the last time I was in & smirked as she walked away, leaving me sitting with feet in water for 30 minutes. It was clear she was openly criticizing and making fun by the concerned looks on the techs faces! Regular customers are just okay to her, but not when she can herd numerous new clients through really fast in the same amount of time. I really would like to spend my money in the neighborhood, but after my last experience I am over it! Too many salons only minutes away to waste my money and my time where I'm not appreciated!!!!!!! Would give ZERO stars for owner's customer service. read more
