Unfortunately, my experience at Dollface was disappointing from start to finish. As a first-time customer, I expected a warm and professional experience, but the receptionist was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Her demeanor remained rude throughout my appointment and even during checkout. Customer service and communication are such an important part of the client experience, especially at the front desk, and that was completely lacking. I came in for a light volume lash set, and unfortunately I was not happy with the results. The lash removal process was uncomfortable and caused a burning sensation, and the final result was uneven between my two eyes. After spending so much time at the appointment, I honestly didn't have the energy to ask for corrections and just wanted to leave. Given the pricing and reputation of the salon, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. Kiana did HD brows for me today and they are bomb!! I have sparse straight brows that grow downward. Another brow specialist told me that brow lamination wouldn't be worth it for me and while I appreciated her honesty at the time, I wanted to give it a try anyway. These folks know nothing about making eyelashes look natural. They only use clumps of lashes and seem to be deaf to what their customer is requesting. I used their services for three months and finally gave up on trying to achieve a look that's beautiful and natural. I worked with several different "artists" and only one listened to me. Unfortunately, this still involved using heavy clumps of thick lashes. Doll Face is very convenient to where I live, but I've decided to go out of my way to another salon that offers three different styles of lashes (all using single lashes rather then clumps). If you want fake looking lashes, this is the place for you. If you want flattering and natural looking lashes, try somewhere else. After seeing Doll Face's comments on my review, I will stress that if you want to look like a Barbie doll from the 1960's, go for it! If you want a beautiful, natural look, keep looking. read more
