Come here if you want to leave with lopsided and uneven eyebrows. I asked the lady doing my eyebrows to make my eyebrows a tad bit thinner, and she left me with basically two differently shaped, overly THIN, poorly done brows. This is coming from someone who has been to this location for over 10 years. I used to come for Joy, Pol and now Sam! Who is amazing. please AVOID BINA! She is literally does minimal work and then expects a tip and pushes you to buy the eyebrow card. I regret coming here on a Sunday, and where she barely touched my eyebrows and said it was finished. I used to come here all the time but now TWICE in a row for some reason, I could tell the ladies doing my eyebrows were in bad moods and not only were they not gentle on purpose but they also did a bad job. I've seen what they could do before and this was not that and they knew exactly what they were doing. I've always tipped extremely generously and have no idea what could've caused this. Never coming back. Stop taking your aggression out on your loyal clients. Two different ladies. Now it will take a few months for my eyebrows to grow back to normal. I come here once or twice a month for waxing, and Rahat and Sam are my faves when it comes to that. Sam is the most popular one, so make sure to catch her when you can since she does an amazing job with the waxing. Rahat is very chill and knows what kind of wax to go with my skin. She's also very detailed and makes sure to not leave hair on the body part she's waxing. The prices here are also very good, so I recommend this place. read more

My first time here was in November and I came for full legs, arms and underarms service with Bimala and have been coming consistently every 3 weeks since then! My hair normally grows very fast and thick but since I've been coming here it's been growing much thinner and slower and I am hooked. Bimala's service is beyond amazing! She is so professional and moves through all the waxing SUPER quick and makes it less painful. She also leaves no hair behind - she pays a lot of attention to detail. Overall, Bimala gets a 10/10 for everything from kindness, cleanliness, fastness, and overall professionalism. **DOUBLE DIP!** Tiny spot in Astoria. I was really hoping this would become my new waxing spot but alas it will not. The staff is super friendly but alas they "double dip." They claim they do not "double dip" this is because they use roll-on wax so technically there is no dipping. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years so this review is long over due. I love this place. All of the ladies are great but I usually come to get wax with Pol. I come every 4-5 weeks for full leg, Brazilian, full arm and underarm. The cost is probably 1/3 of most places and the service is 5 star. I just called this business to try and make an appointment for myself to get a facial. And the woman who answered the phone informed me they don't give men any facials or other services. They only do eyebrow threading for men. I asked why, and she said that was their policy. I told her that was sexist and she had no comment. This is outrageous to me. read more

Bima was incredible. I got a Brazilian wax and you know those are usually painful but the way she did it was super quick and efficient. I barely felt any pain which was amazing. She went really deep in there (Sorry for the TMI) but it stung only a little bit which is pretty amazing as far as Brazilians go. The price is also great - it's only $30, but I bought a Brazilian card for 5 for $100, so that's only $20 for an almost painless, well-done Brazilian waxing. Wow. I also got my eyebrows threaded and they look very nice. 10/10 recommend. read more

Love this place! Been coming here for years now. Originally found it when I was living in the area, now I'm a few subway stops away but continue to make my trip here. Inside of salon is clean and ladies are always friendly. I come here for eyebrow threading so can't comment on other services. Have seen a few different technicians but Pol is my favorite. They work fast, first dusting the area off and applying aloe after treatment to help soothe. Threading is of course a little painful but usually lasts 2-3 weeks for me so worth it. There can be a wait sometimes but I'm usually in and out in 10 minutes. If you live in the neighborhood, be sure to check out their loyalty/rewards cards - eyebrow threading is 5 sessions for $20 ($4 each!!) and the 10th visit is free. Trust me, your brows (and wallet) will thank you for coming here! read more

Fast, cheap, and quality! They are my go to for eyebrows. I've done both waxing and threading here and have been satisfied with both. I have thick brows and they do a good job of shaping them without thinning them out too much. Workers are masked and gloves and they check temperature at the door. read more
