I came here for my lash lift and tint with Sylvia and I loved how lifted and natural they came out! This saved me a lot of time with the lash curler. The whole process was super relaxing and not irritating at all. They also provide a head and hand massage at the end. The lift has lasted for over a month now but new lashes are growing in. Initially, I loved Beau Eyelash Studio. Professional staff, ultra clean room and no stinging or discomfort during my tint. But....a tint should last a month and this lasted a bit less than 3 weeks. Very nice place. I got there about half an hour early, but they took me in at my appointed time haha. It was very spacious and comfortable, really appreciated the wedge pillow they had for every customer. My esthetician did a very good job, and the massage was sooo good. If I want to ever get an eyelash extension, I would probably come here. Tip- pay in cash so that you get your deposit back. I know it's inconvenient to lug around like $200 hard cash, but I would recommend paying in cash because you get kind of a discount. There is an ATM machine at the salon for this purpose. I got the j curl eyelash lift because I was going to a wedding and wanted the freedom to rub my eyes and wash my face without thinking about my eyelashes. Super subtle and natural. After hours of perusing Yelp for good eyelash salons, I found this one. While they only had a handful of reviews, they were all good ones. I'm a lash newbie, and have only gotten it done once before for the holidays, so I don't know all of the nuances like the type of curl, thickness, length etc. Rinta (the receptionist) and Iris (my technician) helped me pick the type of lash that would be best for what I wanted and the shape of my eyes. I wanted a very natural, every day look, that was not dramatic at all. So I went with the cashmere 60s. The faux mink ones seemed very rough to me when I touched them, and the cashmere was much lighter and softer. I very much appreciate that there was NO up-selling here. When I asked Iris which one she thought was better, all she said was "it's really up to you. The faux is more popular. The cashmere feels different." The cashmere is more expensive, but I'm happy with my choice! I also went with a blend of natural and the cat eye based on the picture chart they provided. Specifically, I got: cashmere, C curl, 10-12, .15 thickness and blended natural and cat eye. Iris was gentle and worked at a good pace. There was some lovely soft French music playing in the background, with some diffusers as well, giving it very much a spa feel. The only thing I didn't receive was a complimentary massage of any sort - idk if that's with all services or only certain ones On my way out, I had another mini consult and decided to go with 80s next time to have them slightly fuller. I've had an eye lift and tint as well as a brow lamentation and dye. The lamentation did nothing except make my brows coarse and stick out. The dye was too dark and I spent a week scrubbing it to try and lighten it up. A complete waste of money and bigger problems than what I went in with. I don't recommend this service at this salon at all. I've also had my lashes lifted and tinted here several times. Two times it looked like I was wearing mascara (which I asked for), and it lasted a nice duration. However, I went back two other times, confident I would have the same experience, and it I could barely see the tint. It certainly didn't look like mascara. I was not offered a hand massage, scalp massage or even a blanket, as I had on my initial visits. The woman who was working on me barely spoke English and neglected to tell me my eyes should should be open. She just kept trying to apply the dye with my eyes closed, until my eyes ended up burning It is something a problem that many of the women do not speak much English so they don't know what you are asking for and can't communicate fully when there is a problem. I got my first ever lash lift/tint at Beau Eyelash Studio, so while I have nothing to compare it against, it was an excellent experience and they did a great job! I was able to make an appointment online, and they were fairly priced compared to other salons in the area. It's a really small storefront (blink and you'll miss it), but comfortable and clean inside. They took my temperature (and I believe they also take all staff temperatures each day) as part of their COVID-19 safety protocol, which I appreciated, and while there were 1-2 other customers there at the same time I was, we were spaced out with empty beds between each person and everyone had masks on. The person who did my lash lift (I didn't get her name!) was very efficient and precise - I almost fell asleep during the process! There was a complimentary hand/head massage included, which was a bonus. The lash lift they did for me looks great - though if I had to ding them on one thing, it's that I wish they had told me that the tint wouldn't make much of a difference for my already dark eyelashes. I did feel like the extra $20 I spent on the tint was a waste, and in the future will just get the lift and use mascara. They instructed me to keep my eyelashes dry for 24 hours following the appointment, so I showered with swim goggles on that night (no joke) and so far it's holding up great. I'll update my review in a few weeks to see how it's doing then! Overall, I'd definitely recommend Beau for a lash lift. read more

Got a lash lift here and it barely last 2 weeks (whereas when I go to other places, the lash lifts have lasted 5-6 weeks). I even called and asked whether it was a fluke-- they said that the longevity of lash lifts is "lifestyle-based" (but I don't really exercise much so I don't sweat around the eyes much lol) I even went back a second time to try it again, wanting to like this place. The facility is very pretty and clean and comfortable, everyone is polite and very importantly they will respect the costumer and try to fix any issue you have as long as you report the issue within the first 3 days. They have many options for lashes but I could never get the same look twice which became frustrating. If you like one technician you might have to book them a month ahead and they might still not be available when you return. The staff seems to change constantly. Some are more experienced than others. Still I've brought my friends and they love the look. The set last at least 2-3 weeks with care. And the place feels very safe and sanitized.
