The lashes fall out within a week, I went in for a free fill-in that they offered me (because the lashes kept falling out) and the technician removed all my lashes "by accident" . The owner was so rude to other customers and myself that I truly believe she was annoyed I came back for a free fill in and had him remove them so they could just give me a refund and not deal. I had called 20 minutes before I went in to confirm that the fill-in would only take 20 to 30 minutes, so for him to just takeoff my lashes without asking him to, it seems very intentional. read more

I went in here for a lash lift and tint everything went fine until I got home and noticed the ends of my lashes were straight and were not lifted or tinted, I also have naturally long lashes so this lash lift was a disappointment because my lashes look longer with mascara. On top of that they don't send you home with any conditioner or oil they don't even tell you how to take care of them we had to ask her and she seemed like we were weird for even asking... she did not even give us much information I had to search on TikTok how to take care of them and saw that every place sends you come with an oil or conditioner to help care for them. I love this place! I found it on Groupon and decided to check it out since I've never done my lashes before and it was a really good deal. The Groupon was for the Glamour set of lashes and since I have thin eyelashes, she said that 12C would be the best fit for me. Before I start talking about the process, I'd like to just say that she keeps her lash studio pristine! I love how clean and neat she keeps it and I love that she plays relaxing spa music. It's a nice-sized place so you won't feel claustrophobic. The soft and plushy bed, the music, and the temperature make the experience so comfortable and relaxing that you could just fall asleep (which I did, honestly). The process is super simple. You lay on the bed and close your eyes while she preps your lashes and glues them on one at a time. The whole process takes about an hour and a half. I loved my lashes so much that I booked another appointment to try out a different set of lashes. Love this place! Rating: 5/5 stars! read more

This is first time in my life I have ever written a bad review about anything. I went in for a lash lift and tint. When the tech finished, I noticed the lashes at the end of my right eye were not lifted or curled, but falling flat to the right. The lashes on my left eye looked like they were not tinted at all.... I mentioned to her that my lashes didn't look curled at the end and she said that was because of my eye shape... I paid, tipped and went home. I really didn't like the way they looked so I called and asked if I could come back. When I returned, there was another lady there and honestly this review is about her. The new lady asked me what was wrong and I just explained to her what I saw and all she had to say was that I was wrong over and over again and that my concerns weren't valid. She just kept saying they look fine to her and that I need to put oil on the ones that look like they aren't tinted (so that they'll look wet, and therefore darker.) Mind you, this is all being said as shes losing her temper and giving me a nasty attitude for no reason. I'm not exactly thrilled about that and she's says "so what do you want?!" I dont even know what do say, I suggest a partial refund, she says "NO. we don't do refunds" I'm like okay so what are my options?... She's like we can fix it. I don't know why she couldn't have just said that to begin with. The interaction got so bad that I had and say something along the lines of "I don't know why you're being so rude to me, I'm not here trying to give you guys a hard time. I paid for this service and all I'm trying to tell you is I don't like how it turned out." There was no need for all of that attitude and hostility. I would understand if I went in there looking to start trouble and get my money back, but that wasn't the case. I asked if it is bad to process eyelashes back to back like that and she says NO. Right as I'm about to lay for them to fix it again, she says actually can you come back in a week or two. Obviously, hair as delicate as eyelashes cannot be permed and dyed back to back. I asked her if it's because it would be bad for my lashes and she says yes... I asked if they would even be able to lift the end of my lashes and they said of course even though at first they told me no because it was just my eye shape??? I came to this salon not even anticipating this kind of interaction because of all of the good reviews. I don't even care that my lashes didn't turn out the way they were supposed to, things happen you know. But what was the reason for all of that attitude and hostility? The lady at the shop (sorry forgot her name) was very attentive to what I wanted and she delivered! This is my first time trying Lash Up. But second time trying lash extensions. I purchased a Groupon for glamour lashes. Sella (the owner) was patient and thoroughly explained what was good for my lashes. Since I have thin lashes she suggested only the one for one lashes (one lash instead of two or more per your own lash) or light volume. I went for the first option. They are super lightweight I don't feel like I have any extensions! She took her time and they look really natural. I think I'll go for light volume next time so it looks darker.
