Will keep this short and sweet. Booked for Love Spell set, no heat or ac in store, interrupted twice for police and once for client tech didn't know was booked. Technician glues multiple cluster of lashes to my right eyelid. Tearing for an hour after install. Texted Mirella Selimovich, owner, explaining issue. Told me to come in for review/correction. Noticed next AM at work, tech glued another set of clusters to my left eyelid. Texted Mirella requesting full refund as I now have to pay for removal by another salon as well a new set as obviously I have no further confidence in her or her lash technicians. Was met with threats that I DO NOT know who she is, and wishing me luck reporting on her business. No further words are needed. Screenshots of convo attached. Do not walk, RUN by this salon. Your lashes and wallet will thank you later. Xoxo Update as of 5/2/25 - 7 days later - see new pics Sty formed as of Tuesday 4/29/25 due to unhygienic tools used during install. Huge bald spots across both lash lines. You'd be better off having a 5 yr old install your lash set. *****REPLY TO BUSINESS OWNER: For the famous Mirella Selimovich (as there is no way to reply to your comment) I'm glad your common sense prevailed and you've changed your tone and decided to be more respectful in how you interact with consumers. Good for you; who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks. It's comical to think any client would choose to have a correction done by the same technician/ salon that caused the problems (multiple) in the first place. Your unwillingness to be professionally malleable is going to hurt you in the future. But, not my lesson to teach; it's yours to learn, hopefully. Your statement with reference to poor removal/hygiene - it's sad when other technicians are scape goated for poor work they have to rectify when the installation was less than to begin with. Removal was difficult due to placement of clusters too close to lash line as well as too close together, glued on top of each other, and same holds true for appearance of a sty. Ocular sebaceous glands cant secrete as usual - again- because of poor application. But of course, you with your professional experience should be knowledgeable of that. And, please, stop acting as if the way I spoke to you was improper when your texts are posted for everyone to read LMAO. Lesson learned here is to be grateful for the money I spent to know unequivocally this is a business I wouldn't waste any money on in the future. I was able to walk in without an appointment but highly recommend making one to avoid waiting around like I did. Nisha was my lash technician and since I didn't have a good idea of what length to do, I explained to Nisha that I wanted a natural but fuller look. She knew exactly what I wanted and took her time doing my lashes. They're very clean and sanitary, and I felt very comfortable as she asked how I was doing every so often. As a first time customer and lash extension user, I was really pleased with the advice provided as to the type of lashes which would be best suited for my needs etc. They also offered o assist me with some aftercare as needed. I'll make this short. I came here in May to get a lash tint and lift. I got on the bed and my lash tech was talking on the phone for most of the procedure, not really paying attention to me. The smell of the products was nauseating, smelt like chlorine and chemicals. My right eye kept burning and she was blaming it on me for not closing my eye properly. (They also only have black tint if you care to know). Ever since then, my right eye lashes hurt when I touch them, many of them fell resulting in uneven lashes, bald sports and my right one looks way empty compared to the left one. I texted them through instagram and they told me I can't blame it on them, I should see a doctor. Yes, it is such a coincidence that it has been hurting ever since then. It's not swollen, it just hurts. I had long, beautiful lashes before this and now I need mascara continuously. I'm so sad... I don't even know what to say. read more

I am so happy I found this place! Every lash artist is friendly and professional all around. I especially love the ambiance and appreciate how clean it is. The best part: my retention. This is the only lash bar where I fully trust the tools and glue they use, and it shows by my healthy, long retention. Terrible experience. Very sad since I was a loyal client here. But looks like they are not open to suggestions. Sasha used to be good worker but they don't accept their errors. They are always busy so by the time they take you they are tired. False advertising they promote something in the lash bar that they cannot reach. Cheap materials, their own brand of eyelashes is very bad and imported from China. Really disappointed and sassy attitude. I like to wait before posting reviews to see how good of a job the tech actually did..been looking for a year+ to find the right place to do lashes.. felt like not even one lash fell out during the whole process which was around 1 month. Super comfortable and natural.. I had extensions 11mm with a refill about 2 weeks in... After removing them of course I feel naked lol, but it's ok, I don't feel like I lost any real lashes. Ruined my lashes. Totally over processed. I hope they can recover. I have done this many times (not here) and I have never experienced this. Got them done in February and they are still super curled and they look knotty. I can't even wear mascara. I should've known when they were trying to book an appt in 4 weeks again. Lash lifts last usually 3 months... ridiculous. Thanks for ruining my lashes! Oh also charged me double the price than literally everywhere else. And almost went blind as the solution was all in my eye burning. I believe this place has all five stars is because if you leave them a review you will receive 10% off for your next service and everyone wants to take advantage. The place itself was very clean and the two ladies that were there were friendly. I got the lash lift and tint, I've had a better job done for way less of the price. When it was ready to pay, I gave her my credit card and after like a 5 second pause once she took my card she mentioned it's a $11 surcharge when you use credit cards and then proceeded to tell me to Venmo or CashApp if i have it. I was confused why did she take my card in the first place, was she gonna charge me originally then felt bad charging me more versus originally just telling me to send via Venmo or CashApp? As i was on the app, she was watching me so hard that it made me very uncomfortable. i felt like she thought I was not going to pay and run out As I was paying, I had cash in my hand to give it to her as tip and she was staring so hard at my hand to probably see how much I was tipping her. At that moment, I wanted to give her nothing because that is super unprofessional and very money hungry. Probably the most relaxing hour of my week was spent getting my lashes done by Cici. Not only is she sweet, but she's extremely gentle and no burning/irritation throughout the entire application p. Her lashes last a solid two weeks which is a huge plus. She's also got some great advice if you're not sure of what you want. Don't think twice - book her and you will not be disappointed! UPDATE it's been months since I've been seeing CiCi religiously and LET ME TELL YOU. This lady does amazing work. My lashes last three weeks absolutely no issues and beyond !!! The women were extremely nice and my technician did a great job! The outdoor picture was the day of and the indoor outdoor I just took 9 days later and they still look great. I don't wear make up so I am not scrubbing my eye area on a regular basis which keeps them lasting longer. They had paid street parking near the location. I came for a lash removal due to a terrible job done at another place. Found them on Yelp and they responded to me, booked appt within a few hours. Asian lady (sorry didn't catch her name) was very nice gentle and friendly. She had me laid down and removed them for me quickly but with great attention to detail and oh did I say she was gentle? I could feel she carefully lift the glue off my lashes without pulling my actual lashes away. Would recommend as I could see they are really gentle and detail with their work! read more

I hadn't been to Lash Out Bar in over a year because the service is so terrible, but I needed a last minute 3 week fill-in (70% of lashes still on left and 40% of lashes still on right) with 13C cat-eye and thought - surely they can handle this? No. The Lash Tech Sasha just isn't good at her job and hasn't improved in over a year. She got glue in my eye, pulled out or cut my own lashes, and the lashes are asymmetrical while literally falling out as we spoke. While I was there, another client came in demanding that Sasha replace her messed up lashes. There is also a personal hygiene issue that has seemed to only worsen. I've included photos of what my lashes looked like at 2 weeks last time with my natural inner corner lashes intact compared to what Sasha just did in my appointment that ended just 15 minutes ago. She also has zero ability to take accountability and respond to feedback. I was polite and tried to reassure her that she "wasn't in trouble" when I pointed out the errors, but she's just super defensive. read more

The customer service is top tier, I always feel so welcomed when from the second I walk in. My lashes are always ON POINT with no corners drooping and the fall out is minimal/normal. I brush/care daily and very rarely have issues with clumped up glue or fans closing and looking ugly. The lash quality is great too, they do not look or feel cheap. I came in today for a much needed massage and facial and had the best time! The store is super cute and cozy and everyone was so friendly. The owner offered chocolates and sangria and was super nice. I've been breaking out a lot recently mainly due to wearing a face mask all day long and they did a very thorough job with the extraction and even sent me home with a small container of the mask they used to help curb breakouts! The massage was very relaxing and the perfect amount of pressure was applied. I was able to ask questions and book my appointment through Instagram DM and their response time was super quick!
