Cute atmosphere, friendly staff. I don't have a lot of experience with different places for lashes but I've never left disappointed, they always do a great job read more

Dollface is amazing! Stacey is an amazing owner and stylist as well she makes you feel at home and very comfortable. I usually get my lashes done in miami as I couldn't find anywhere in nyc or li that were as good. Now that I have dollface they are my go to for lashes ... Stacey and Kylie and Stacey are both amazing have used them several times... they do a fantastic job and now I don't need to travel to Florida for my lashes. read more

I called the previous day asking for a lash removal and I had no problem getting an appointment for the next morning. They were quick and an affordable price and very kind! read more

Unfortunately, my experience at Dollface was disappointing from start to finish. As a first-time customer, I expected a warm and professional experience, but the receptionist was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. Her demeanor remained rude throughout my appointment and even during checkout. Customer service and communication are such an important part of the client experience, especially at the front desk, and that was completely lacking. I came in for a light volume lash set, and unfortunately I was not happy with the results. The lash removal process was uncomfortable and caused a burning sensation, and the final result was uneven between my two eyes. After spending so much time at the appointment, I honestly didn't have the energy to ask for corrections and just wanted to leave. Given the pricing and reputation of the salon, I expected a much higher level of service and quality. Unfortunately, between the poor customer service and the disappointing lash results, I would not return. read more

I honestly don't know why it took me over a year to come back to this place, but I'm so glad I did! Everything is just as amazing as I remembered--if not better. Kiana was fantastic and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The service at Dollface is top-notch. Every employee I encountered was kind and professional, and the girl at the front desk was the absolute sweetest. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again for the exceptional service! read more

Kiana did HD brows for me today and they are bomb!! I have sparse straight brows that grow downward. Another brow specialist told me that brow lamination wouldn't be worth it for me and while I appreciated her honesty at the time, I wanted to give it a try anyway. Dollface had the next soonest availability for me, so I booked 2 days ago and came in today. I wasn't expecting anything mind blowing given my brows and what the previous specialist told me, but the results blew. My. Mind. Hoping the job "ages" well. I'll definitely be back when it's time! read more

I had my powder brows done by Angela 2 years ago and they still look great! I've referred a dozen friends and family to her and Stacey. The salon itself is warm, inviting and just COOL! Had a fabulous experience there and returning for a touch up soon! Angela was patient, fun and she really listened to me. She wanted my brows to be perfect just as much as I did!! read more

Stacy did an amazing job on my brows. The salon is cute and clean, and they have a variety of care products for purchase. I will be back!

I had a very good experience with Kiana who brought life back to my brows with an expertly done brow wax and tint. If you are darker skinned you will not leave here looking crazy. I also really appreciated having the tip included in the bill so I didn't have to think about it. The location itself is very accessible by bus and train and there is metered street parking if you want to brave Astoria traffic. I am so happy I found Kiana and dollface! read more

I cannot state enough how much I LOVEEEE dollface! Stacey Kiana and Miriam are amazing! They truly care about how beautiful your lashes and the customer service is outstanding. I love how comfortable the atmosphere is and how calm the aura of the staff is. My lashes came out so beautifully, and out of courtesy Stacey fit my in to have a touch up after a week. (I cried during my wedding lol I lost lashes) I am definitely a loyal customer and will be coming back. Can't wait to schedule for my brow consultation. Thank you Dollface read more

I got my lashes done by Kylie and once again they came out perfect as always! I leave there feeling pampered and satisfied every time. Kylie is efficient and very professional. Always looking forward to my appointments with her. Highly recommend!! read more

I have been a loyal client of Stacey's for almost 4 years. She has really changed my brow game! My sister, sister-in-law, and mother solely trust in her for all of their eyebrow and lash needs. My whole family has also fallen in love with her work and professionalism. I was super hesitant about microblading, but she was very informative and honest with the whole process. She tries her hardest to make the session as comfortable as possible, but microblading hurts regardless of who does it. Beauty hurts! And for eyebrows like this? I don't mind the pain! I 1000% recommend Stacey and her cute establishment, that is very instagram photo worthy, to anyone in need of a lash tech/microblading. read more

Couldn't have been happier!!! First let me start by saying what a lovely experience I had from making my appointment to have my eyebrows done!! I called and spoke to the receptionist by the name of Anastasia who went above and beyond to help me make an appointment, she worked with me in checking my Availability, she was patient and soft spoken, she explained the service to me what it entailed mentioned the address and emailed me all the information while I was on the phone with her ! We made the first appointment and a week later I had to reschedule my appointment. I called back and got Anastasia who once again was delightful in accommodating me! I met with Stacey who was so lovely & welcoming, we discussed about eyebrows she explained the process to me, shaped them and started doing her work! Not going to lie as I was laying there all I was thinking "I hope they won't be to dark". Once she completed her work I was amazed how PERFECT and natural my eyebrows looked. They look so beautiful !!! If you want the perfect eyebrows don't hesitate and go to DOLLFACE - it's the place to be!! read more

I got HD Brows done here by Sarah. I absolutely love the results of the HD Brows treatment. My brows are darker and thicker, but still look completely natural. Sarah is a fantastic technician. She is super kind and explained what she was doing as she did it. Looking forward to getting more services here! read more

So this place is super cute and welcoming, my lash tech was absolutely adorable and sweet - she was very accommodating when I told her last minute that I needed my eyebrows done as well. My lashes on the other hand are just not natural looking at all - that's the main reason for the 3 stars. I wasn't shown any samples of what they work with like other places. I feel like I look ridiculous with these extremely over the top lashes but at $140 price tag - I will wear them till the very last one falls off. read more

I discovered this place on Instagram and this new thing called HD brows. I haven't had brows since the 90s due to the over plucking trend. I'm scared of doing anything permanent like micro blading so I read up on HD brows and decided to give it a try. All I can say is wow! This was my second time getting them done and I'm obsessed! Admittedly at first it's definitely shocking but the next day it looks amazing! What I love about it is that they are actually my brows! Thank you for giving me beautiful, thick brows again! read more

Stacey is a Gem! She's been doing my lashes for about four years. I've taken breaks in between and my real lashes are still safe. She does wonderful brows as well- I don't trust anyone with mine except for her. Highly recommended. read more

After moving to the neighborhood, I stumbled upon their instagram and I have never been happier. From the moment I entered the brow and lash studio I was Immediately in love! Love love love this place!! Stacey is a true brow wizard- I've never had a better shape than I do now. She's extremely good at what she does (brows and lashes) and is such a sweetheart. I also did a junior lash set with Caela (also a sweetheart), and I am obsessed! She did an amazing job, so if you're ever considering lash extensions you will not be disappointed if you come here. They're seriously a game changer. And their space is so cute and clean- I highly recommend to everyone! read more

I was always skeptical and worried to go and get laser done as a male, however at DollFace I felt beyond comfortable and they helped me throughout the entire process. From helping me decide what areas to have treatment on to easing my mind of worries. I will certainly be returning again and highly recommend DollFace to all, with there Home-vibes and familiar atmosphere. I don't know how I ever lived without fabulous lashes! I've always had pretty full eyelashes but in the last year or so they started thinning out. I was so skeptical about getting lash extensions but I decided to bite the bullet - especially since I'm going on a long vacation. I'm so glad I did it!! The process is really detailed and takes a while (almost 2 hours) but the results are so worth it! I woke up this morning put on a little bit of eye shadow and was out the door. They really spruce up any look. Thanks so much to DollFace lashes and Caela for the amazing work! read more

Upon walking in, the place is adorable, clean, girly and warm! I came for the first time last week and had the sweet and talented Caela! She was so amazing! She fixed up my brows with a nice tint (print) and shape up! My brows hadn't been done a very long time prior to this visit because they got jacked up by some other lady a long time ago and never were the same. Understandably, I was afraid of going to a new person but did my research and felt very confident with Club Doll Face and glad I made this choice! Absolutely would I recommend them any day! I cant wait to go back and maybe try something else! I would totally get lashes here but I have a severe blinking problem lmao if you dont, you must try their lashes they look AMAZING and I'm jealous!!! Haha so Angela read more

I have been coming here for over a year for my lash extensions and brow shaping with Stacey and I'm obsessed! I've been doing my eyebrows at Dollface for 1.5 years and have never been happier with the shape and style of my brows. Dollface - Eyelash Service Near Me - Astoria, New York

First time here and so happy I found a lash bar in Astoria instead of having to trek into Manhattan. The decor is so cute - they have neon signs and cute art all over the walls in the waiting area. The actual rooms are cute and cozy and the chair is actually comfortable as opposed to going to other places where they make you lay flat on a table that's hard as a rock. I let Caela know I tend to get uncomfy laying too flat and she was completely accommodating. I'm so happy with my fluffy lashes (my face looks good again!) read more

This was my first time getting my brows done and I'm absolutely in love with them! Stacey hooked me up with beautiful HD brows that are full just like I wanted them. Can't wait to go back for my next tint and shape! Thank you for being so sweet and making my visit super comfortable! read more

Beautiful and classy environment ... top-notch professionals! Stacey listened to what I wanted and delivered; my thinning brows look fuller with her skilled shaping and tinting. read more

These folks know nothing about making eyelashes look natural. They only use clumps of lashes and seem to be deaf to what their customer is requesting. I used their services for three months and finally gave up on trying to achieve a look that's beautiful and natural. I worked with several different "artists" and only one listened to me. Unfortunately, this still involved using heavy clumps of thick lashes. Doll Face is very convenient to where I live, but I've decided to go out of my way to another salon that offers three different styles of lashes (all using single lashes rather then clumps). If you want fake looking lashes, this is the place for you. If you want flattering and natural looking lashes, try somewhere else. After seeing Doll Face's comments on my review, I will stress that if you want to look like a Barbie doll from the 1960's, go for it! If you want a beautiful, natural look, keep looking. read more

Stacey did an amazing job! It was my first time doing brow print and shaping. She explained that for two days my brows might be really dark. I left feeling so happy and I love the work she did. This is one of the best moves I made on trying a new location for my lash extensions. I commute all the way from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. She's definitely a brow magician!! My lashes last and look amazing each time I get them done. Caela has done my lashes as well and she too is amazing at what she does. When my lashes are done there's no need for anything else just some lip gloss and I'm ready to go. That's a huge plus with an energetic 4 year old boy lol.
