Overall friendly staff, I called over the phone about setting an appointment for a Groupon I purchased for a Lash Lift + Tint and they said I'd be able to walk in. I had Solana (apologies if I misspelled her name) but she was very polite and took her time explaining the process- it was quite thorough with multiple 20 min rounds. They had music playing and the salon is well kept. Even for a Tuesday after work I heard many girls come in to get their eyebrows done and everyone had nice things to say. You can add me to this list cause my lashes look Amazing! Will def come back. read more

I've come here about 5-6 times since moving to the area and have had positive experiences each time! I've had some bad threading experiences in the past so I always get nervous about a new person handling my eyebrows. They work quickly, always do a great job, and you can't beat the price! Even when it's a bit busy, I haven't had to wait for more than 5 minutes. read more

They are a hit or miss! Today was a miss. I got home covered in waxed and bruised from the careless yanks. I know it was a mistake but I got cleansed with hand sanitizer!, instead of oil. I continue to go because it's just close and no appointment really ever needed. read more

I have been coming here for years. They are excellent and keep my eyebrows, which are unruly, in great shape. The price is also so good! Really quick and friendly service! I walked 40 minutes out of my way just to come here because they are so good. read more

Poor experience !! - I do not recommend this salon for threading services. They use a sharp thread without any protective base, which leads to scarring on skin. After getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here a couple of times, I experienced bumps that took days to heal fully! Due to these unpleasant outcomes, I felt compelled to withhold a tip. I will not be visiting this salon again for any of their services! Their staff is not well-trained and they need to improve quality of their services to retain their customers. read more

I've been coming here for my waxing and eyebrow threading. The place is always clean and efficient. The technician "Niko" is the best. She always cares if I am in too much pain and gentle with her work. Highly recommend if you are looking for good place for waxing. read more

I got a chocolate Brazilian from here and I used a Groupon for it. It was fast, of course. It was painful because it had been a while since I last went. Lol. I also got my under arms waxed. They were very thorough. it is only a few minutes walking from my apartment, so I will definitely go here regularly for my hair removal. Non-pretentious space and very convenient read more

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for many years now. I consistently saw the same person for the last 10 years in NJ. I was very anxious to let someone new touch my brows, but Nikku at Blossom did a wonderful job and put me at ease! It was an almost painless experience, which says a lot when it comes to eyebrow threading! I asked for her to just clean up my brows and she delivered! My skin wasn't very red or irritated after either, which used to happen at my usual place. The price is also very fair at $8 (cash payment). I will definitely be back! They also do a stamp card to get free eyebrow threading after a certain number of visits! read more

I never write a negative review on yelp. Usually, I don't bother wasting time. However, interaction with this place left me feeling highly unpleasant and disrespected. I am writing in hope that other people do not experience the same horrible feeling I experienced with this place. Please read through. - Service: Eyelash lift via Groupon deal - Problem: Next day my lashes were flat, I did not wash with water, I called them. I got my eyelash lift from this place yesterday via Groupon after reading positive feedback. They seemed overbooked this day because the staff who did my lashes told me after applying glue second time, "I will be back in 10 mins" then she left me laying in bed with my eyes shut, then she would take in another customer who complained that she had been waiting for a while for her appt. She left me for more than 10 mins and I got worried that my eyes might be infected or something with a strong chemical substance. When she returned to me she did not apologize for making me wait or did not explain the delay in my eyelash treatment. she rushed me off and rubbed my eyes off a harsh way that my right eye is feeling uncomfortable today. I still did not complain and left the place. This morning (the next day) I woke up and my left lash was rather flat. not curl at all. I was told not to apply water - which I followed. I called to ask for assistance and explained my situation. The lady on the phone kept saying nothing she can do about it, it was nice when it was done a day before, and told me to call Groupon for help. I tried to communicate with her and asked if she could meet me at least halfway to offer me service- She eventually hung up on me without offering any solution or apology. I felt unpleasant and a waste of money. Everyone makes mistakes - things can go wrong I get it, however- it was the way she handled the situation and hung up on me. I really wish they improve their customer service. read more

I've been going to this chain for a while (but in Brooklyn). I moved to Miami and now I'm back and this is the location closest to my job. I'm glad they are able to bless my brows the same way the other location used to. In Miami, they typically would charge you 10+ dollars it it to have them take 30 minutes AND make your brows way too thin and uneven. And it's inconsistent. I went to so many places and they all sucked. So I just decided to do it on my own. Yet here, it's $7. Takes 10 minutes. Brows look amazing every single time. It's just so consistent. I love this place. Nothing beats it. read more

This is my go to place for eyebrow threading! They really know how to maintain and keep your brows exactly how you want them. They listened to how I wanted my brows to look and did their best to achieve it. Very friendly staff; highly recommend. read more

Incredibly affordable, great services and super kind staff. It was less than $15 for eyebrow and upper lip threading, the threader had a very gentle touch and we were done with the service within 10 minutes. Highly recommend and I encourage you to visit this local business! read more

I had high hopes for this place but was disappointed. I got eyebrow threading done with Tina-she had good technique and it seemed like she knew what she was doing, but I did not like how they came out. They were extremely uneven on the bottom, and she took overplucked a bunch of random hairs which made it look bumpy. She hardly did any threading to the top of my eyebrows and it didn't look tidy at all Good prices, but if I ever go back I'd avoid Tina read more

Snagged a deal on Groupon for two Brazilian waxes for $40. Normally $40 each. It was easy to call and make an appointment after work. Tina did my wax and was super friendly and also very quick, which I appreciated. Waxing is never fun, and there is always a little pain, but my experience here was pretty good. I am used to cloth strips, which makes it less painful in general. However, here they use a chocolate wax and their methods seem to work great. My normal waxer is away during the winter, so I will definitely be coming back here in the meantime as it is close to where I live, a great deal, and not too painful. I would definitely recommend Tina. Also the rooms are clean and there is also a curtain connected to the inner door of the room so that when they open the door to come in and wax you, the curtain is there so you are not showing everything to people in the waiting room. read more

Honestly one of the best threading/waxing place I've ever been to in manhattan. The wonderful women working there are amazing and give super customer service. I've become a regular there because they do a stupendous job, especially Tina! She is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Today was my second time getting eyelash extensions done by her and I can say that this place is an expert at all things. You pay for what you get and you will see once you give this place a try. I normally get a Brazilian, eyelash threading, underarm waxing and eyelash extensions. You can also find vouchers on Groupon from them sometimes if you want to try that out too. The service like I mentioned before is great. These ladies literally are caring and are experts at recommending things you might want to try. Of course you might think "oh more money to spend" but I guarantee you it's worth trying something new. I highly recommend this place to anyone who either lives or works around the UES or if you're willing to make the trip then by all means try it out. Also, I would say scheduling appointments ahead of time for Brazilian or eyelash extensions if you're planning to make the trip. Or just so you're not waiting appointments are good. They also give you a card that they sign every time you get your eyebrows done and when you get to the 9th eyebrow done, your 10th one is free. ASK FOR TINA! (If you want eyelash extensions or any service) but all the women are great there! I just love Tina's work. read more

Walked in on Halloween night to get my eyebrows threaded and was seen immediately. There were two other people in the shop already so I was pleasantly surprised that I could be seen so quickly. My eyebrows were a mess, but she quickly fixed them up and I was out in 15 minutes. I was very happy with the result and happy to see that I didn't have any welts or redness which I commonly get after getting my eyebrows threaded. Plus, the price is very affordable. It was my first time here and I have definitely found my new eyebrow place!! read more

Great place!!! I have gotten my eyebrows down by Tina and she is GREAT! She listened (I'm so annoyingly picky). She put lashed on me too. So natural and I got tons of compliments about them! Super affordable. Went back to keratin treatment on my eyelashes and they look great. My boyfriend even noticed "your face looks different bc of your eyes" that's him noticing. Only complaint is that I wasn't told I should avoid water on my eyelashes for 24-48 hours. Also I sleep on my side so DON'T DO THAT for 24-48 hours. read more

As a blonde, my lashes are naturally really light. I wanted to see what tinting was like, but not pay an arm and a leg. I went on Groupon and found Blossom Brows, booked my appointment, and went in without any wait! It took about 15 minutes total for the entire tinting process and I'm thrilled with the result! My lashes look dark and lush without mascara. For me, tinting usually lasts 3 weeks to a month, which at this price ($10) is totally unbeatable. I haven't gotten any other services done, but 10/10 recommend for lash tinting! read more

You cannot beat these prices in the neighborhood. You obviously will not get 5 star spa treatment but you will get a satisfactory experience for a price that is well below half of what other places charge nearby. It doesn't feel super clean but I wouldn't say dirty either. They have signs that say that they don't double dip which is great. They are super efficient - they'll get you in and out in less than 15 for an eyebrow wax which is great. I've gotten my lashes lifted and tinted here too - wouldn't recommend the lift as I didn't seem much of a difference but the tint was a great way to avoid using mascara and keep my lashes healthy! read more

This review is for Brazilian waxing. I've been going here for waxing for the past year, passing at least 4 other waxing salons on my 20-minute walk from my house - because it is worth the trip. They make it not as painful as other places while doing a thorough job. This place does the best job out of the dozen waxing places I've been to, including some high-end ones. read more

This was my first time at Blossom Brows and I was very pleased with the service. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Hair removal is a necessary evil for most people and Blossom Brows made it a bit more palatable. I will definitely be coming back for other hair removal treatments and update my review. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at Blossoms. I was in search for a new eyebrow place and stumbled upon this one. For starters, eyebrow threading and waxing is only $7. That's a great price for this location. The young lady (Tina) who assisted me had excellent customer service. She asked me if this was my first time coming and gave me a rewards card. I will definitely be back again. read more

I thought it was strange that this place had such amazing reviews for a small, otherwise regular-looking salon, but decided to go all the way and trust them with my brows and a Brazilian wax. I'm writing this review JUST to tell the world that this place deserves every single 5-star review it gets, and that I would probably travel from Greenpoint to go here. Incredibly affordable prices aside (tip well!), the staff are friendly, sweet, and so professional. The salon itself is neat and tidy. The waxing was quick and relatively painless somehow. And my brows, which I've been getting threaded for like 15 years now, have NEVER EVER looked more immaculate. Take it from me, up here in hairless heaven: believe the hype. Make the appointment. Found this place on groupon and came in for a brazilian wax. Called and made an appointment they were very flexible and got me in same day. The place is Clean , quick service and great price. Go see Rinku , she was quick, efficient, and gentle. She even would match the $20 groupon price for future appointments. You cant beat that!! Ill will definitely be coming back. read more

I walked in for a brow threading and for $7 I got a great threading. They were efficient, and shaped my eyebrows perfectly. I have gone to expensive waxing salons in the past: Boom Boom Brow Bar, which charges over $20 for a waxing. I get the same results here. A must go if you're in the area! read more

Just went here yesterday to get waxed and threaded after 6 months! I did Brazilian, underarms, legs and eyebrows. Was in and out in less than 30 mins! Granted I went at noon so it was empty. Don't know how busy it would be at other times. I did make a reservation online but they didn't check so it might as well have been a walk in. I've been going to this Blossom Brows for the past 2 years but prior to moving to the UES I was a regular at the Brooklyn locations. I initially started going for the $20 Brazilian wax and this chain is now my go-to for all my hair removal needs! On top of being affordable, service is fast and reliable. I've had different people service me and I've always left satisfied. I think paying cash gives you a discount as well. Make sure you get a punch card before you leave! read more

I absolutely love Blossom Brows. I stopped in one day as I used to live on the same block. I found this waxing salon on Groupon and purchased two Brazilian waxes. After reading the amazing reviews, I asked for Tina and she graciously welcomed me for my first was service (Brazilian and full legs). Tina was super fast and talked to me throughout the appointment, which helped me manage the pain for the super sensitive areas. This salon is impeccable and staff is friendly and professional. I will be returning soon for a follow up appointment. Thanks, Tina! read more

Two blocks from my house I discovered I no longer have to pay $30 to have someone shape my brows. Blossom brows is amazing make sure you ask for Kamla. I was skeptical of these very affordable threading salons because I am OCD when it comes to my eyebrows. I like them thick and I like them long and full and I've had bad experiences where people literally destroyed my shape or remove too much hair. I was very clear with her and told her I liked them long and thick and full but very defined. She did exactly what I asked for. read more
