I cannot say enough good things about this place. For one week now I have suffered from severed pain in the right side of my head and neck and nothing has helped. The lady named lily gave me a 30 minute lymphatic drainage massage and I swear it's like she magically followed the path that my pain took. It helped extremely. Saw Liliya at the Manhattan location this week for microblading. I've had it done previously (with different aestheticians), once years ago and it looked great and then again last year and it was disastrous, after laser treatment for removal I went in yesterday with uneven patchy brows and remnants of off color dye. Liliya had her work cut out for her and managed to worked with my face structure and the existing lines to create a perfectly symmetrical look in a beautiful deep brown ("Snickers") that looks fantastic with my skin tone and helps make my blue eyes pop. Her stroke work was incredible, very light yet meticulous hand to create the look of genuine microblading (my personal preference) rather than shading/ombré. In addition to being a very sweet person and pleasant to chat with during my appointment, I am so pleased with the result that I'll be visiting her in Queens for hair cut&color in the future!! I went here with Groupon references to do my eyelashes lift and sadly they did a very poor job. I call Lafa to see what she can do and gave an appointment 4 weeks after to fix them but, the manager of the salon called me back furious saying that because I didn't say anything when wafa was done that they assume the job was done well and she didn't want me back at the salon and canceled the new appointment. And yes, I noticed my eyelashes not lift well when I got home and looked them up in a magnifying mirror, they are all curled up to the point that I can't even put on my eyeliner. I removed my micro blading with Lili, and the result was so exceptional! I was told by others that it would take more than 3 sessions. However, she was able to remove almost all of it by only one session!! First, I was hesitant to come to her main location in queens since I'm located in Manhattan, but I'm so happy I did, as she has more laser options in the queens location. Liliya was very rude to me on the phone when I called first time about tattoo removal. She made me feel very stupid and spoke down. Then when I asked questions about what machine she was using how many sessions I might need she got a little bit nervous and told me she will not serve me because apparently I ask too many questions and I have an attitude. I just wanna say this is not how you run a business it's very disgusting of her to speak down to potential customers. I don't know how they do business back in Russia but here in this country everyone should be treated equally. Now I don't know if it's because I'm a woman of color that she was talking down to me but it is very disrespectful and very disgusting. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Lilia did an amazing job with my hair! I showed her a photo of myself with a style and color I liked and she pretty much recreated it. I love the subtlety of the color and the swing and volume of the cut. Lilia was also very sweet and friendly. Customers should know that there is a extra charge for hair that falls below the shoulders, but I think it was well worth it! read more

While they are very nice and I've had other services there I was very disappointed with the Keratin treatment and hair color. Keratin looked good when she did but after waiting the four days to wash it, there was no difference and as for the hair color, after 10 day is faded so now have roots. I will continue to get other services done there but definitely not hair. read more

I was recently just there today. Purchased a Groupon and was denied use of it. Due to the inaccurate irresponsible words of this place. It states you can repurchase the Groupon every 120days. It says nothing about if you are already a client you can not repurchase. Please!!!! Fix your Groupon ad just wasted my time today. Don't get me wrong Alexandra is great. But, I guest the policy needs to be fixed on your end with Groupon. It's like tricking a customer to come back. Then telling them you have to pay more money because, your already a client. I was at first very skeptical, reading about people with botched microbladed eyebrows, but I grew tired of drawing in my eyebrows everyday and not being able to get them wet in the summer. My sister was the one who got her eyebrows done first by Liliya and she did them so well so I had to get mine done too. I've only had to get a touch up once and that was after 11 months. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows. My morning routine is easier now that I don't have to worry about drawing in my eyebrows anymore. I definitely recommend Liliya. Liliya is a beautiful person inside & out. She took the time to make sure I was pleased with shape/color of my eyebrows before beginning the microblading. It was a little painful but she reapplied numbing agent and allowed time for it to set in. At the second go round I did not feel any pain. I had some swelling which resolved in 2 days. I came in for a baylage & I did not like it. As a pregnant women I became emotional & wanted to call my boyfriend to vent. I stepped outside & Liliya assumed I wasn't going to pay she rushed outside & I explained to her I just wanted to make a phone call she then grabbed me & started dragging me to go back into the salon. I was scared for my life as well as my unborn daughters life. She called the cops on me & before they came she told me she'd assault me again but I'm lucky the cops are coming. Some man I assume it was her boyfriend then came Before the cops did & started saying is this what you people do I'm assuming he said that because I'm black. I sensed a bit of racism from Liliya as well she told me my hair was too thick & curly which is why the color did not come out how I wanted. I do not recommend this place.
