Due to a previous lash place and their poor application(accidentally gluing two natural lashes to the same false lash) my lash line had gaps. I loved the way my lashes looked right after I got them done. I received so many compliments from them and even recommended someone to them. The only problem was due to the way they were applied, it only took a couple days for my lashes to grow out a little bit and for the root area to bother my eyes. I've had numerous lash extensions before and this was a new problem that I've encountered. They were also a bit pricey for refills. I will definitely be back for the 5D set when my lashes are looking sparse and I'm looking for something dramatic.

When I expressed my disappointment and asked for a fix, she showed no concern. Her customer service was awful--once I paid, she completely disregarded my satisfaction. To make matters worse, my lashes started falling out after just 3-4 days. I reached out, and she offered a complimentary set, even calling to confirm. Since it takes me about 2.5 hours to get there, I made the trip--only for her to claim, "Oh, no, I didn't know I was talking to you," and refuse to redo my lashes. This was after an entire conversation on Instagram, while I was in a different state. She simply didn't care. I was devastated and on the verge of tears. I have extremely straight lashes and my lashes turned out extremely droopy. As soon as I saw them I asked them to take it off, and they tried convincing me it looked fine even though half of my eyes were covered and my vision was impaired by the lashes. They took them off and did a terrible job, leaving glue on my lashes. Not to mention they were extremely rough and my eyes/eyelids/ surrounding eye area were BURNING for a day afterwards. They tried to accommodate and asked if I wanted a lash lift, which was also terrible. They allegedly gave me the tightest curl but the lift was nonexistent - literally curled from the middle of my lashes. There was absolutely no difference afterwards. I still had to pay for this all, no discount or anything. Lash lift was almost 100 and they force you to tip as well.
