It's my first time with them. The host was very kind and informative. We used photos to talk through the style and curl pattern. I did size 11 to 13 on the ends. The style looks too big but they added my info in their system and notes for the next time. The price was also reasonable and had zero burn in my eyes afterwards. Keeping an eye on how easily the lashes fall out but so far so good. Note, the entrance door is loud AF. Be mindful when entering and exiting lol Also, it's manhattan, so the parking can be a little expensive / a headache. Other than that, great experience with them! read more

They lie about everything The size of the lashes, about removing the old lashes when you come in for new set.. I specifically said that their size 11 is way too long comparing to other places and asked for a new set.. Willing to pay for everything, even though it was only one week since putting on the lashes.. I was done in an hour.. the fastest place ever, not a compliment.. Turns out .. they left my old lashes in and added few more.: size is the same How did I know.. the old lashes were slightly burnt.. read more

I had a nice experience with eyelash extensions with Anu on 03/08/25 They last at least 4 weeks with good care. I will do it again. The only problem was an annoying noise from upstairs due to a plumbing problem. I hope they fixed it already. Thank you, Anu. read more

i have been going here the last 2 years but they are under new management and no loyalty rewards now which sucks but they still have the mon-wed $55 10am-12pm special . still did a great job but if you want a certain tech ask because they also have new lash techs as well !! read more

This is my favorite lash place by far, I have been coming here for a little less than a year. The service is great, prices are reasonable, they play relaxing music and they even have a rewards system! I do not have a preference of which technician does my lashes, I recommend all of them. I travel all the way from NJ just to come here every three weeks for my touch ups. Super worth it. read more

Glow Lash - Classic set/ Doll shape/ flat - Eyelash Service Near Me - New York, New York

What a great spot! I considered gatekeeping this hidden gem, but they are too good not to share. I used to go to another place for lash lifts, but after asking "as curly as possible please" and still having to curl my lashes, I decided to go elsewhere. Enter Glow Lash. The person up front made me feel at home and told me about their deals (cheaper if you have cash). She recommended a lash lift and tint. I had never done a tint because my eyebrows and eyelashes are naturally quite dark, but she said it would look more like I had mascara on. It was a deal to get both together so I figured, why not? She asked if I wanted the fan on and made sure I was comfortable. The process was relaxing, thorough and I felt taken care of. They have these cute rewards cards that are similar to punch cards you'd get at a fro-yo shop. She gave me a spoolie and a card with aftercare instructions. I forgot to take a picture of my lashes when I was done, but rest assured I have not needed my lash curler read more

I booked lashes and went in the same day, however, I noticed that my lashes weren't cleaned beforehand and the lashes were just applied. All of the lashes fell out five days after, when I told the service provider they didn't offer to fix it. Instead, they told me Lash retention at their salon is only two weeks.... better off going to your own salon, even if you're in a rush. read more

The pros: Salon is clean, lovely, and feels very upscale. Woman who did my lashes and brows (tints and lifts) sweet. The cons (and they are big): She didn't know what she was doing, and they looked awful! When she gave me the mirror, I nearly dropped it. My lashes were all stuck together. When I asked why, she told me it was the dye. I told her they hadn't looked like that whenever else I had my lashes done. She hadn't removed all the keratin, so she had to do that. They looked ok, not great. My brows were a mess. I asked for brown. I got gobs of black sticking to my skin, like a kid would have done with a crayon. Also, they were not straight, and the skin was all gummy. Once again, she had failed to remove the keratin. She had to remove it and the excess clumps of tint that were sticking to my skin. She didn't charge me for the brows. I showed her how my brows looked when I left a different salon after getting them done and then she realized how badly she had screwed up. I will NOT go back, and would not recommend. I will now have to go get them fixed. read more

Meena is so friendly and easy going. I initially went because I was unhappy with another place and she got my lashes looking right! I explained what lash look I wanted and she gave me exactly that! My lashes last a long time. The studio itself is clean, relaxing, and decorated so nicely! Love Glow lash studio ! read more

I've been coming here for over 1 year! They do a great job with lashes and I've recommended them to my community

Kiki is the absolute best. She does my lashes just how I like them and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout the whole process. I've been to a couple eyelash extension places in NY but this one is by far the best and the most friendly. I definitely recommend! read more

I stopped here for a last minute appointment. They were able to accommodate my schedule which was good. I was optimistic. When I arrived the woman at the front desk was kind and helped explain the process. The place seemed clean and quiet. I got eyelash extensions done. This was not the first time I have received lash extensions, however, my first at this place. Few issues with the actual eyelash extension experience: 1. The woman who prepped my eyes and taped them shut was not the woman actually applying my eyelash extensions. When I was able to finally open my eyes at the end, there was a woman who I had not seen/been introduced to. This was not explained to me. When prepping, my eyelashes were not cleaned. 2. The woman who applied my lashes seemed inexperienced. She was pretty rough with my lashes and was also pressing on my face firmly. 3. It took 2 hours for the entire process. My usual tech typically takes 45 minutes for a full set. 4. When I opened my eyes to look at my lashes, the entire middle section of my right eyelash extensions was slanted. The woman I had originally met at the front desk had to fix them. Even then, it was not balanced with my other eye and had less eyelash extensions. There was also a strange white piece on my left eyelash extensions that needed to be removed (not sure if it was glue). 5. The actual lashes that were used, were thicker than I had been anticipating. The lashes are applied stacked on top of one another, on to my own lash. There are not fans and it is too heavy for my individual lash to have 4-5 false lashes. 6. I'm not sure about the hand hygiene. I have acne prone skin. After my session, I had 3 new pimples in the spots where the tech had placed her fingers. This has never happened to me before at any other lash place. Lastly, it is now 1 week since my experience and my lashes have fallen or are now very crooked, pointing in many different directions. Usually my lashes don't start falling until 3 weeks as I am very careful with them. These eyelash extensions are currently pulling on my actual lashes and it's painful. Such a disappointment. I was really looking forward to a great experience given this a much more convenient location for me. I understand why every day I pass by there are either zero customers or just one here and there. Overall, a terrible experience and do not recommend!! read more

This is my very first time getting eyelash extensions and I am so pleased with the service and results. The lash tech gave me a very detailed description and helped me figure out what kind of look I wanted for my lashes. And it turned out perfectly. The process itself felt peaceful and relaxing. And the decor/setup is very pretty. Definitely coming back again! read more

I had a Groupon but I would go back and pay full price, they did a great job with my lash perm. It was my first time getting a perm (I've had extensions). I forgot my AirPods though so I was a little bored. I'll remember next time! read more

I went to Glow Lash on 60th Street for an eyelash tint and lash lift. The process took about an hour in total. When the technician handed me the mirror I just about started to cry. I have very long natural lashes and simply wanted them tinted for days I don't want to wear mascara. I thought the lift would eliminate the eyelash curler from my morning routine. Well the end result ended with my long lashes bent back towards my eyelids to the point they we're actually touching the lids. Some of them were bent the opposite way, like spider legs. I got home and immediately tried to was the solution off, three days later and im still using castor oil to try and fix. I've trimmed the most damaged lashes down. I will say that they did offer to help fix the problem, but that I'd have to wait another 5 days in order to do so. I asked for a refund as I didn't feel comfortable having another service done there. read more

Love my lashes! I got a lash lift and tint, the prices are great and the techs definitely take their time to perfect the service. Will definitely go back in 5-6 weeks to get it redone. read more
