Great people. Family restaurant. If you have grown up around lake towns your expectations will be met. Local cafe feel with great burgers.

    MY ANGER

This place is not good I waited almost an hour to get my food there was almost no options for breakfast on my menu and one of the waitresses were gossiping and not giving refill

    Patty melt with jalapeños

Small restaurant, wasn't super busy when we went. Food came out fast and the servers were friendly. I got a cheeseburger with tots and my husband got a patty melt with grilled jalapeños. The burger was handmade, it was just ok. I wasn't a huge fan, but it wasn't the worst thing I've had. My husband absolutely loved his patty melt. He did say it was slightly dry but other than that it was great. Tator tots were cooked nicely as well.

    Fish and shrimp combo

Another solid performance from Beaver's Bend Restaurant. We went for lunch as I wanted to try their catfish. This is how catfish should be made, with cornmeal and not flour. It was delicious!! The fish was the star and they did not over do it. I would recommend. The okra was flavorful and the onion rings were a hit. Most places over compensate the onion with breading, once again, they did not. The onion was the star. They are big and worth a try. Be patient with the staff as they are busy, but very friendly!! Please give them a try.

Slow service, we were first to order and last to get food. Menu is misleading and food mediocre. Sorry, won't be going back...

We were staying really close by and had driven by but were on our way to eat elsewhere. When three other spots fell threw we figured we had no other choice but to check out Naaaman's. The outside does not do the food justice. It's a humble spot with lots of tables, both long and short, high or low and you order at the counter. The service is top notch with knowledgable staff (food restrictions), big smiles and a lot of kindness. We ordered; 2 Brisket sandwiches - meat piled high and super fresh. Even the bun was incredibly fresh and tasty! 2 slider plates- chicken and pulled pork. Both were seasoned to perfection, tender and fresh. The rolls were just as good as the full size buns A Meat Plate with Pulled Pork - absolutely delectable. Sides of Adult Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cheesy Corn. Oh my gosh they were all amazing. The Adult Mac & Cheese was licked clean from the bowl. The Green Beans had a spice to them that had me drinking the juice they came in and the Cheese Corn was a hit! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would have come back again if we were staying another night.

Unfortunately, somewhere along the line the appetizer never got put in, so we didn't receive the boudin egg rolls at all. Solid, well-done burgers that hit the mark. No complaints there. We also grabbed a blueberry cheesecake to go, which turned out to be a great call. It was rich, flavorful, and a good way to finish things off. Service hiccup aside, the food quality, at least on the burgers and dessert, was strong. Worth stopping in, just keep an eye on your order.

We sat at the bar and the bartender is beyond lovely. She was very sweet, warm and welcoming. I got an "adult" cherry limeade and my husband got a glass of the smal batch Hochatown whiskey. Both were fantastic. My limeade was both tart with a hint of sweetness- very refreshing and exactly what I wanted after a hike. To start we got the fried mushrooms, they were hot and fresh and delicious! Not too overly bartered and super juicy. I got ranch and my husband got bbq sauce and both are delicious- you can tell they're both made in house! The bbq sauce has a hint of spiciness that we loved. We split the Yard Bird half portion spicy and it was HUGE. Great portion and great flavor!! Super juicy and not overly spicy. We got it with fries, beans and an extra side of fried okra. All I can say is that they're all fantastic and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Very casual place but it was exactly what we were lookin for. Great for couples and families. We will surely be back and can hopefully sit down to enjoy a meal to see how the other food is.

That decor/atmosphere is diner in Oklahoma feels. Breakfast is not served all day from 7 AM to 10:30 AM so we ran quickly and got there at 10:20 to order our veggie omelette with biscuits and gravy and an order short stack, and a cup of Joe. Right off the bat, their draft beer machine wasn't working, so we stuck with water and a soda. After being seated, there was a noticeable delay before our waitress came back. She explained she was dealing with an issue on another customer's credit card, which slowed things down. We started with the fried pickles. They were very good. Crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked right, but the portion felt a little light for an appetizer. For the main, we shared the Oklahoma country fried steak with mashed potatoes and white gravy. That was the highlight. The steak had a solid crust with good flavor, and everything on the plate was done right. No complaints there. Sirloin with a side of corn and I had the chicken tenders with fries. The chicken tenders were delicious, but the frozen crinkle cut fries dampened the whole meal - for almost $20 for chicken tenders, I would've loved some house made or hand battered fries! The rolls with each meal were good, but could've used some butter! The steak was well cooked and the corn had good flavor! Everything was mediocre overall, we would likely come back on account of the chicken tenders, but wouldn't run back for anything else.
